Parken in einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus - wenn man der Empfehlung des Hotels und Wegbeschreibung folgt, kein Problem. Auf dortige Vorab- und Barzahlung wird auf der Website hingewiesen. Wir hatten definitiv nichts zu bemängeln.

Janet (10/5): Lovely facility and great location - The staff were exceptionally nice. There was a comfortable family room to gather where they provided snacks and teas. The location was great. We were able to walk to the different meeting points for our tours. Our unit did not have enough water pressure to take a shower. Other family members in a different unit said the pressure wasn’t great but they were able to shower.

Le personnel était vraiment très gentil et l'hôtel + la chambre, joli mais un peu cher pour ce que c'est. La chambre était petite, la salle de bain (avec toilettes) ouverte sur la chambre donc pas du tout d'intimité. Puis, étant dans la chambre au rez-de-chaussée à côté du salon commun, nous entendions tous les autres clients de l'hôtel. De plus l'insonorisation n'était pas le point fort de l'établissement. La propreté, rien à redire.

Cagnacci (9/5): Piacevole e comodo - La struttura si trova in posizione centralissima nel centro storico della città e permette di raggiungere a piedi i maggiori siti di interesse. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite, lo staff sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutare il cliente. La colazione è abbastanza varia e molto curata nei dettagli così come l’intera struttura. La doccia è un po’ scomoda da aprire e chiudere poiché la manopola è poco agevole. Le camere con vista interna sono un po’ buie.

Was a bit difficult with a baby stroller as there were quite a few stairs to get to the lift. Air con in living room was making constant noise all day and night which was a bit annoying. I wish the breakfast had a few more options.

Kirsten (8/5): Et hyggeligt hotel vi gerne vender tilbage til. Stor oplevelse. - Meget fin morgenmadsbuffet. Alt hvad hjertet begærer. Ikke langt fra turistattraktioner. Stor oplevelse at være der i påsken med de mange optog. Mange spændende restauranter. Venlighed og imødekommende personale. Vi havde et dejligt værelse, men der var ikke mulighed for udluftning, da der ingen vinduer var. Ved afrejse spurgte vi receptionisten om han ville ringe efter en taxa, der skulle køres os til Malaga Togstation, hvor vi skulle afhente vores lejede bil. Vi gav ham papir, så han kunne se, hvor vi skulle sættes af. Han brugte ikke megen tid på at se på papiret, men ringede hurtig til en taxa. Taxaen kom som planlagt. En sød ung mand. Da vi havde kørt et stykke tid, undrede vi os over, at vi ikke var ved stationen, da vi på et kort kunne se, at der ikke var langt til Malaga Togstation. Taxaen standsede foran Malagas lufthavn. Vi sagde til chaufføren, at vi ikke skulle til lufthavnen, men til Togstatioen i Malaga. Den unge mand svarede, at receptionisten på hotellet, havde sagt, at vi skulle i lufthavnen. Vi måtte betale for turen til lufthavnen, og herefter køre tilbage i taxa til Malaga Togstation. En kedelig og dyr oplevelse, som kunne være undgået, hvis receptionisten havde brugt tid på at orientere sig om, hvor vores bil skulle afhentes. Det kostede ekstra for vi betalte da vi hentede den lejede bil. Det tog timer.

Mohamed (8/5): Great location and comfy beds - Location is perfect. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Room was big enough to fit a family of 4, and beds were so comfy. Breakfast had very few options. (Not the hotel’s problem) Tricky to arrive there by car, as Google Maps is not able to route inside the city center.

Joao (4/5): A hotel stay with the very basics missing. - Location Bathroom integrated into the bedroom. There was only a translucent panel separating the bedroom from the toilet. One would see a person seated on the toilet. The solution was one spouse to leave the room. Sink did not have a cabinet only a small ladder was placed on the side to place toiletries. Everything kept falling on the floor. Very annoying. In short, a room made for instagram pictures and not for the guests’ comfort. On top of that terrible internet. We had to use roaming and pay fees to be online.

alancN42TW (10/5): City trip - Both myself and my wife have recently returned from a trip to Malaga. All of the staff at this hotel were first class but we would like to say a big thank you to Omar and Karla who went the extra mile during our stay with regards to opening the breakfast buffet up a little bit earlier than usual because of our early flight. Omar and Karla are a credit to to the Palacete.
Maria (8/5): Leuk stadshotel, zeer centraal en vrijwel alles op loopafstand - Zeer centrale ligging in de stad. We hadden een kamer aan de binnenzijde, was helemaal Prima. Raam kon open en er was airco. Kan niks noemen
Alan (8/5): Central Location. - Great Central Location. Decent size room and spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Good breakfast, staff were friendly and attentive. The bed was very uncomfortable. Hard Pillows and poor quality sheets, they felt like they’d been washed too much. Difficult to sleep plus the AirCon wasn’t great. Overall the cost was high for what we had.
Frank (7/5): Tolle Lage, im Detail verbesserungsfähig - Top Lage in der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso Busse und Metro Sehr schnelles und stabiles WiFi Frühstück gut, man muss allerdings aktiv nach Eierspeisen fragen, die dann frisch zubereitet werden Sehr freundliches Personal Zimmer lag zu einer Art Innenhof und hatte ausser einer Glasscheibe kein Fenster zum Öffnen/Lüften Die Dusche hatte nur einen sehr geringen Wasserdurchfluss und eine instabile Temperaturregelung Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mit über 200 Euro/Nacht sehr ambitioniert

Roland (8/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man erreicht absolut alles fussläufig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gelungene Kombination beim Umbau des alten Stadthauses. Viel Altes erhalten und mit Modernem kombiniert. Alles sehr sauber Das Zimmer (nicht das billigste) war ser klein. Kein Schrank zum etwas versorgen. Man lebt aus dem Koffer. Andrerseits ist bei einem alten Stadthaus die der Grundriss und die Zimmeraufteilung fast vorgegeben. Das Frühstück war ok. Aber etwas bescheiden für diese Preisklasse. Der Frühstücksraum ziemlich eng.

Steve (10/5): Fabulous place, great staff great location - An old building with lots of charm and character right in the centre of Malaga We were in the suites next door, the suite itself was fabulous but the interior of the this building wasn’t as charming as the hotel.
André (8/5): - Die Lage ist optimal und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Dusche in Zimmer 301 scheint defekt zu sein. Lässt sich nur mit viel Kraft bedienen und kennt nur eine Temperatur: Heiss!

Zak (9/5): Great option for exploring Malaga - Great location for exploring Malaga. Everything was clean and the rooms were well equieped. I appreciate the afternoon tea area. Breakfest was decent but the staff felt cold and distant. It gets quite roudy in the night with locals walking home after a night out. I recommend earbuds if you sleeping in room thats overlooking the street as i was.
Regina (10/5): Só não foi melhor porque tovemos o azar de alerta vermelho por conta das chuvas. Mas o hotel não teve culpa… - De tudo! Hotel com poucos apartamentos. Totalmente renovado. Maravilhoso! Poderia ter um bar-restaurante aberto para pequenos lanches à noite.

91mmm (10/5): Good location, friendly staff, charming and neat - The hotel is small, but really charming and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, very nice. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast is good, lots of fruit, cheeses etc, fried eggs are available on request. Staff is very friendly. The location is excellent in the old town, close to everything. I recommend.
