• Winnie Sze Man (10/5): Beautiful and quintessential - The service at Rosewood Phuket is impeccable. Unfortunately, I came down with the flu on the second day of my trip. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a pharmacy, and they kindly checked in on me the following day to see how I was doing. It’s always the people that draw me back to the same hotel, and Rosewood Phuket is my top choice. I’d like to extend my gratitude to my butler, Khun Gig, for her beautiful smile and assistance throughout my stay. It is located in Patong, and the traffic was quite heavy. I spent about 90 minutes out at Boat Avenue, but it took me 2 hours to return. Not ideal.

• Stepan (9/5): Memorable very relaxing stay - We enjoyed our stay, truly! We were looking for a place to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and having stayed at Rosewood in Vienna and amazed by it, decided to try it in Phuket. Very nice decor, beautiful view, very attentive staff ( prepared a cake for us and a rose petals bath ). The room is perfectly clean and nicely decorated, amazing view. It's not as big as I imagined, but we stayed outside at the beach so it want an issue. Nice cuisine at both restaurants and breakfast was something we really enjoyed every day. Good kids club Impossible to swim in the sea at low tide, but we were lucky enough to have high tide most of the day.

• Raya (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is absolutely stunning and nestled in the mountain cliff area away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, which worked for us. The staff were so attentive and very friendly. The room is also beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bathroom and dressing area is very large! The food was fantastic, the Thai restaurant is a must, and we did the cooking class, which is an amazing experience. They also gave us a goody bag, which was such a lovely touch. Overall 10/10 experience. The hotel was a bit far from Patong and other areas, so just keep that in mind (it wasn't an issue for us, and taxis are very readily available). Also, while this hotel would be ideal for couples (given how secluded, serene, and costly it is), it is frequented by a lot of families with young children! It's not the hotel's fault, obviously, but something to consider.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - If you want to plan a great relaxing experience with fantastic service-minded people ready to make it happen, then Rosewood Phuket should be at the top of the list. As a fairly seasoned traveller, I have stayed at many luxury resorts around the world, and I can with confidence say this is one of the best. It is not often I compose an email to the hotel, expressing how we truly enjoyed our stay at their resort, but this time I did. And it all comes down to the friendly and service-minded staff they have employed, it is their trump card, and as long as they keep them on I am certain Rosewood will be very successful. We were staying at the Ocen Front Villa 6 which was so beautiful and relaxing and the direct access to the beach is a great bonus. I can with confidence say for a 5-star hotel they live up and exceed expectations. And the super king-sized bed is a dream.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent resort. Amazing pool area and kids club. Staff at Fitness are really good. Only thing I wasn’t overly impressed with was the spa. Staff were friendly but treatments massively overpriced and limited.

Service outstanding at breakfast, okay at Italian restaurant and terrible at Thai restaurant. Food served before wine, even after asking for the wine twice. Kids either screaming at Thai restaurant or playing loud movies on portable devices to keep them occupied. No staff bothered to tell the guests this was unacceptable. It happened on two separate occasions for dinner, and we just had to get out of there after the second time—so we didn’t have the dessert which was included with our set Thai dinner. The staff didn’t apologize or even send our dessert to our room; unacceptable when you are paying 8,000 Baht for dinner for two. Also, no service at the pool—had to get up and get water at the bar on multiple occasions. Then when I did, they wanted to bring it to where I was sitting—why? I’m already up-use your energy to go around and see if other guests need anything. The last breaking point was all the children at the pool. Although there is an “adults only” section, it is not. The “adults only” section is one row with families allowed to sit directly behind that row. Therefore they are screaming right behind you and splashing in the pool. Why even have an”adults only”? Have a “real one”with an entire section of chairs and pool available to “adults only”—-they certainly have the room. Not a five star resort—only In price. There are too many other nice resorts, we won’t be back!!
