• CAIYI (10/5): - We love this stay very much! The boss was very friendly and received us in person. The room is neat and cosy, the bed is super comfortable, and I sleep very soundly. The car was parked in the courtyard, which was very beautiful, with several lemon trees full of lemons. Because we were in a hurry, we were allowed to take away breakfast. Thank you so much! We drove to Sorrento for more than ten minutes, and we can't wait to come again!

The room was spacious with a cute terrace overlooking the garden, the parking spot was guaranteed, the breakfast was delicious with various options to choose from. Host, Salvadore was very kind and provided all the information we needed.
• Syrine (8/5): Just perfect - The hospitality was excellent the staff were welcoming, helpful, and made the stay very comfortable. Everything was perfect, except for one strange thing. We couldn’t find one of our sneakers right after the room was cleaned. We asked if the cleaner had moved it somewhere else, but she said no. I understand and respect that the owner trusts her, as she has been working there for a while, but we are sure it was there the night before. My friend wore them, and in the morning we went to the beach with sandals. When we came back, the room was being cleaned. We waited for her to finish, and then we realized the sneaker was missing — it was a big surprise But since the owner was so kind, we didn’t want to insist. May the shoes find their way to someone who needs them Small details, He was extremely polite, always respectful and kind, and made every interaction pleasant and comfortable. They even prepared towels for the beach, along with a cute sea-themed bag, which was very nice and useful. The staff’s responsiveness was excellent; they were quick to help and very attentive.

Si percepisce subito la tranquillità del luogo, perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare dalla routine. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la colazione: ricca, varia e con prodotti ottimi. La struttura è elegante e accogliente, si respira un’atmosfera di pace che rende il soggiorno ancora speciale. Un posto che consiglio assolutamente!

La pulizia non perfetta, anche presenza di formiche, cerniere della porta del bagno arrugginite, siliconature del box doccia annerite dalla muffa, spegghio bagno con ossidazione lungo i lati. Nel bagno c'era una persistente e pesante puzza di fogna. La doccia era senza il doccino. Nel bagno non c'erano superici sufficienti per appoggiare le cose. La culla.con materasso più piccolo.della struttura con rischio per il bambino di incastrarsi di lato.

(9/5): מקום מושלם לחופשה, ארוחת בוקר מקסימה! - מקום מושלם ממש בפיאנו סורנטו, אפשרות מעולה לשקט אבל מצד שני קרוב לסורנטו, חדר גדול עם כל מה שצריך ומרפסת חמודה. המארח הוא בנאדם מקסים ממש ומסביר פנים ממש אהבנו אותו ועזר לנו בכל. ארוחת הבוקר היא פשוט חמודה וכיפית עם אווירה נעימה עם מגוון עוגות ופשטידות שהאמא מכינה וזה ממש היה בונוס מקסים להתחיל את הבוקר ככה. חיסרון עיקרי הוא מיקום שקרוב לסורנטו וכדי להגיע לעיר יש צורך להתנייד בתחבורה ציבורית או רכב, אבל ממש נוח לקחת רכבת של תחנה אחת ואתה בלב סורנטו. דבר נוסף לשיפור הוא רמת נקיון שהייתה טובה אך לא מושלמת

Once we eventually made it through the gate and made contact with someone just to learn they weren’t expecting us and due to confusion had given our room away. After this they were willing to accommodate us but it would have involved moving another couple out of the room & cleaning. We were provided with an alternate plan staying in a neighbouring bed & breakfast, which we agreed to to save hassle after a long travel day. We still parked and had breakfast at Villa Iolanda which was just fine.

Unica nota negativa(ma avevamo già appurato in fase di prenotazione) è la distanza dalla spiaggia (circa 25 minuti a piedi)

• Elizabeth (10/5): - Great B&B style accommodations. Host was very friendly and breakfast was lovely. Was hoping we were closer to the water, but it was about a 40 minute walk. Neighborhood is quiet, but can access stores and cafes pretty quickly.
• Allison (10/5): Exceptional - If you’re looking to stay outside of the touristy area this location is perfect !! Very calm and beautiful. The town has everything you need and the train station is just 5 min walking ! The breakfast was AMAZING !!! I can’t wait to be back.

• Rowena (9/5): Family friendly accommodation, exceptional stay, many happy memories, would go back. - Family run B&B the whole family were very friendly. The breakfast with lots of different home baking was particularly good. You could also have eggs cooked in a variety of ways which was really welcome too. The local station was a few minutes away and it was a 1 euro 50c ticket away from Sorrento. Way nicer to be staying away from all that hustle and bustle but only 10 minutes away. Beds are very personal and one persons comfort is another persons nightmare. The bed was way too soft for my husband, I found it ok. It was lovely to have a kettle in our room, although it did leak unless you were really careful about how much water you put in.

• Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Really friendly hosts (a family). Met us on arrival, despite the fact that our train was delayed and we arrived late. Clear instructions when we checked in, speaking English as our Italian isn't good! Breakfast was served every day 8-10am, with fresh pastries and cakes, and options to have eggs/omelette and hot drinks and juices. It was incredible! Room had everything we needed and was comfortable. Location is easy to reach Sorrento by a 45min walk, or buses and trains within a 5min walk. We got to Capri and Positano by bus and ferry easily enough from the villa. Some of the public transport is unreliable, but that's not the fault of the villa 😂 N/A
• Bianca (10/5): - We had the room LA MAGNIFIQUE and it was very big and cosy. Very big balcony under the sun well appreciated. The only problem was a bad odour coming out of the shower drain so we had to keep the bathroom door closed to avoid the bad smell in the room. 5 minutes from the Train Station to Sorrento and to the Supermarket and 10 minutes from the Sea View. Breakfast included was appreciated and was fine. Overall we would definately go back!
• Gita (9/5): Great for exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast - Everything was great! Perfect communication with the owner, accommodation in a quiet area, close to the train station. Apartment with a terrace and garden view. Amazing breakfast, homemade cakes and also with a hot option, omelettes or toast. Highly recommended.

The hotel needs renovation, and the photos are a bit outdated. The cleaning staff could improve their manners. Additionally, the shower was disappointing as there is no handheld option, which is inconvenient.

• Denaye (8/5): Decent stay, convenient location - The host was very welcoming, and check in was easy. Villa Iolanda is conveniently located a block from the Piano di Sorrento train station. The included breakfast was lovely and a great way to start the day. Our room was a basic one, and was very moist. The bathroom had mold on the walls and the window almost needed to stay open to air the room out, despite the temperature. The shower was comfortable, however the bed in our room was not.
