• Ogata (9/5): FeelFree が不親切 - 今回4人で3部屋必要でしたが、 各部屋の施設は清潔で良かったです。 全体的に広くてゆったりと過ごせました。 街の中心地で立地は良いですね。 3日間にタオルが1人に付き大小一枚ずつで、不満でした。バスマットがシャワーを使用する度にかなり濡れました。洗濯機を使用しようとしましたが、翻訳機を使っても方法が分からず、乾燥することがなかなか出来ず困りました。最大の不満はFeelFree から宿泊施設へ行く際にタクシーをを呼んでくれて料金は無料と言ったにもかかわらず、タクシー運転手から請求されて支払いました。その事をメールで伝えていますが、未だに返事がありません。

• Shaun (10/5): Beautiful apartment in an ideal location. - Clean and spacious apartment with a very good location being close to old town and beach, but in a quiet street. Collecting key from their office (10 minute walk from apartment after arriving late evening after a long day of travel).
• Monica (10/5): Plush! - Everything!!!! Spacious, clean, and the location… truly the best! I had busted San Sebastián 3 tiles before and this location allowed us to do so much more!

• Simon (9/5): Brilliant apartment close to beach and the Old Town 👍 - Excellent location. Clean on arrival. Great facilities (Wi-Fi, fully equiped Kitchen, huge TV not that we turned it on). The front door and Interior front door need oiling. Very squeaky. Otherwise it is an excellent apartment. Was my second stay in this apartment and I will book it again next time I visit San Sebastián.
• Anthony (9/5): Superb - The 3 bedroom apartment has 3 full bathrooms therefore good for 3 couples to share the apartment. The location is also very central within 10 minutes walk to the La Concha beach and 20 minutes walk to the old town. Have to pick up the key at the office which is located more than 15 minutes drive away. There is no parking / stopping near the office so picking up the key is inconvenient. The apartment should consider changing to digital lock entry into the Apartment Building and the Apartment.

• Sp (9/5): Superb - Very good location. Nicely furnished apartment. Two of the 3 bedrooms do not have an air conditioning fan coil. One of them we had to keep the window closed due to the unpleasant smell from the service area it opens up to. This caused some lack of ventilation.

• Katherine (8/5): Good but issues with access - The apartment is in an excellent location, a couple of blocks from La Concha beach and easy walking distance to the Old Town. The rooms are a good size and all with private bathrooms, the apartment is well equipped with everything you'd need for a short stay and very clean. It was perfect for three couples for a long weekend in the city. We would all happily stay here again but it would be easier to physically pick up the keys from somewhere first. Be aware that the instructions to access the apartment you get on the Booking confirmation are not correct!! Once you check in, you'll receive details on how to access the building remotely. The keys are in the apartment and you will be sent details for an app to get into the building and the apartment via Bluetooth - a nice idea in principle.. However, we'd booked and paid extra for our airport transfer based on the details in the confirmation thinking we had to collect the key from a different address which was frustrating, but worse was that we arrived and the app did not work!! I had to call the office, who were helpful but couldn't open the building remotely and had to send someone with the key. I was told we'd be waiting 15-20 minutes. We stood waiting an hour outside the building in total - when I called to chase up again, I was told "5 minutes away" and waited another 20 minutes. The person at the office was friendly and apologetic but the wait was painfully slow and really not great after a day of travelling. I would still recommend the apartment overall but just be warned!
• John (10/5): 2 nights in San Sebastian - The apartment was exactly as described. Location was fantastic. Short walk to both beaches and located in the centre of town. A fantastic experience! Look forward to returning. Having to haul the bags from the carpark (I booked separately, €27/day) to the apartment. There was no space available outside the apartment to pull in and upload the car when we arrived.
