There is a very small corner of european food on breakfast and 90% of indian food which is extremely spicy. Usually hotels of this level offer a wider range of international dishes. 2. We were traveling with a small child, but they couldn't bring us a baby chair during lunch, because, according to the manager, they were in limited quantities. It's very strange and uncomfortable. 3. There were four of us in the room, but they only put two towels. I had to ask for more towels several times. When cleaning the room they put again only two towels. 4. During lunch at the pool restaurant I ordered draft beer, but the waiter said that they had run out of oxygen in the tank and it would be delivered only in 2 days. However, after 30 minutes I saw that the draft beer was being served to other customers. The level of service at this hotel does not match the price.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism that immediately made me feel welcome and valued. The front desk team were efficient, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. Housekeeping maintained the room to an impeccable standard, with great attention to detail and consistency throughout my stay. The restaurant and service staff were equally impressive—attentive without being intrusive, and always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant dining experience. What stood out most was the seamless coordination and positive attitude across all departments. It’s clear that there is a strong culture of hospitality and teamwork, which reflects in the outstanding guest experience. We had everything taken care of - our room was brilliant, we even got an upgrade and a late check out! It was centrally located and we managed to explore bengaluru conveniently.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal und überaus freundlich noch dazu, ein sehr persönlicher Service ! Das Zimmer war in der Nähe des Aufzugs, dadurch etwas lauter, ging aber. Der Pool liegt leider die meiste Zeit des Tages im Schatten Vom Design her vielleicht auch einmal renovierungsbedürftig. Es sieht ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aus, speziell das Bad. Ist aber alles in einwandfreiem Zustand.

Couldnt remember all their names from doorman Lokraj, luggage assistant Ravi, the receiption, breakfast staff both in restaurant and executive lounge, including the guest relation team. Thanks for the souvenir as well.

- Johnpaul (10/5): My vacation experience purely got elevated only because of Conrad hotel - The staff and the facilities are amazing , staff looks like all trained with one objective "Customer First" There is nothing was that i dint like , in the day when I went to the pool the water was not heated but I could see the management and tech teams were working together to have it fixed .. hopefully it is fixed now
