- Christopher (9/5): Excellent hotel. Will stay there again in the future. - Everything - Staff, facility, cleanliness, construction, breakfast, etc. I also loved the in-room appointments (furniture, plumbing fixtures, kitchenette with accessories, towels and especially liked the built in shower shampoo/conditioner/body-wash) .... excellent. Not enough "standard parking spaces" close to the entry. Too many spaces dedicated to electric vehicles.
- Nicole (10/5): Good value, clean rooms, smelled really good - Clean. Nice area. Loved the pool The bed was too soft. Really hurt my back
- john (10/5): -
- Rodolfo (8/5): Good - Everything is good Breakfast

- James (6/5): always asked for a room away from elevator - Great room. Very clean. Good breakfast. they put us right next to an elevator and we heard it being used all night long. And then when I complained to the staff member the next day, I was told that I should have asked for a room away from the elevator.
- Debbie (10/5): - The room was very clean. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was excellent.

- Guy (10/5): Home away from home - Every part of our suite was perfect!! The beds were extremely comfortable! The bathroom was roomy, well lit, and equipped with excellent amenities!! The kitchenette was well stocked, and the work area was perfect for all I needed to do! The breakfasts were delicious and there was an abundance to choose from!! All in all it was a perfect home away from home!!
- Manuel (9/5): -
- Leo (10/5): Home vs. Hilton - My stay was great! I had nice peaceful sleep. The breakfast was good and the service was pleasant.
- Laura (8/5): - clean, spacious, friendly staff.
Disappointed that the pool was in full shade at check in time.
- Veronica (10/5): - Super clean! All the amenities were wonderful as well!
- Yulissa (10/5): - The staff was kid friendly . There was the one staff member in front desk by the name of Veronica. She treated my son with much love and respect . My son has autism. She would always smile at him .
- shawnette fae (10/5): - keep up the cleanliness overall it was good
- Rush (8/5): Quiet and nice - Yes it was a nice hotel Nothing
- Anna (2/5): Does not represent the Hilton brand. - The room The staff
- Peter (10/5): - Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location.
- 327jamym (2/5): Horrible service - Horrible service, the front desk is rude and the general manager is worthless. I recommend to stay at the new Marriott hotel down the road.
- Justin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pat (10/5): Looking forward to staying here again! - Clean and well maintained! Had everything you could possibly want! All the employees were very friendly!
- Jesus (10/5): - Very clean room... no carpet... nice upgraded laminate flooring. Fridge/Freezer microwave and dishwasher. Very comfortable room
- 596RomanG (2/5): Veronica’s incompetence - Absolutely terrible experience with front desk service. When I approached the front desk and politely greeted Veronica with “Hello, how are you doing?” her response was shocking and completely unprofessional: “Well I was going to the restroom but I guess I’ll help you.”
This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at any hotel, especially from a Hilton property. The attitude was dismissive, rude, and made me feel like I was bothering her by simply checking in - which is literally her job.
To make matters worse, Veronica’s incompetence continued throughout the check-in process. She failed to provide my room number for my second reservation, leaving me without basic information needed for my stay. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
I travel frequently and have stayed at countless hotels, but I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect. The fact that this employee represents a Hilton brand is embarrassing for the company. Her behavior was unprofessional, discourteous, and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role.
This experience ruined my entire stay before it even began. I will never return to this location and will be sharing this experience with others. Management needs to seriously reconsider having someone with such poor attitude and work ethic representing their property.
Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. There are plenty of hotels with staff who actually understand basic hospitality and respect for guests.
Avoid this location at all costs.
- Amanda (10/5): - Hotel staff was very nice ans helpful. The room had everything we needed! My daughter's enjoyed the pool! Their complimentary breakfast was amazing they had options!
- Cheria (10/5): Relaxing and fun - Staff was extremely understanding and accommodating to my child with Autism.
- Kristina (10/5): - We had a baby shower to attend and this hotel was great. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the vacinity. We liked that the floors were tile. Huge bathroom, kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of room, didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again.
- Maylena (10/5): Exceptional - Location and the free breakfast Everything was good. No complaints from us
- Gwen (10/5): Other than the price, I felt that I got a good deal. - The room was very clean and a nice size. They have a swimming pool , however I was not able to take advantage of it this time. There was a nice breakfast , and the downstairs area was very clean. The staff was very friendly when I checked in. I thought the price for the rooms was a bit too high for the location. I would have expected this type of price in some other town, not in central California where there isn’t really much going on. The only reason for my staying was my granddaughter was getting married.
- HNS1102 (10/5): Great hotel - Rooms at this hotel are spacious and immaculately clean. Even though the hotel is located next to the highway, no outside noise gets in. Staff are friendly and attentive. We had a minor issue in our room and maintenance showed up in five minutes to take care of it.
- Cesar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (10/5): - I have stayed here a few times when I come to town to see family & I love it! The hotel uses water softeners, it’s clean, it’s modern, free breakfast, & free parking! Worth the price.
- Sheridan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anderson (9/5): Awesome comfortable property. - VERY clean facility. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Everything seemed to work as it should, and everything was stocked. Right next door to CHP, good proximity to food. Breakfast was tasty, and selection was plentiful. Unforseen 30% price hike enforced midstay. Booked this stay on booking.com due to property being pet friendly. No place on booking.com to confirm your pet in your party, nor mention of fee, besides one sentence with the statement "pet friendly fees MAY apply." Which was buried a bit in the property details. I actually didn't notice this at the time of booking. The hotel said they have a $75.00 non refundable pet fee. This, unfortunately, was not mentioned at check-in. I'm currently in conversation with management to resolve this issue. At this point, they have offered to cut my pet fee in half. I hope to have it completely removed. Booking.com should update there drop down menu on guests to include pets. It's unfair to the facility to be blindsided by this 3rd party oversite.
