• ناصر المشحن (4/5): كانت الاقامة الأولة ا, السابق جميلة . ولكن الاقامة الثانية سيئة جدأ - لم اتمكن من الافطار للالغاء الحجز من قبلي الموقع جيد لانه يقع في بداية مدينة الاحساء. الغرف الموجوده في الدور الأول سيئة النظافة . والعمال غير متعاونون. المسجد والحمام الموجود في الفندق النظافة سيئة جداجدا.سبق وأن سكنة في الفندق . وكان جميل ولكن تغير 100%100. امل تغير طاقم العمل في الفندق

• Craig (5/5): Unorganised. - I never stayed there as they gave my booking to another guest and the room they offered was dark and depressing. It took them 30 minutes to finally admit that they had given my booked room to another guest. They showed me a room that i could have that was reserved for another and it was the darkest room I’ve ever seen. I left after that.

• Syed (6/5): - I really liked the location, and the room size was excellent value for money. .The toilet water pressure was excessively high, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the bathroom floor drains were blocked, causing slow water drainage. Improved cleanliness is also required.

• عبدالاله (5/5): اقامة سيئة لن تتكرر - التلفزيون قنواته محدوده ولا توجد فيه قنوات السعودية الرياضية. ماء السيفون ضعيف جدا مياه مغسلة اليدين لاتعمل مما اضططرنا الى استدعاء عامل الصيانة لايوجد فرن كهربائي او غاز لعمل القهوة ، طلبنا سحان كهربائي لكن للأسف لايوجد عندهم .

• Chulpan (4/5): Впечатленее среднее. Приехала бы сюда ещё раз только из за месторасположения . - Мы заселялись в этот отель с семьей на две ночи. Нас сразу же заселили по приезду. Номер был чистый, большой. Месторасположение просто отличное, ибо за стенами отеля находится огромный рынок , где можно найти все что угодно. Там же можно и поесть. Купить сувениров, одежду и многое другое. В отеле были завтраки, приносят в номер. Хотя на букинге на фотографиях к отелю вы можете увидеть завтрак по типу шведского стола. Но в реальности его нет. Персонал плохо говорит на английском . В номере нет полотенец вообще ни одного. Так же на кухне , так как это апартаменты, нет ни одной посуды. Нет воды. По приезду первым делом вы должны будете искать где купить воду. Это очень не удобно. Было бы приятно если бы владельцы отеля подумали о своих гостях, и проявили большую заботу.
