- Python574 (4/5): Wish this was a better experience - This was not a great experience and it was unfortunate as this hotel had nice reviews. We stayed here for one night last year on a road trip and thankfully it was only one night as the AC was broken so our room was extremely warm and humid to the point where the carpet was moist. We had gotten in late so there was no way to swap out the room unfortunately. The bed was also uncomfortable and they had no conditioner in the shower. The room was clean though, so there was that, but it was a disappointment overall to say the least.

- Kenneth (10/5): Fantastic hotel near attractions, stores & major highways. - Hotel is relatively new and the rooms are as new, clean & maintained as the lobby. Very comfortable room layout, plenty of room. Breakfast was OK - nothing special, pretty much average fare for this level of hotel. Hotel is conveniently located near the casino & racetrack, as well as a variety of restaurants, gas stations, stores & pharmacy. Provide casino shuttle. Staff were great - friendly, efficient and well-versed in their jobs. Absolutely nothing to dislike!

The property & rooms were very clean. The guys at reception/check-in (shout out to Riley) were great. Location for breakfast was good. Plenty of tables and nice to be able to see outside. Food area was kept clean. Nothing really.

The facility was extremely clean, the staff was exceptional, extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful!! Had about everything that we could have wanted. Will definitely stay here again and again!! Highly recommend!! I don't think there could be much of anything that could be better. I have nothing but wonderful things to say from this hotel.

- Kyle (10/5): 10/10 - Will book this hotel EVERY time - This was easily one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The room was fantastic, very clean, and they even had free waters/fruit for guests in the lobby. Personally, I've never been to another hotel that actually offers cold bottled water for free. There was even a free shuttle to the casino and back until 2am. We will stay here every single time we come to Charlestown. Nothing really. I can't think of anything that we could complain about.

I had to cancel my reservation to not see he’s face. And the rooms are stinky. Bath rooms fan doesn’t work is broken. They don’t have money to fix it.

- David (8/5): Enjoyable - The front staff was very helpful and the cleaning staff did a great job. You could smell the clean in the room which made us very happy. The bed top duvet kept pulling off. It is not the Duvet comforter we usually see in major hotels. The comforter was not tucked into the duvet cover; it was a top sheet next to the body, with a comforter, and a duvet. The only drawback that we had was the breakfasts could end a little latter during the week. 6-9am is a bit early for guests. 6-10am everyday would work out best. With the type of breakfast it is, I don’t see being open an extra hour would impact labor or any excessive wasted food. We would get downstairs 9-9:30am and have to eat at a diner or other establishment.

- Lisa (10/5): - This is my second time here in four years and it was just as impeccable this time as it was last time. Check in was simple, the location is convenient with plenty of eating options and shuttle to the casino.

- X6263DHcarolynb (10/5): Comfortable beds, good place to stay - We had room 403 which is a standard room, but very long with plenty of space for everything. The little kitchenette has a dishwasher and refrigerator, there is a safe and iron and all the things you would expect. the bathroom has a shower, no tub no magnifying mirror. The lighting is pretty good. This room was right next to the elevator, which for us was convenient. the storage is well thought out. We had some help from a wonderful woman at the desk named Vanessa. What we liked best was that there was always water available at the front desk at no cost to us. I just hate when hotels charge you an overwhelming amount for water that they pay very little for . The Internet seemed very good.

Otherwise, it was a good stay overall. There were super minor signs of wear, but nothing worth documenting. As some one who hates being in a hotel, I was pleased.

- Compass58775778934 (10/5): Best Place to stay in Charlestown/Harpers Ferry,WV! Perfection!! - This is perhaps the nicest Hilton Brand hotel that we have stayed in long time. The hotel room was spotless and we enjoyed the suite like amenities. Full size dishwasher, apartment sized refrigerator/freezer, all kitchen utensils and area to make a small meal and coffee. Everything was spotless and the Customer Service at the front desk was perfection. The breakfast was AMAZING!! The breakfast had the best waffles but the highlight was the many different items to make breakfast sandwiches. Every kind of bread items, meats, chicken tenders, bacon, sausage, and fresh cheeses. There were so many different things to dress your waffles or yogurt. Truly my favorite breakfast offered anywhere. I forgot to mention that the breakfast staff could not have been anymore kind. Skip the other hotels in the area if you want a truly special place to stay with your loved ones.

- Gina (10/5): - Good choice for seeing an event at the casino. The casino has a shuttle that goes between this hotel and others in the area to the casino. We didn't use the pool or fitness equipment, but they looked pretty good. Breakfast was decent. Staff were especially helpful and cheerful.
