Loved the desk design area and full kitchen and spacious bathroom. I truly wish I could stay in a hotel room like this wherever I go! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was bright and welcoming and the food at our conference was delicious! Would love to come back again!

Angeliki (2/5): Decent, convenient location to my needs. - Staff at breakfast were great Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The front desk was misleading regarding late checkout. A late checkout had been approved in advance, but on the morning of departure we were informed it could only be extended by one additional hour beyond the normal checkout time. This required us to rearrange our travel plans at the last minute, which was very inconvenient. During our stay, only one elevator was operational for both guests and housekeeping staff, with no service elevators available. This made going to and from our room difficult and time-consuming. Cleanliness was also a major concern. The room was not properly cleaned. When we requested full housekeeping service, the room was only vacuumed. The bedsheets were never changed—even after specifically requesting fresh sheets, the beds were simply made using the same linens. Due to my children’s allergies and the lack of reliable housekeeping, I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies to ensure the room was adequately cleaned. Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell short of what we expected from this hotel chain. Not representative of Hilton standards worldwide.

isikt2021 (2/5): Untrained front desk who provides inconsistent service - This place is run by a bunch of untrained people. There are front desk staff who tell me I can buy alcohol all night long. There is a guy at night times who "sell" alcohol all night long. All of a sudden one night woman named Shannon tells it is state law alcohol cannot be served after 2am. 1) Train your front desk staff to give accurate information. 2) Check the camera and find out how the man does give out alcohol and does not log those in. Yes the man sitting in the little room with a CPAP machine.
Peter (10/5): Fabulous place to stay!! - This was a fabulous hotel. It was clean and beautifully inviting I. The lobby and gathering area. The staff was welcoming and engaging.the room was so comfortable plus it had a wonderful kitchen area - if we had needed it for a longer stay. The breakfast was phenomenal and the dining staff was so kind and attentive- making sure we had everything we needed. There was an omelet and waffle station in addition to eggs, potatoes,, oatmeal, cereal, fruit and Hispanic makings for a breakfast burrito. The best I’ve ever seen at a hotel! We had a fabulous stay! Could not recommend this property more.

The rooms are perfect for a weekend, a week, or longer, as you get a full kitchen with stove, microwave, large fridge, table, etc. I would just recommend cleaning the vents in the room as they were filled with dust.

We reported it to the front desk and were told "I will tell the engineer in the morning," which did nothing to help us at that time and all weekend. Also, the vents in the room were very dirty and need to be cleaned.

The room was great with a full-sized fridge and kitchenette. Bathroom storage was great. Great Water pressure was a big plus. Bed was comfortable. Staff was excellent Had to switch rooms because the electronic door opener battery died. Which was a real inconvenience as we had all our belongings ready and set up in the room the first room. Previous Damage in the first room's bathroom as well. Staff was notified. The second room could use a carpet and couch deep cleaning because there were stains on both. The lamp next to the couch had brown stains on top of the lampshade.

990crashp (10/5): Amazing Place to Unwind - Such a fantastic and clean property. The suites are amazing mini-apartments I could easily live in. Housekeeping is excellent and keeps things very clean. The front desk staff is extremely kind and helpful (thanks to Ahn and Bob for making our stay exceptional). Parking is wonderful and there are shops and dining right across the street. Even the views are fantastic. This is a highly recommended hotel for comfort and cleanliness, as well as the smoothest elevators I have ever ridden.

Breakfast was also top tier as was service from the team members there that morning. For a traveling family, it helps that this hotel has multiple bedroom/living room suite options available. Connector30539 (10/5): Awesome Breakfast and Friendly Staff Made Us Feel At Home for Five Months - I was hired for a temporary job in Allentown, PA from June thorough early November of 2024 and needed a place to stay. My wife came along and we planned to stay at the Homewood Suites for about a week as we looked for a long term stay apartment. But after a few days we changed our minds and decided to stay at the Homewood Suites for the entire five months. The most important factor in making this decision was the outstanding quality of the breakfast. It was totally awesome, prepared with care every day, and included a wide array of eggs, meat, guacamole, chia seed pudding, as well as the typical cereals, toast, etc. We quickly grew accustomed to this feast and I often woke up in the morning eager to sprint to the restaurant and scarf down a huge nutritious meal. It was a great way to start the day. We had a suite room that was a quiet and peaceful place to relax. It included a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and a dishwasher. There is a supermarket across the street where we often went to stock up on groceries. The hotel provided bottled water and there were supplies and snacks for sale at the front desk. We often enjoyed walking around the area near the hotel. The plaza across the street includes a number of good restaurants, a massage place, a movie theater, and a hair stylist -- services that we were happy to have in walking distance. In addition to the attributes mentioned above, the most enjoyable part of every day were the people who worked in the hotel. Number one was Eduardo who orchestrated the breakfast. He was totally professional and really cared about the quality of the food. At about halfway through our stay he introduced chia seed pudding which totally made our day. We try to eat healthy and chia seeds are a great source of fiber. Alex, Luis and Maria were cheerful members of the team in the restaurant who we looked forward to seeing every morning. Michael, Robin, and Sharon were outstanding front desk representatives who often greeted us by name -- which helped make us feel at home. Christina of the housekeeping team paid attention to details and never missed anything. Our five months a this Homewood Suites is an experience that we will remember with great fondness for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much to everyone who made this possible. The word "Home" in Homewood Suites and an accurate description of how we felt about our time here. Every time we walked in the door it really seemed like we were coming home at the end of the day. Huge kudos to everyone at this hotel for creating such a great experience. I can wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend that anyone who's looking for a hotel in the Allentown area should stay at this Homewood Suites. The breakfast is awesome and the staff is super friendly -- characteristics that make any stay, short- or long-term, an experience to remember.

They were helpful with the few small questions and requests we had. Breakfast was wonderful, as always at Hilton properties - all our favorites including waffles and fresh fruit. The location is good. There are plenty of nice shops and eateries nearby. Going during the holidays meant the Christkindlmarkt was happening. Big enough to enjoy for hours and the proceeds go to help local families. We highly recommend the hotel.
