- Chris (3/5): Close down till you finish your renovations. - Location was good if you’re passing through Look at the pics. No one around. Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. No breakfast.
- PhuongAnh (Jolly) (10/5): -
- Ken (7/5): - we did not have breakfast....not offered. Only coffee we realized that the place was under construction which did not bother us at all. Our complaint focuses on the heater unit....it kept switching over to air conditioning. We had it turned to low heat because the room was very cold when we arrived. The heater was loud and functioning poorly.
- George (8/5): -
- Nick (7/5): -
- Soulaimane (2/5): - Far from the hustle and bustle of the city and tranquility The cleanliness and the lack of a kettle or coffee machine mean it's not worth the price.
- Kyle (8/5): Great snowmobile destination stop. - Loved the fact in was right on the hwy and snowmobile trail. Super easy access. For the price, could have included a continental breakfast instead of just coffee.
- KEVIN (6/5): -
- Tori (1/5): Terrible - Location was great Very outdated
Dirty
Ended up going to a different motel
- Darryl (10/5): -
- Jessie (10/5): -
- kim (7/5): - Close to downtown. Price great. Bed was hard and springs were sticking out in the edges
- Heather (10/5): -
- Glenda (7/5): Was a comfortable motel - No breakfast at this location yet.
Staff very friendly.
- Daniel (9/5): - I thought that the staff we're very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary coffee in the morning was also a huge bonus! The beds were comfortable although a couple more pillows would've made it even better.
- Mehrnaz (8/5): -
- Jean-Claude (5/5): I want not very bad. - We didn't take breakfast. Toilet and accessories couldn't reach the range as hotel
- Tabatha (3/5): -
- Hope (7/5): -
- Jeanette (8/5): Overall it was wonderful the puppy dog felt very comfortable here - The fact I could bring my dog at no extra cost and they have a nice walking space for her. The amount of towels supplied they only put one of everything in the room. Lucky I take some of my own washcloths and bath towels
- Lisa (5/5): A very dated motel. Needs some redecorating. - The beds were comfy and the room was clean. No noise from traffic considering the location. Mattress kept sliding down from headboard
Chips in vending machine were outdated
No breakfast - just coffee
Hairdryer was only 1 speed - high
No phonebook or business advertisements for eating out
- Kate (5/5): It met my needs given that I had to make a reservation at the very last minute. - There was no breakfast. Only coffee and tea. No bathtub. Outside door was not well fitted/sealed- you could see light coming through the edges - in the winter that would be bad. The cheap flooring was of questionable quality. Riad sude room was far from soundproof. I would have oreferred a room in the backside of the hotel.
- marianne (8/5): All in all good - Room was very clean. Price for stay was reasonable. Staff were friendly A little bit noisy from the floor above
- Nida (10/5): -
- Sherri (9/5): -
- GUY (10/5): It was great with staff -
- Marty (7/5): Decent - Breakfast n/a, location good Shower knob was loose
- Nikki (8/5): - Very clean! Easy check in. The deadbolt on the door to the hallway wouldn’t work so I only had the latch to secure the door at night
- The Raby Team (10/5): Conveniently located, tidy, comfortable! - They decorated lovely for Christmas-it made the place feel very welcoming! Conveniently located just off the highway so you don't have to drive into the City, which was great for us as we had a truck with a trailer attached as well as a car. Lots of parking. Friendly staff indeed!!! N/A
- Neil (7/5): -
- Monika (8/5): -
- Zula (6/5): -
- Janet (10/5): - Everything NA
- Susan (7/5): - It’s right on the highway, so no need to travel into Sudbury. Bed was not comfortable, it is a low grade box spring. Bring an extra blanket, as they provide a very light cover.
- Jari (6/5): -
- Keziah (7/5): -
- Austin (7/5): Good for the price and short stay - The bathroom was nice and late check-in available. The location is convinient if you're passing by. The bed didn't have the proper comforters for winter. The employee at check-out was asking for additional money despite showing multiple proof of the booking value. The drinking water was not very clean.
- Anna (7/5): Not great yet - Happy to have a bed to sleep after a very long drive stuff was nice Dirty floors it looked a very bit up old place from what I understood they are fixing it but for the price it was not good at all
- jim (10/5): Quick stay made easy - Checking in was very smooth and easy. Staff was excellent. Little pricey for what you got.
- Anna (5/5): Not staying there again - That we had a bed to sleep on I believe they are fixing the place but it was very expensive for what it is and get room was big but not clean from the bathroom I could hear kids playing next door but we were so tired had a shower and slept
- Anna (6/5): Be aware that it is too expensive for what you get - Not much about liking it we had to stop and sleep the guy was helpful Not clean room I understand they are still fixing the place but for the money they charge it is not good I won’t stay again there … there is not even a coffee maker in the room :(

- Victoria (8/5): Basic and adequate. Bit expensive for what it is - Easy location. Good basic room I could have used an extra blanket. Ended up doubling the blanks to get warm.
- Bailey (8/5): Good - Always my go to really like this location A bit pricier this time
- Linda (8/5): -
- Richard (8/5): -
- Deanna (7/5): -
- Renee (6/5): - This was a quick stop, basic motel, did the trick.
- Roberta (2/5): - Not clean. Falling apart. Way too expensive for the horrible condition of the room.
- Ed (8/5): Room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Really good value - Room and bathroom were very neat and tidy Minor issue was the room was not carpeting - it had linoleum floor. But the floor was spotless.
- Ndiaye (7/5): -
- Fred (6/5): - Bathroom fan noisy and ran during our entire stay. Parking was good.
- David (10/5): - Parking easy and secure.
- Erica (10/5): - Everything was great. The AC was a little loud at night, but that didn't bother me too much.
