• Pierre (8/5): Vacances réussies '. - Appartement confortable décoré avec goût idéal pour deux personnes , très bien situé (20 min) de la gare et du centre ville.. Christina et Victor proposent par leurs équipements et renseignements tout ce qui est nécessaire pour faciliter les vacances des touristes et passer un agréable séjour.

Voor onze 1-jarige stond er een babybed en babystoel klaar en zelfs wat speelgoed, heel fijn! Enige minpunt is dat je de badkamer en keuken moet schoonmaken bij vertrek. Ik begrijp dat het afval en de afwas moeten worden opgeruimd, maar om te vragen om het daadwerkelijk schoon te maken met de aanwezige schoonmaakspullen heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt bij een vakantieverblijf. Anders wordt je borg van 50 euro ingehouden.

• Katarzyna (10/5): - Apartament bardzo czysty, doskonale wyposażony - kuchnia z mikrofalówką, tosterem, ekspresem do kawy. Dostępne także kielkszki, kubki, talerze, garnki, patelnie, otwieracz, korkociąg, sztućce, miseczki - wszystko czego trzeba. Także była w wyposażeniu kawa i herbata oraz cukier. Lodówka także dostępna. W łazience suszarka do włosów. Dużo miejsca na rzeczy. W sypialni sejf, ręczniki na plażę. Na wyposażeniu również klimatyzacja i telewizor. Tarasik chociaż mały to naprawdę przytulny, nie było hałasu. Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie, przestronne. Spokojnie zmieszczą się trzy osoby, a nawet 4 jeśli dwie spałyby wspólnie na rozkładanej, nie za dużej sofie w pokoju. Naprawdę apartament aż przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Gospodarze dają bardzo precyzyjne instrukcje dojazdu, zameldowania i wymeldowania. W pobliżu mieszkania jest 24godzinny sklep. Niedaleko jest także Aldi, Lidl, dużo takich mniejszych lokalnych sklepików. Mieszkanie nie jest w ścisłym centrum przy najważniejszych atrakcjach Malagi. Ale tam można w 20-30 minut dojść pieszo lub podjechać autobusami. Przystanki są niedaleko, nie stanowiło to żadnego problemu.

I letti sono molto comodi e la cucina è provvista per ogni necessità La struttura non era pulitissima, gli armadi e la testiera del letto erano pieni di polvere (e per persone allergiche alla polvere non è il massimo). Magari sbaglio, ma la sensazione è che i proprietari facciano pulire gli ospiti precedenti (con esplicita minaccia di 50 euro di penale se non viene fatto, come dichiarato all’accoglienza) e poi rifiniscano le pulizie il minimo necessario.
• Radoslaw (9/5): Perfect place to stay in Malaga - calm, clean and cozy - Perfect location - some 700 meters to the Old City, yet located in a calm area (no clubs, no cars in the earsight); affordable bars and restaurants for the locals are close by (much cheaper than in the Old City). The owners are very polite, communicative and left us clear instructions how to use their property. The bed was a bit short for me, a 188cm guy. In the kitcher there is no dryer for the cutlery and plates after you wash them. The walls are bit thin, so you can hear the neighbours (if there are more noisy than usual).

• Montalbano (8/5): Molto bene! - La posizione molto centrale, la pulizia, l'appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario (macchina caffè, tostapane, fornetto, lavatrice...) Perfetto per le famiglie! Gli asciugamani da spiaggia...la piccola terrazina per mangiare fuori...tutto perfetto! Unico "problema" è che gli appartamenti sono vicinissimi tra loro e non insonorizzati...quindi le notti ci siamo svegliati più volte a causa dei pianti del bebè dei vicini (lo sentivamo come se fosse nella camera con noi) e delle chiacchere delle persone del piano di sopra... Pazienza, anche i bebè devono andare in vacanza :) Portate dei tappi per le orecchie e sarete ok!

Sehr sauber, top Ausstattung, alles notwendige ist vorhanden (Küche mit Geschirr, Handtücher, Strandtücher) und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ebenso fantastisch. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sie vom Flughafen sehr gut erreichbar und allgemein liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral.

È stato comodo trovare sapone per i piatti, olio e sale. Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato molto aver trovato dei giochi per intrattenere il nostro bimbo. Davvero consigliato!

• Marie (8/5): - Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell in der Altstadt und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Außerdem bietet die Terrasse einen sehr schönen Ort zum Ausruhen. Victor und Christina waren immer super erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Küche und Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Küche war toll ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Es gab außerdem Strandhandtücher, was wirklich toll war. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und süß eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist leider etwas hellhörig und man bekommt einiges von den anderen Gästen mit. Außerdem war es stellenweise etwas staubig und die Wohnung hatte einen etwas chemisch-säuerlichen Geruch (wie von einer Art Reinigungsmittel), der leider nicht verflogen ist.

Alles sehenswerte ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen (10-15 Minuten, zum Hafen 25 Minuten). Für 2 Personen eine perfekte Unterkunft zu einem sehr guten Preis.

