Guest Reviews
- Dehzad (3/5): -
- Alexandria (10/5): -
- John (10/5): The staff was 24/7. - Relaxed check in. Good value Na
- Haley (1/5): Above answer - Nothing There was blood spattered all over the bathroom, the fridge was never turned on so it was useless, the bed was like sleeping on a hard floor, the bathroom was disgusting in everyday, even had pubic hair on the walls, the room smelled horrible, no wifi or we were never given a password, no ice machine that we could find, no outside lighting, hot. Absolutely the worst stay anywhere for either of us
- Tucker (2/5): Sometimes you get what you pay for - The price was right at around $50 but that's where the pro list ends in the con list begins Where do I start let's see the one staff member I'm at I was not very friendly I was a late arrival I wish I called ahead and gave notice about that he was very grumpy about me arriving late and also their policy is a 10:00 a.m. check out with no way of extending not even if you pay no breakfast I didn't see an ice machine there may be one but I didn't see one. The room itself is super small it was very hot as it was cool by an old window unit and was rather I won't say dirty but it was not clean there's some lint all over the bathroom floor they could have easily been swept up bathroom sink was stained bathtub flooring chipped, there was a breaker box right next to the shower with a handwritten sign saying do not touch when wet talk about a code violation LOL yeah I would never ever stay there again unless I was down on my luck and that's all I can afford I was just looking for a quick cheap stay since I was only passing through but Lord I regretted it yeah if you're broke it fits the bill but if you can splurge 30-40 more dollars do it and go somewhere else
- Joshua (2/5): - Buried the cost of a nonsmoking hotel (asked for $250 on top of the room cost) instead of joining the rest of the world in the year 2000 and not offering smoking rooms. Or adding charges for the luxury of smoking rooms. I have a respiratory condition & cannot handle the intense, disgusting rooms (complete with bugs and meth burns) -but they refused to arrange anything better (in nonbooked rokms) or refund/cancel the booking.
- Robert (10/5): - Older facility but well kept.
- Michael (10/5): Great place - We arrived very late and the gentleman was very nice. I had requested a downstairs room and he had one near the office ready for us
- Quillin (9/5): We needed the basics and a clean place at a good price that's what we got. - Location for our trip, grounds are up kept, and smoking rooms are so rare. There was only one chair for two people.
- Terry (8/5): - Towels had stains on them. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned a little better.

- Bartlomiej (7/5): Good - Very good xx
- Debbie (5/5): Passable - Location The whole area in the room needed a good cleaning. There was something that had been spilled and ran down the door. The floors needed a good cleaning especially along the walls. Tub had a ring in it. Just dirty.
- Linda (10/5): Simple and clean - Simple and clean. Quiet too
- Amanda (8/5): Very good -
- Laura (7/5): Overall, a great deal for the price - Rooms were clean and affordable. Beds were comfortable Certain staff were rude. Check out is 10am rather than the usual 11 with no late check outs.
- Laura (7/5): Not the worst place I’ve stayed. - For a lower rate hotel it was quite clean and comfortable. The staff came across as rude.

- Barbara (1/5): I have traveled often in my 77 years andI t was the VERY WORST hotel I have ever stayed at!!!!!!!! - NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My room was NOT clean and when I asked when do they clean, they answered "WE CLEAN EVERY 3 OR 4 DAYS. I NEVER got my room cleaned, Breakfast,or Coffee. The shower was malfunctioning and sprayed water all over the bathroom.
- Eoin (8/5): Very good -
- Starrett (10/5): Exceptional - Clean room and friendly people
- Howard (10/5): - Comfortable beds
- Matt (2/5): - No ice machine, had to slam the door to close it,dirty live in conditions, nasty tub ,rude management, was leaving the door open to air it out because it smelled like old cigarettes and odors and was told we HAD to(even though i spent hard earned money on the nasty place)keep it closed, also i discovered a wet floor upon arrival with hair all over it
- Jan (4/5): Not a very comfortable place to spend 3 nights - POC was friendly and polite. Room temperature was cozy. Had a a really good fridge and decent microwave. Water was nice and hot for the shower. Staff made sure we had plenty of towels Bare floors
Tiny bed with very hard mattress
Bathroom door did not stay shut
Walls and floors were very thin, could hear upstairs guests talking and moving furniture for a good portion of the night. Their bed was very squeaky. Very tiny tv. Door to the ice machine was padlocked.
- Fredrick (7/5): Good -
- Jennifer (2/5): Extremely unsatisfactory - The odor! Smelled awful! Floor was not very clean. Comforters had cigarette burn holes in them!!!
- Ben (6/5): $50/ night hotel for $100 - Clean Old
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luis (5/5): You get what you pay for - I liked that it was cheap That it was not clean and in a sketchy location
- Sheryl (5/5): Passable -
- Robbie (6/5): Pleasant - Pillow and bed size was very small
- Erie (10/5): - There was no coffee pot in the room. Had no clue where to get ice. But room was clean and quiet.
- Lindsay (4/5): Disappointing -
- Amos (2/5): - The property manager was a POS and not cooperative about the situation with Expedia. The beds felt like you could have been more comfortable on a bed of rocks. The sheets and covers felt like they were washed and hang dried. The room was hot af.
