The variety of food in breakfast was rather small. The water temperature of shower was unstable. The staff were very nice.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Sure will stay again 👍 - Very spacious and clean hotel, breakfast is very good also, you will get more than what you paid for, only that the airport shuttle only runs in the morning but my flight leaves at night, good thing is the rail station close enough to the hotel and only 2 stops from the airport, I highly recommend.

- Michael (8/5): - There were some minor aesthetic improvements that could do with some attention (e.g. the grungy carpeting in the elevators, the hole in the drywall behind the bathroom sink), but overall a good hotel. Our room had a nice view, and a clean bed and bathroom. The staff was also helpful and courteous in lending an umbrella or adapter and pointing out directions. Across the street is a supermarket, convenient for picking up snack and drinks, and less than five minutes away, access to Izumisano Station on the Nankai Line.

No a/c in the hallways on floor 17. The included breakfast was surprisingly great with traditional Japanese offerings. They also offered toast and cereal. The best part was the shuttle ride to the KIX airport which the hotel provided - it was very convenient.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay - Wonderful stay. Great staff. First time in Japan, so took an UBER from KIX airport to hotel. Train station is near by. Many convenient stores near by. Everything (food places) kind of closes by 8-9 pm.

About a 5 min walk (if that) from tge station. Don't know if we got lucky with our room, but it was large, had a sofa seating area and massage chair in it. Excellent value

- KAY MENG (8/5): - Stayed 1 night in this hotel to catch the early flight on next morning. The hotel is a short drive from Kansai airport and it provide free airport drop-off service which is convenient. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious for 5 adults, and beddings are comfortable. The hotel is a short walking distance from a subway/metro train station, and there are eateries/restaurants and supermarket in the vincinity.

We booked here for a night due to proximity to Rinku outlets and KIX. Service is a notch below all the other Japan hotels on my trip, as it was the only one that did not help us (with 2 young children) to move our stored luggages into the room once check-in was available. Breakfast is basic and passable.

- Christine (10/5): - Izumisano Center Hotel was a perfect beginning to our Japan trip. We arrived at Kansai airport and needed somewhere convenient and pleasant to stay before moving on to our final destination. This hotel is just two stops and a couple blocks walk away from the airport. The staff was kind and patient with our lack of language skills. The rooms were simple, but clean and comfortable. The view from our 17th floor room was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

- Jesusa (10/5): Experience at Izumisano Center Hotel - Our stay at Izumisano Center Hotel was great. The place was very accessible because it is very near the Izumisano station (Nankai line) and very convenient as it has many stores located in the vicinity. It is a preferable place to stay for someone going to Kansai International Airport because they also offer a free bus shuttle to both terminal 1 and 2 of the airport in the morning.

- carlbrown1 (10/5): Affordable and convenient - Very clean, modern hotel feel, good staff, enormous room (4 of us). Bathroom well stocked and Elizabeth Arden toilettries! Really a few minutes walk from the station straight up the road as they do not shuttle from the airport. A shame that the shuttle was so early that we missed breakfast on both going and returning stays. Still, for the very reasonable price, not something to complain about. A few decent local eateries within a few minutes walk.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommended - Easy check in. Great location, only 2 subway stops from KIX. We got a 5-beds room with a great view, very spacious and large bathroom. Nice Japanese pub and restaurant around. Convenient store close by also.
- SinyeeK1130 (10/5): Very very excellent hotel!! - 非常棒的酒店，我倆只留宿一晚因為搭 8am飛機所以特意 Book這酒店，幸運地安排住在最高的房間，好棒的視野（只有 16及17樓才看到夜景跟摩天輪），好大的房間，好大的浴室，也非常新淨。 要是再去大阪，必定再住，如果東京有這酒店就好了。 Really Nice Hotel, Great services and Huge room. Lucky we stayed on 17th Floor (Nice view only available on 16 and 17th Floor) Highly recommend
- otyzav (10/5): Fantastic staying - The view is fantastic/ very clean/ so close to Izumisano Station/ My hair just love the Laura Ashley shampoo set / I Slept like a LOG /I could have perfect sleeping 💤 after whole day activities/ the coffee ☕️ it’s so good 😊 I love ❤️ from amenities to room to beddings to spectacular views from room/ pillows and Bed given me SO RELAXING 😌 feelings/ I will stay here again next week or anytime I go to KANSAI Airport next time with my Soulmate
- O3187TKjenniferh (2/5): I am disappointed about their customer services - Before we checked out, it was raining heavily outside. So we asked reception to arrange a taxi for us to the airport. Staff told us she has called 2 taxi companies, but nobody answered the call. Nothing else she can do to help us. It was the first time I heard from hotel saying their can't help their customers to find a taxi. I can't believe this was happened in Japan. In the end, we found a taxi through DiDi. When the taxi arrived, the doorman holding a umbrella standing in the front gate, watching us get wet in heavy rain putting luggage into the car. He didn't come over to help us. He just stood there watching their customers get wet in such heavy rain. I will never stay in this hotel again. I have never experienced such terrible customer services.
- Heather (10/5): Great Hotel and Convenient! - My experience at the Izumisano Center Hotel is excellent, The reception desk was Very helpful and welcoming. The Hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Train Station, and just two stops from Kansai International Airport. I was on the top floor and the view was excellent. The morning Buffet Breakfast was good and very busy. Most likely tours.
- annecS4632AW (8/5): Great Hotel for a one night stopover - The Izumisano Center Hotel is a great hotel to stay one night on your way to your Destination. The room is very clean the only criticism I would have is the bed is very hard for my liking and only one very soft pillow which made it hard to get comfortable
- denycee64 (10/5): Very comfortable - Stayed here as part of a tour. Room was bigger than expected and comfortable. Located close to restaurants. Breakfast room is huge with plenty of variety. Staff were very helpful. Toiletries were beautifully presented and the bathroom, come 'pod' was very cool. Would recommend.
