I had booked a deluxe ocean-view room, and the hotel, in accordance with my request, carefully arranged a room on a high floor for me. When I woke up in the morning and opened the window, my eyes were greeted with a breathtaking sight. The vast expanse of the ocean lay before me in all its glory, with the horizon where the sea meets the sky presenting a magnificent view. This splendid scenery set a wonderful tone for the new day, and such an exceptional view greatly enhanced the comfort and pleasure of my stay. The hotel staff demonstrated professional and high-quality service qualities. From the check-in process to daily services, every detail was attended to with meticulous care, and the services were efficient and thoughtful. Receptionist thought I was Korean at first, and as soon as he found out I was Japanese, he suddenly changed his attitude and became very friendly. That’s not good. I picked this hotel because it said it had an airport shuttle so I contacted them but they did not answer my text so I had to take a taxi to the hotel. But the breakfast, location, price, and the bath was very good, I definitely want to come back again.

Our room (suite) with sea view again, wonderful and with additional purchases (food / drinks) our stay was thoroughly enjoyed by my wife and two children. In addition, we all loved our breakfasts with a wide range of choices. I have no comment regarding dislikes.

As a long-time Hilton gold member with stays across the world, I can confidently say this hotel ranks at the top of my list. We initially chose it for its prime location and beautiful views of Yantai Mountain and the Yellow Sea, but what truly impressed me was their friendly and attentive staff who are always ready to help out, not to mention its excellent variety of breakfast selection and a fully equipped gym&pool. A special shoutout to the front desk manager, Amanda Liu 彤彤, who welcomed us warmly and made our check-in smooth and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again when returning to Yantai.

In addition to its remarkable features, I was thrilled to discover that Hilton Yantai was conveniently situated in front of the beach and just a stone's throw away from the charming historical town. One pleasant surprise was the hotel's internet services, which allowed seamless access to websites outside of China. This was a massive relief for me as a traveler, as it meant I could easily stay connected and efficiently manage my work. One aspect that truly impressed me was the breakfast and lounge team's attention to detail and care. As someone with nut allergies, I was delighted that they took my dietary needs seriously and ensured a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Their excellent care and consideration were genuinely commendable. The hotel's beauty and the city's historical charm created a memorable experience I will cherish for years. - olegg902 (8/5): Not bad for living - Very strange, but the reception is on the 26th floor! The first 25 floors are offices and apartments. That is, first you go to the 26th floor, then go to another corridor and then take another elevator to your floor. A strange decision. At the same time, the restaurant (breakfast) is on the sixth floor, the fitness center is on the fifth. The lobby on the 26th floor is small and not comfortable. In other matters, everything is not bad. Comfortable rooms, good view from the window, proper daily cleaning. Good swimming pools (for children and adults), a spa center right there.

- aprose1977 (10/5): A smooth comfortable stay. - Position is great. Just across the road from the seafront. Easy strolling distance to Yantai Hill etc. Nice views of Yantai and the sea. The pool and gym are very good. Breakfast has lots of variety both Chinese and English, although it would be nice to have seen more local seafood or other specialities. All in all, the experience is reliably smooth, comfortable, iif a bit cold and corporate. One piece of feedback is although the gym and showers are great, my experience of these was seriously compramised by a number of fellow guests hawking up in the showers, sinks and even in the pool itself. This is not only disgusting, but also a serious health risk in the current situation. While I understand that is difficult to control imdividual guests' behaviour, perhaps some signs would help?