- Larry (8/5): Okay experoence - Location and price Tv didn’t work.
- Jedrick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dean (6/5): Stay - It was ok
- Isaac (10/5): - Great
- Pooja (8/5): Satisfied stay - Its good 👍, service is good. Thanks
- Richard (6/5): - You get what you pay for. This property was old and tired.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The A/C was not on when we got in the room. It was quite warm in the room when we got in, and it took quite a while to cool off. We couldn't get to sleep because it was so warm.
- Michael (10/5): One night stay - Nice place, a bit overpriced for the type of accommodation, but overall a pleasant stay.
- Todd (4/5): Not for families - Hotel was old & dingy
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Leaking/dripping valve in the bathtub. Otherwise good stay, clean and quiet.
- Jon (2/5): Worst place ever - The worse place I’ve ever been. Asked for no smoking and they gave us a room that was smoking but said it was freshly painted. Very rude. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Air and refrigerator were not in when we got the. Room was hot and musty smelling. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock because the door knob was busted. Pool was not open because it was broken. Owners kept office locked all day. You had to ring a bell to ask a question. I was expecting more for the money I had to pay.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The property was dirty. It felt unsafe and staff was rude. No pool although it was advertised. And they wanted $119 for the room. It was NOT at all as advertised.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Thin towels- one each for the two of us, no hand towels. Bare bones! Bed is truly a double, not a queen.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The layout of property was awesome. Would love to be back in summer.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Nasty n nothingnlike the picture.. was rushed out n told water would b cut off! N told at 8:45 am that check out was 10.. never stayed anywhere with a check out before 11am
- KellyJean (4/5): - We arrived early morning exhausted from a long days work and a long drive to see our family not wanting to wake them so early we opted to stay in a hotel.
The room was supposed to have a Queen bed I believe it was not even a full sized bed. We were tired so we did not complain. After a night of restless sleep, we woke to get showers. To our dismay, the hot water only lasted long enough for my fiance to get soaped up! I took a very cold shower!
The room was very clean and because we had a reservation the heat was already on. The owners were nice people, but I would only stay there again in a pinch!
- Terry (8/5): Good Deal - This was a good deal for my dollars. My grandkids loved the pool. Staff was very friendly.
- James (2/5): Bedbugs - We had to change hotels at 11am because my sister found bedbugs in her bed. This place has a very long way to go
- lisa (4/5): - People who checked me in were very nice! The room was for one, a double bed. That's pretty much all that would fit. Room was shabby looking due to age but it was all clean. Worst part was walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING, and I heard it all!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Its an alright hotel.
- richardfW8923CF (10/5): Nice clean & updated hotel with Contactless Room Keys - Nice clean & updated hotel with new Ac's units and contactless keys for rooms Price was reasonable and when we left a valuable item behind, they were quick to call us and help us get it back.
Would Definitely Stay again if passing thru.
- ExploreMore (6/5): - The staff were very nice and polite. Check in and check out was smooth. The pool wasn't open when I stayed, something about needing city inspection to open which was kind of sad. The bed was firm but comfortable, I slept fine. Rooms kept noise out decently. They had the ac already on when we got there so the room was cool, much appreciated. Negatives: no coffee maker or cups to put hot liquid in since I had brought my own tea. No breakfast, does need some repairs to a few things. Severed its purpose, good for passing through.
- cdb2018 (8/5): Fine 2 days in updated motel - Made a point of seeing room in advance of registration. New owner resides on site he has updated and up fitted all rooms. Staff attentive to your needs. Lots of parking all well lit. My overnight, extended to a two day enjoyable stay.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Too much remodeling needed; still inprogress; disappointing
- 94laceyk (2/5): Our dated and unsafe - Long story short unsafe for elderly and children it needs an update. Stained mattress and flooring as well as broken locks. The heat takes over an hour to heat up so make sure you have some where to go while your waiting (:
- Verified traveler (8/5): - New appliances in room, good lighting, good variety of TV channels, very good rate. I would stay here again
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't even bother - It was the only hotel available within miles due to the booking for the eclipse. Pricing was jacked up because of that. Hotel is in dire needs of renovations. Front desk staff were accommodating with an upgrade to a room with two double beds. Good enough in a pinch.
- Lorenzo (10/5): - It's obvious that this place is trying very hard to build its reputation, so I wanted to leave a positive review.
Pros:
1. Spacious room with 3 beds (2 double 1 single)
2. Overall clean
3. Attentive service
4. Great Wifi!
5. Good location. 20-30 minutes from the caves.
6. Plenty of electrical outlets for all our devices.
7. Microwave and fridge were nice to have.
Cons:
1. Old fashioned locks. Probably the highest priority among "major" upgrades this place needs is an electronic lock system. The locks worked, but there was only one key to each room and you couldn't lock the rooms from the outside.
2. Spotty TV. Not a huge deal because the Wifi was great, but the TV service seemed unreliable and would go in and out sometimes.
3. No breakfast. One of the simpler things that could be fixed is having coffee/donuts available in the morning somewhere. Not expecting an extravagant breakfast, just some continental stuff to avoid having to get breakfast Hot Pockets from the local Wal-Mart.
This place is under new management and has a very family friendly atmosphere. It could use a few improvements, but even now it's a solid place to stay in Glasgow.