- Richard (8/5): - Parking was fine
Great value for money
- diane (9/5): Peaceful - Large parking area
- BillandCathy (7/5): -
- Ellerton (6/5): Don’t have cigarette butt station in front of the air intake for the room. - Clean room, comfy Motel 6 bed. The heater/AC stinks when running and the outside smoking butt garbage station meant the room smelled gross.
- Allden (7/5): Good location and accommodation for someone just passing through - No breakfast provided, just coffee in the lobby. Bathroom door didn't close properly.
- Tracy (5/5): Would not reserve at this location again. - Close to the highway, pet friendly. Had a nice dog potty area with bags and a garbage bin. Free coffee was good. Needs a good cleaning top to bottom. The bathroom was really dirty and we wouldn’t even use the shower because the tub was so dirty. Even the walls, ceilings and baseboards need cleaning. Floors also. Had to wipe down surfaces with Lysol wipes to remove residue and dirt. And our deadbolt was attached to a broken door trim that was falling off the wall.
- Robert (6/5): - TV secured to mounting bracket with string.
Two glasses in room to drink from.
No gas stations, or mini marts close by; motel is by itself
No Kleenex in room.
- Lynne (10/5): - The room was clean, staff amazing but the mattress needs to be changed! Springs on one side is broken! I did housekeeping for years and you should rotate your mattresses, always! Overall, pretty good!
- Jonathan (2/5): - Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
- Naomi (8/5): - Perfect spot to stay with my dogs for the dog show.
- Paul (10/5): - Room was very clean and staff were friendly.
- Kenneth (2/5): - I paid for the room (non-refundable) but could not stay. The bed was terrible (mattress needs to be replaced). The room was of very poor standard overall & the hotel was noisy, no door sweep across the bottom of the door to help "drown out" unwanted noise and provide some privacy. The hotel overall was old and run down not to mention there was a bad smell throughout which the team had clearly tried to cover up with sprays and chemicals. One of, if not the worst experiences I have had & I am staying in hotels weekly across the country and the United States. I would not recommend this location to potential travelers. Again so disappointed and out that money.
- Michelle (8/5): - basic no frills hotel. room was clean. if you are looking for a clean comfortable place to sleep for a night (or you're into a basic no frills hotel) then this hotel is for you. only thing is there are tons of bugs (ok im sorry but i cant tell the difference between wasps and hornets) that are flying around during the day. free coffee in the lobby. lots of parking.
- Artur (3/5): Poor maintenance - Carpet free rooms. Clean room. The mattress was in good condition. The room smelled bad but they let me switch to a room that didn't smell. However that room had a broken shower handle so it was very hard to adjust the temperature. The window had missing screens so I was not able to have it open. I was told it's because that's a new room. The room didn't look new or renovated. Old wooden building with uneven floors. Poor sound insulation. Very confusing upstairs hallway. Very poor value imo
- Pauli (8/5): -
- Shelley (6/5): - The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel had easy access and was dog friendly which was great. The room was clean but had a bad strong cleaner smell . The bed was not comfortable but ok for one night on our travels. The breakfast was great !
- Catherine (5/5): -
- sandro (6/5): - Book in time was 3pm but would make eme elate for a wedding. They accommodated me and got me checked in for 130pm. That was cool of them.
- Daevid (8/5): - .
- Kerry (8/5): - the bed was really hard to sleep on very uncomfortable not worth 141.61 that is for sure. I stayed at a small place in terrace bay ontario is was so nice but I was expecting more from a hotel chain to be honest. staff was great but definitely could use alot of attention to beds for comfort
- christopher (10/5): - Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff. Dog friendly.
- Leslie (9/5): -
- Alison (8/5): - Pet friendly, clean, felt safe
- Marina (4/5): - Cons: Property
- Robert (4/5): Not worth the 162 dollars. Felt like I was being ripped off. - No breakfast coffee available in lobby joint microwave in lobby community fridge in hallway As above. Towel rod broken, no plug in sink, face cloth like sandpaper.
- Maria (2/5): - Room smells like pee.
- jeff (4/5): - When we arrived, the room with 2 beds was in poor condition.
So they changed us to another room that had only one bed.
I couldn’t believe the mattress was an air mattress.
At this point I had just flown from Newfoundland to Toronto and driven from Toronto to Sudbury.
I definitely would not stay here again.
- Craig (10/5): - Great sleep, good spot to pull off the 17 and take a few hours off on long travels. Grab food/drinks in town before calling it a day, nothing walking distance
- Garima (10/5): -
- Yousef (10/5): -
- James (3/5): Other than the great location, this hotel is definitely not worth the price. It’s one of the more disgusting rooms I’ve - Location is very convenient for highway access Terribly dirty carpets, dirty rooms, poor curtains, broken hairdryer, noisy fridge, noisy neighbours.
- Kingpin (8/5): -
- Jandy (4/5): - Very thin walls- we could hear everything. Spiderwebs in the corners, out dated, just didn’t feel clean.
- Heather (6/5): - Pet friendly
Staff was excellent
Clean room
- marion (8/5): - Clean, modern room that had fridge, microwave, tv. Front desk guy was very friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly as well. Bed was very stiff and uncomfortable
- Perreault (4/5): - Le mobilier était très limité et inconfortable, manque de serviette. Restaurant ne sont pas à distance de marche
- Carla (6/5): Offer drinking water - Room was good. Comfortable beds. The breakfast was pretty bad. They had no drinking water and didn’t tell us you can’t drink the water in the hotel.
- Brad (6/5): - Just so so. No coffee maker, no breakfast. Was just a convenient location but better value at other hotels. Wont go back
- Gary (7/5): -