It is spacious, with well equipped kitchen (including coffee, tea) with a living room and upstairs is located the bedroom, bathroom and small laundry room and balcony. we have had a very good time, did not miss anything. The hosts were nice and responsive, we used the possibility to store our luggage prior departure and everything was smooth. nothing particular, we just missed smaller cups for coffee :)

• Renate (8/5): Prima voor paar dagen Malaga - Prima appartement voor een paar dagen. Dicht bij het oude centrum. Bedden goed. Heerlijke douche. Koffie aanwezig. Personeel is vriendelijk maar zakelijk. We mochten onze bagage laten staan aangezien we een late vlucht hadden. Supermarkten dichtbij. Erg gehorig. Onze buren vonden het nodig om ons heerlijk te laten mee genieten van hun muziek. Buurt is wat shabby. Veel afval op straat. Vonden zelfs een gebruikte luier voor de deur gegooid.

• Moira (9/5): Come a casa, non mancava nulla! - Appartamento accogliente con tutto il necessario ed anche di più: in casa abbiamo trovato beni di prima necessità come caffè, zucchero, sale, olio, bagnoschiuma, sapone per piatti e detersivo lavatrice. Inoltre a disposizione degli ospiti i teli mare. L'host risponde via mail e wathsapp. Indicazioni semplici e puntuali. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo potuto lasciare tutto il giorno i bagagli nell'atrio dello stabile gratuitamente. La posizione é a meno di 1 km dal ponte che porta in centro, comoda é allo stesso tempo silenziosa. Nel complesso tutto eccellente, curato e pulito. Manca un po' di luce in bagno ma l'host ne é consapevole ed ha già in previsione delle modifiche.

• Goda (8/5): - The apartment is really spacious, has a cute little terrace. We found everything we needed in the kitchen (wine opener, salt, pepper, oil, tea, very good coffee, etc). There even was some sun cream :) The beds were quite narrow and short (I am 1,75m tall), and the mattresses kept moving (puffy mattress on a tall narrow bed), good thing there was a sofa-bed :) the walls are quite thin and the street is pretty noisy, so the quiet time was from midnight to ~7AM.

The care felt really nice, such as preparing the beach towels, having coffee available, and the excellent equipment of the apartment (iron, washing machine). The apartment had a slightly unpleasant smell, but with plenty of ventilation the issue was resolved.

It would be useful to have a mirror outside the bathroom - we were 3 ladies getting ready for a wedding so it was a bit hard to fit us all in the tiny bathroom at similar times.

Zapłata za nocleg po przez link od właściciela gdzie tracisz dodatkową kasę za przewalutowanie (u mnie to było 100zł więcej na 5 dniach), dodatkowo trzeba wszystko wysprzątać i wynieść śmieci na ulice (kosz uliczny do którego nie da się wrzucić większego worka na śmieci). Dodatkowo miałoby łóżko dwu osobowe, a były dwa pojedyncze złączone ze sobą. Na pewno wrócę do malagi ale też na pewno nie wrócę do tego lokum

• Alessio (7/5): Good quality/price ratio for a few days. - Communication was great - all info was given in due time and it all went perfectly. Location is good (10min walking distance from the city centre, and close to supermarkets) and the building is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Late check-in available (box with keys) and luggage storage in the hallway of the apartments was permitted. No car parking available in the street, but a good recommendation to where to park (5min walking to a private parking for €18/24h). The apartment is cosy and has all needed for a few days. Beds are small, and mattresses need to be replaced. Also, it would be ideal to have better pillow options. The apartment with terrace is ground floor (interior) thus it is humid.
• Dovilė (8/5): Very good - Good place, near supermarket, big shopping centers, old town (10-15 min walking), central station (20 min walking). It was rainy and cold during our stay, so the room was not warm enough and it was humid, even though we used the air conditioner for heating. Bathroom is a little bit too small.
• Bozena (1/5): Bad - NOTHING Horrible appartment with a mold on the walls. Beds were uncomfortable, shower was 50x50cm good mybe for kids, but not for adults, door to the bedroom were broken, no dishwasher, you could hear the neighbour like they are in your appartment, The owner expects that you will do his work and clean the appartment for next guests. Edit: I got my money back after I reported the host. The owner has no right to take any "deposit" for cleaning. If he ever takes 50 euro from you for "cleanining" please report it to Booking/Mastercard/Revolut. The owner also cancelled my reservation (you can see the information about it above my comment) probably to cheat on Booking's provision. Please never pay via the link in his email. What if you have any trouble during the stay with the host, you call Booking for help and they tell you that they dont have your reservation with him? And I cleaned the appartment. The second picture is an example of "extremely dirty" fridge that I left after my stay. Seriously, he sent me that picture as an example of the dirt I left:)
• Lorenzo (8/5): Great stay for center Málaga - Location, easy to check-in/check out, fast communication with host. Easy A bit of noise from street , entrance (apartment 1) and flushing toilet sounds (our baby noises included xD). Not enough kitchen towel to clean/dry dishes.
• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice location, close to the city centre but on a very quiet street
