• Arun Kashyap (2/5): - Hotel charged us whooping £200 for 4 nights. Almost 2300 Liras per night. We checked pics and booked. Trust me, there was no proper door for bathroom. Door fell on me twice. When reported, their response was - “you are a family, so doesn’t matter if door is improper. Just ignore it and continue showing”. Dirty toilet. They asked for housekeeping but we refused to let anyone in during our stay. Area is so busy, you hear every engine and horn noise whole night. Shut window will have half a inch gap. In short, windows are not soundproof. Fridge was for namesake, never worked. No place to walk around, very small rooms. They dint even provide water in room. Rude staffs. Same breakfast every morning. Lift is so unsafe , it doesn’t have door. Lift operates without door where you can touch concrete and doors passing by. Extremely dangerous especially with kids. THIS HOTEL SPOILED OUR HOLIDAYS. They never refund if you cancel. JUST AVOID THIS STAY, you got much better options elsewhere.

• Yusof (6/5): - Iltavuoro henkilökunta oli aina vihainen ei osannut palvelua asiakkaita. Aamuvuoro henkilökunta oli todella mukava ja aasialainen.
• Adil (6/5): Cheap... you pay for what uou get, if that. - Hotel was cheap and I've stayed before for a couple of nights, just as i did on this trip. +ve: wifi worked in my room, price very reasonable, close enough to tram n transport -ve: bed uncomfortable, very loud street noises, no sound proofing, room was dated and run down, peeling wall paper, bathroom fittings coming loose, breakfast very basic, poor ac. Overall not a great hotel. If yr a solo traveller on business it does the job for a couple of nights. Definitely not a place for kids or a longer stay. I just needed a place to sleep and keep my luggage but even the sleep wasnt confortable, worn mattress, room felt dirty.

• Naef (2/5): فندق يسكنونه الأقزام السبه فقط 😒 - الفندق سيء بي كل المستويات انا لا انصح الجميع بي زياره نصب واحتيال وعنصريه ويتكلمون في السياسيه الدوليه والمحليه بي شكل غريب الفندق يقفل بابه ٦ ساعات اخير الليل مما اضتريت اجلس في الخارج أكثر من ٣٠ دقيقه لي يفتح لي الباب ضيق جدا بشكل غريب جدا طبعا هل لك أن تتخيل أن تحكم المكيف من الرسبشن تقوم من النوم وانت ميت احر وايام ميت برد شيء عجيب عجيب

(4/5): - Hotel avec un accueil très chaleureux et un bon service mais pas bien entretenue,odeur forte de clim mal entretenue a l'entrée de l'hôtel et les vitres extérieure sont sale surtout qu'ont on souvent les store dans la chambre, support douche qui tombe et un toilette collé presque contre le lavabo, support de miroir cassé et enlever, je ne retournerais plus dans cette hôtel...

• Verified traveler (8/5): - L'hôtel est situé a côté du centre. 30mn a pied de la mosquée bleu et de l'église Sophia. Le quartier est très animé. Bcp de restaurants, fast food, commerces, cafés... Le personnel est très sympathique
• Mo (2/5): - Staff were really nice and accommodating because I came way earlier than check-in time and they offered me a room. However, only one check-in staff at this hotel speaks English. Then the weirdest thing happened which I have never seen happen anywhere else in the world during my travels; they wanted to hold on to my passport as collateral because they did not have a booking for me because of some payment issue. Even though they had a photocopy of my passport. The payment didn't have anything to do with me but between the hotel and Expedia. I told them they can have a copy of my credit card if they were worried about their payment, as is normal in every other hotel in the world. So I stayed in the lobby till the payment went through because I didn't want anyone holding on to my passport even if you promise me that you will keep it in a safe. Also, "breakfast" is not really a breakfast. The shower only had two modes, hot or cold water. That's if the hot water was working. Air condition temperature is controlled by reception so the AC remote in the room does nothing. Beds were so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving 4 days before my actual stay of a week was finished and I didn't even bother asking for a refund. Also, the walls are super thin, you will hear everything that's happening in your neighbour's room, EVERYTHING.
• Evan (10/5): Great Value - Great location, friendly staff, breakfast was meh but you get what you pay for. Room was clean, nice shower, fast wifi. What more can you ask for. Walking distance to Yenikapi metro station (like 100m)
• galina (2/5): Bad expirience - Terrible hotel without any stars. No hot water. On reception no one talk English normal. Area around also not for tourist. It's 1 -2 star hotel. Just in internet it's show 4 to make it sale. Room is max 10metres. Shower and toilet in a bad conditions. Not recommended even for 1 night.

• B A (10/5): - First time staying at Sinem Hotel but I can honestly say that it was better than the six times I've stayed at the nearby Sim Hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious (although I was a solo person in a triple room). The bathroom was modern with a separate shower cubicle (other budget hotels just have a wet room). Location is 5 minutes walk from Yenikapi Metro station which is currently last stop on the metro from Atatürk Airport (note there's sadly a new airport opening soon which is much further from the city and without a Metro station).. Internet was fast, I clocked a test with 1.8mbps down and 0.8mbps upload. Be sure to visit the lovely Giazenteppe Restaurant up the road for great Turkish food, especially the Iskander..

• Verified traveler (8/5): Just ok for the cost - It was OK. The room door was just next to the bed, in the breakfast time many ppl wrong to try to open the door was annoying. Window is good sound-proofed. One staff is really friendly. The other staff was really unfriendly. Grand floor is offering watering server but I poured to my bottle with asking, intermidiate the front staff said go to market to buy water at 0:00 midnight.

The environment is not excellent no rail to hold when you're claiming the steps for health and safety. No microwave to warm food ,toilet is clean but there was smelling coming from somewhere unknown
