- Ismawati S (8/5): value for money, i had good experience - Pro: clean room, bright room (i was stay in room with window), has sufficient lamp in the room, enough electric plugs in the room, there is microwave in the lobby, nice & attentive staff, Good area-specially if you want to go to platinum mall you can just walk there Con: shower area in the bathroom not drain water fast enough so will be stagnant water there while you shower no breakfast in the hotel-so prepare your snacks and many restaurants nearby you can just by food before head back to hotel

- Emily (5/5): Value for money - The staff was lovely and helpful, the location was convenient and despite being so close to the center, the room was quiet at night. There was a fridge stocked with water and despite the room being small, it had everything you'd need! As it was cheap and we only stayed one night, it was totally fine. The room was really not clean, there were stains on towels and sheets and dust/hair/spots on the floor. Beds were also rock solid.

Walking distance to many shopping areas. - I like their firm bed and clean rooms, excellent air conditioning and hot water shower Poor noise cancellation. Hotel located away from busy road but. But while inside the rooms you can hear anyone walking on tiles flooring in the corridor, other guests closes their doors and during night hours there is sound of truck unloading stuffs and it has disrupted my sleep.

However, the room service staff is very friendly and definitely deserves a promotion Front office staff need to be better trained in hospitality, friendliness, and maintaining a welcoming smile. Guests should not feel pressured to vacate their rooms while they are preparing to check out, as this creates a very uncomfortable 'rushed out' feeling at the end of their stay. This was my second stay here; while the first was excellent, this experience made me feel unwelcome.

Perfect place for shopping holiday. There is unfortunately no restaurant, which means no breakfast available. I also wish they have laundromat.

- Manon (3/5): Teleurstellend - We zijn eerder weg gegaan we hebben wel netjes die dag aan geld terug gekregen Kamers waren extreem klein je kan je letterlijk niet draaien De kamers waren heel gehorig als ze de kamers om half 8 ging schoonmaken was alsof de kamer naast je werd afgebroken en gesloopt werd De airco werkte niet met 35 graden wel wenselijk ze zeiden we kijken erna vervolgens gebeurt er niets En we moesten 2 verdiepingen aan trap lopen omdat de lift niet verder gaat zaten op de 7e verdieping het ligt in een eng straatje aan een doodlopende weg de hele indruk was niet echt vakantie gevoel

The room was on the ground floor and just a glass door, didnt feel too secure. It was very noisy early in the mornings. there would be a lot of loading and moving noises.