- Cora (10/5): Highly recommend - My stay was amazing as always. Great customer service, rooms are amazing. Would highly recommend.
- Guy (10/5): Grandparent Visit - Comfortable!! Convenient!! ALWAYS excellent in every way!! This Home2Suites in Hanford, CA is always our first choice!!
- Mary G (10/5): - Pleasantly surprised during our first stay. Late check-in welcome staff were very friendly. All public spaces were immaculately cleaned. Room design was fresh and bigger than expected. Breakfast options were the best I've experienced.
I highly recommend. We will stay there again.
- Kimberly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Valerie (10/5): - The only bad thing was no blankets for pull out bed
- Ailyn (10/5): - The property was clean and very comfortable
- Lynne (10/5): - Enjoyed my stay and I'll be back!!
- Diana (7/5): Good - Comfortable Didn’t do cleaning in my room or make beads for $250 a night!
- yvette (8/5): - Very clean and easy parking
- Maggie (10/5): - Spacious room with hard wood instead of gross carpet! Mini kitchen! Love the HUGe square footage of the room as well!
- Susan (9/5): Best place to stay in Hanford, spacious rooms with kitchenette - The newly renovated rooms were very nicely done, lighting exceptional, modern bathrooms We had an end room that faced the freeway, unfortunately, it was very noisy as a consequence.
- Christopher (10/5): - I was so impressed their new concept. The room so well designed and s. From now on i will use Home2.
- Lisa (10/5): - Great place to stay. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area. Very clean, nice facility people are very friendly.
- Nathalee (7/5): Could be better for the price - Breakfast is not good at all. Microwaved food, please stop. That is not healthy and I would prefer if you had a lower price for the room without breakfast included. My request being acknowledged and applied.3 members of staff had touched my reservation and did not apply my request.
- Cora (10/5): Great place - Loved it, would definitely recommend it.
- Vivi (10/5): - It’s your usual Home2Suites
- Sergio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashley Nicole (8/5): - Breakfast was not that good. But the room was great! Plenty of room. Loved being on first floor. Very convenient for me. I was able to carry my son to gym. As it was close. Very convenient to restaurants. Space was very good. Love that I was able to cook. Definitely worth it. Will book again.
- M (10/5): Exceptional - Great location
- Cheryl (10/5): this was an excellent restful accommodation! - clean and festive and friendly! comfortable bed and quiet
- Carol (9/5): Very nice. Excellent staff. Lovely breakfast. - Clean, quiet, close to my family. Cost
- phillip (10/5): - The exterior pool is heated at a very nice temperature for the winter time almost like a Spa. However, they need to call animal service on the roaming cats near the pool. We stayed on the fourth floor and we liked the nice upgrades they used for the rooms. Very spacious rooms and clean. There is an In-N-Out Burger right across the street as well as the Walmart and Tatget which is nice. They have a decent gym that you can get in there at 6 AM in the morning and then breakfast starts at 7 AM and it is good… premade cheese omelettes, and egg muffins. 24/7 coffee of course.
- Shannon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (10/5): - Very Quiet and nice! Halfway to the Sequoias and not far off from the main town
- Alvarez (9/5): Superb -
- Cecilia (10/5): - Liked that there were EV charging stations, however, they were not on the network and I had to call for support. Everything went well after tech support unlocked the station.
- Kareem (10/5): Exceptional -
- Irene (10/5): Exceptional -
- DAVID (10/5): - The best hotel in Hanford 💥👌
- Daylene (10/5): - Staff was excellent the property and rooms were very clean. The only downside was the limited parking in the parking lot
- Moises (10/5): - Clean and confu
- Hornet4life (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debbie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (8/5): - Overall good stay
- Quinton (10/5): - Unexpected for Hanford. We absolutely enjoyed this hotel and will stop here again next time back in town.
- Eric (10/5): - Nice hotel all around.
- Edith (10/5): - Great new hotel, right next to police station, lots of dining options nearby, but definitely have to drive to them. Did not feel safe to walk
- Luis (10/5): - Nice and clean Organize
- Jesse (10/5): - The hotel rooms were clean and smelled great. Only complaint was there was absolutely no parking .. we paid 247 a night and had to park on the dirt road across the street which was a bit dark and isolates
- larry (10/5): - Real clean, great staff. This is a great hotel
- Rondii (10/5): The room was similar to a studio apartment with lots of room for us. I had a great stay! - The price of the hotel was higher than others in the area. They served a full breakfast in the morning which saved us money on dining purchased so the amount balanced out. Staff was always attentive when we walked thru the lobby. Upon arrival to check in, I didn't have my drivers license with me. I wasn't allowed to check in without it and would still be billed for the room even if I didn't stay. I did have other ID's but could not use them. The issue was later resolved.
- Rose (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable. There was stores and restaurants near by.
- Iris (10/5): - Really happy with my stay I enjoy the soft bed and really good showers the only down fall of this property
They need to fix the out side grills and work on the pool water that water was not to pleasant..
- Angel (10/5): - Amazing
- scott (2/5): - Front desk gentlemen was rude and not helpfully
- ricardo (10/5): - staff was very nice and its super clean
- JOSIELYN (2/5): - bedsheets smells like feet, seems like its not change after the previous customer, we have to request for new bed sheets and do it on our own , pillow case, even the pillow smells so bad.
- Nikhil (4/5): - Roomservice was not done
