• Fanny (8/5): Excellent emplacement - Tres bien localisé à côté de la plage Très confortable et spacieux pour une famille de 5 Le manque de luminosité dans la cuisine et les chambres mais rien de bien grave vu qu’on passait notre temps dehors
• Emmanuel (4/5): Bien mais à améliorer. - Grand espace salon avec vue (réduite) sur la mer. Chambre avec literie très confortable. Très bien équipé. Deux salles de bain propes et pratiques. Pas de chauffage à l'arrivée nous avons perdu presque trois heures avant que ce soit réglé par l'équipe de maintenance. Le lendemain douche glacée donc deuxième intervention de la maintenance. Zone très centrique mais du coup pas de place pour se garer ou bien parquemètre très très cher. Salon mal isolé le froid rentre par les trous des fenêtres.

• Fribaldo (10/5): Tutto perfetto struttura eccellente - Casa molto grande e pulita, posizione perfetta di fronte la spiaggia, comoda anche per raggiungere il centro antico con una fermata di bus o a piedi. In casa c'era tutto, elettrodomestici, piatti, pentole etc. Assolutamente consigliatissimo. Qualche volta l'applicazione per aprire la porta si bloccava e dovevi aspettare un po. Per il resto nulla che non andasse

Superbe emplacement à 10 minutes de la vieille ville Très petite déception concernant la remise des clés: il était précisé qu'il fallait utiliser une application smartphone pour ouvrir l'appartement, mais le jour de l'arrivée, il était indiqué qu'il fallait chercher les clés à l'agence (je m'en suis aperçu après avoir galéré avec le smartphone devant la porte d'entrée).

• Diarmuid (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! The location, nice modern decoration and very clean. Comfortable beds, and nice layout of the apartment! The pillows were too soft for my personal liking, but that’s it! Everything else was great!

• Pete (10/5): San sebastian - The apartment was a very good size with large bedrooms and two bathrooms which was a real plus. The lounge was very large with a small balcony and a large corner window with a view of the sea. The location was around 2 mins from the beach. There are cafes and bars located on the street downstairs which we were always busy but not open too late. It was around 10-15 minute walk to the old town and main beach. The movie theme to the apartment was a nice touch. Nothing with the apartment itself but a couple points to note. The apartment is stated as first floor but in fact it is second floor. The apartment operator explained this is because the first floor is classed as a mezzanine level. This could have been explained better as it was not clear which apartment was ours. The lift was out of action for the entirety of the stay, didn't bother us too much but would have been useful for luggage.

The property management were happy to accomodate housing our luggage at their office until the apartment was ready, because we arrived early. We stayed with our 3 children and the apartment is spacious and quiet. We were all sad to leave! Nothing

The staff at Feel free are so helpful they even let us store our luggage in their office until our flight . One of the nicest apartments we have stayed in and in the best location for San Sebastion thank you for all your help . It was all excellent .
