- Samantha (9/5): Lovely apartment - Absolutely lovely apartment. Comfortable bed and good shower. Immaculate and nice gift of coffee tea and olive oil which was very handy. Really quiet. Entrance manned 24 hours. Location is industrial but good transport links to the city. Supermarket about 20 minutes walk.

- Bernard (9/5): Très satisfait - Appartement très agréable et calme, conforme au descriptif. L'échange sur les modalités d'accès à l'appartement avec le responsable ont été faciles et anticipées. Bien qu'eloigné du centre de Madrid, il est facile d'y accéder par le train Cerranos C3, station à 7 mn de l'appartement. Seul petit problème technique : la clé du portail, difficulté pour ouvrir le portail.
- RUBEN (9/5): SEGUIRE YENDO A ESTE ALOJAMIENTO - Ya he estado otras veces en esta alojamiento y sigue igual de bien en cuanto a limpieza, comodidad, tranquilidad, aparcamiento, y situación depende de lo que vayas a realizar en Madrid. Esta vez probamos a ir en el tren de cercanías (a 5' andando esta la estación/anden) al centro de Madrid, para en Sol/Gran vía y tarda 18' en llegar, para mi mejor que en coche. Cosas a tener en cuenta en coche, Mercadona a 4', desayunar chocolate con churros entre 5' y 10' tienes varios sitios, Nassica oulet tiendas de marcas conocidas 12', CC parque sur a 10', Getafe y Leganés entre 10' y 15' con muchos sitios para comer y cenar. Usera (barrio chino) y Villverde Alto a menos de 15'..... Esta vez no teníamos agua fresquita en la nevera por decir alguna cosa.

- António Joaquim Pedreiro Martinho (10/5): É de repetir. - Em geral gostamos de tudo, foi ótima a estadia, com boas acomodações perto do metro, que só demorava cerca de 25 minutos a chegar às portas do sol. De o apartamento ter de melhorar em termos de cabides na casa de banho e distribuírem mais toalhas, pois ninguém aparece para solicitar esses serviços. Obrigado.

- Susana Cruz (10/5): - Gostei de tudo o apartamento estava impecável, a localização muito boa com estacionamento, a atenção da proprietária sempre contactável por WhatsApp muito atenciosa, tudo muito limpinho e com muito bom gosto. Fuca a 20m mais ou mebos do parque warner faz-se muito bem. Voltarei a ficar aqui nas vindas a Madrid Gostámos de tudo nada a apontar de negativo

- Monica (9/5): - El apartamento está genial, con todo lo necesario y muy limpio. Por poner una pega que no tenga persianas o un estor opaco porque entra muchisima claridad e nos molestaba para dormir
- Rosa María (8/5): - Amplio apartamento en zona industrial pero con todo lo necesario. Las camas no eras muy cómodas, sobre todo el sofa-cama.
- Cuesta Vega (10/5): - En primer lugar destacar la atención y el trato del personal. El apartamento es amplio y está muy limpio. Además cuenta con plaza de aparcamiento. Perfecto para visitar Madrid sin tener que llevar el coche al centro ya que a escasos 5 minutos está la parada de tren de San Cristóbal Industrial. En 15-20 minutos estás en Atocha o Sol. La única pega que ponemos son las almohadas, que son incómodas.

- Yassin (10/5): great - Julia is adorable, the home is beautiful. The terasse very nice. The furniture also very good. Overall an amazing experience I might comeback. Individual parking also availiable and included. There was a bit of noise in the morning due to construction. but it also stopped after a while.

- M Ángeles (10/5): Ideal para disfrutar como en casa, cómodo y limpio - Muy limpio y bonito, además de amplio, la comunicación con la dueña fenomenal, el apartamento tiene conserje 24 horas con video vigilancia lo que da mucha tranquilidad. El aparcamiento fenomenal también. Lastima no haber podido disfrutarlo más, hemos estado solo unas horas, para dormir hasta que salía el avión, pero muy agradecidos por todo. Lo único ( pero es porque nos cuesta dormir si entra algo de luz por la ventana) el dormitorio qué da al exterior entra un poco de luz de las farolas, si tuviera persiana ya sería excepcional, por lo demás perfecto 💯

- Daritero (8/5): Caballo ganador, cómo siempre. - Viajo con bastante asiduidad por trabajo. No es la primera vez que me alojo en los apartamentos de CriteriaHome. Para mí son perfectos. Tienen todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Me gusta todo en términos generales. En realidad no hay nada que no me haya gustado. Lo que sí es cierto es que el apartamento en sí va notando el paso de los años y del uso. Personalmente no soy muy cuidadoso pero seguro que muchos usuari@s no lo son.

- James (10/5): The place was very quiet, spacious, and modern. - The apartment was clean and spacious, there was a coffee maker with coffee and tea bags.There was underground parking, as well as a concierge who was very helpful. If you're used to driving in Spain, then the following won't be an issue, but I had to get used to the very tight corners entering and exiting the underground parking area.

- Carla María (10/5): 100% recomendable - Superó nuestras expectativas, Julia nos estaba esperando para darnos las llaves y explicarnos todo, ella es muy amable y detallista. El lugar estaba muy limpio, contaba con toallas, tabla de planchar/plancha, todo lo necesario para poder cocinar, incluso tenía detalles de cortesía como cápsulas de café, para el lavavajillas y lavadora. Sin duda volveremos. Gracias.

Lo mejor ha sido la atención que han tenido con nosotros, cualquier duda o problema lo han solucionado al momento Para la estancia que hemos estado no le ha faltado nada si es más larga la estancia sí que faltarían más utensilios de cocina

- O.A.E (8/5): Spacious apartment in Vilaverde - The apartment was very spacious with comfortable beds. Always great to have properties that offer Netflix on the TV, Very responsive host (Julia) who provided timely information to make our check-in smooth. Industrial location not great if you don't have your own car to move around. The underground garage a bit tricky to manoeuvre if you have a big car. Apartment could do with some additional kitchen utensils e.g. a kettle, cutting board, new coffee machine as current one seems to leak water.

- Piotr (10/5): - Gospodarz jest bardzo miły i chętny do pomocy. Duże mieszkanie, czyste i w pełni wyposażone. Daleko do centrum ale pociąg jest blisko i szybko jedzie. W kuchni przydałby się korkociąg do wina. Chyba, że nie znalazłem go w wyposażeniu.

A Julia responde rápido e é boa anfitriã O lugar é de área industrial não ha muita coisa , mas como estava de carro então facilitou, e houve também um mal entendido no final ja quando tinha saído do apartamento; que depois foi resolvido e correu tudo bem .

Cama muito confortável. O atendimento da Julia é espetacular. Com certeza breve voltaremos. De ter que ir embora. 😢
