• Chris (10/5): Pleasantly surprised - The room was clean, the staff were helpful, there were mo pets allowed, and shops were primarily economical grocery.
• Alexis (2/5): - When my mother and myself first came to sign all of the contracts he started joking about how people cheat and how easy it is to cheat and started talking about sex and I told him please don't be disrespectful talking about sex in front of my mother. And even though the terms state that only credit cards are accepted and that no debit cards or cash is accepted he kept trying to get me to cash app him the money for the transaction and I thought that was not correct! The man Arturo was very very disrespectful to me when I asked to speak to a manager and he told me to get away from his house while flinging his hand away. I have never been so disrespected at an Airbnb in my life.. and this was after falsely accusing us (myself and my mother) of smoking inside of the room when he saw us on the camera go in and out to smoke in the street as he directed us.. I asked him to come in the room to smell for himself and he said he didn't smell anything but still disrespected me when I asked to speak to a manager... I spoke to the owner and he reassured me that I would be getting my $100 deposit back as well as the $30 a night I spent at the property which in total would be $190 and I have yet to receive that and it has been a couple of days already and I have received nothing.

• Bryan (2/5): - What looks like yellow penthouse. First, it was not yellow. It is an old structure with many permanent month by month tenants. I booked for a hotel and it turned out an unsafe b&b. There was a weird person on the street near the property all the time who was asking questions. My uber driver helped me to see the right person for my checkin but once my uber left, i did not feel safe and I did not stay there under the unsafe environment. Tried to cancel but they said it's non refundable. Poor me.

• Catherine Hammes (1/5): White Collar Robbery - The reservation is non-refundable I had some personal issues come up and at 9:00 an hour before cut off time to check in, I inform the property that I would be late and now the person who is supposed to let me in, (who live across the street) are ignoring me. They are pretending not to hear me or see me. I a single disabled female am waiting outside in N. Las Vegas by myself with my Walker I've been here twice before and I'm very very disappointed. That despite my repeat business and prior notification I am being ignored and not let into my room.

• Mcmayo (1/5): Unpleasant and unsatisfactory - The property manager Chris, she was helpful. The owner of the business, they were rude and inconsiderate. Threatening me on the phone at one point. I got back my deposit but the behavior was VERY uncalled for.
• Garrett (4/5): - When I first got there my room wasn't ready so they let me stay in b-01 and they promised a 100 dollar refund for not getting my room ready on time. They tried to charge me for dirty towels and other random things on the property but everything wasn't the cleanest to begin with. It's the staff's job to clean everything on the property not the customers. They also tried to charge me for not leaving before 11am I was supposed to leave at 11:30 am according to Expedia. This was my firt time in Las Vegas and it was not a good time. Do not rent a room from these people they have mental health issues or something.
• Val (8/5): - This is a older private home, split in bedroom of various sizes with communal bathrooms. It is an old house and as such, room to room noise can be a problem. Know that facility managers do not stay or live onsite, so call their number when you arrive. This is nicer and offers privacy that the local hostiles don't have, but is just one step up from that.
• Helen (10/5): Met more than my expectations - I visit Vegas about twice a year, and this is the first time I’ve ever stayed off the strip. The resort fees have made it almost unaffordable and especially not worth it! I decided to book a single room here, and did not regret it one bit, with a 15 min drive to the strip, I can only imagine how much money I saved not dealing with a $55 per night resort fee, ridiculous uber prices, and constant smoke. Guess what? I even got a refrigerator and microwave! Your don’t get that on the strip, no matter how much you pay! I’m bad with names; I think the owner’s name is Josh. He was very friendly and asked if I needed more toiletries. My only complaint is that it can be kind of loud because they are renovating the place to look nicer so it’s not a real complaint. Keep your room clean! I took out my trash almost every day because I would hate to see such a great and adorable property become infested with roaches. Some people mentioned that this neighborhood is “ghetto.” It’s not at all, just low income. You see much more trashy people in the strip!!!

• William (2/5): Very poor - The price was good but that's all I didn't like that the owner's smelled like dog feces. I didn't like that I had to sign and initial a two page waiver. They already had ALL my private info, why not give them the signature that ties it all together? Also, I really didn't like that they demanded an undisclosed $100 cash deposit. You can't smoke, drink, or enjoy other freedoms on the property and there's a curfew. This is a great place to get robbed. I would recommend sleeping outside before staying here; there's probably less feces
• Pete (2/5): TOTAL DISASTER!!! - I can't give the place a review because it was all closed & locked up when I arrived late last night! The structure appeared to be a complete dump from the outside but may have been very pleasant inside however, I'll never know! I was still charged for the stay although I never could check in & believe me, I pushed the ring door bell, knocked & everything else! It probably would have been a decent stay at a very modest price if I could have gained entry!

• Denis (8/5): - Overall a great stay for a budget traveler. For the price of a hostel, you get your own bedroom. Shared bathroom is a bit of an inconvenience, especially for someone who enjoys Vegas buffets as much as I do.

Also forced me to leave due to me wanting to sit for moments due to a seizure ( epeptic seizure) and then forcing me to leave as I’m falling over my luggage ,demanding they can’t let me check in … because they over booked ….this is why I deleted booking app

• Trey (3/5): Very sketchy, unsafe, and dirty. - We paid a $100 deposit and never got it refunded back despite being told it would take 1 day after checkout time to get it back. Texted the man who assisted us asking about it and was given no reply. We waited outside the building for 10 minutes ringing the doorbell while bugs flew around us. We had to call the number listed on booking and then still wait another 5 minutes for assistance. All of the registration and payments happened outside the building.
• Diane (5/5): Owners are on-site and on their game. - As promised in the ad, the gracious owner, Josh, met us at the property and answered all our questions. He delivered on everything he said he would do. He was attentive and communicative. Management makes an effort to encourage normalcy and civility.

• Marek (3/5): Poor - At least the owner was nice. The process of paying the security deposit was very complicated, but luckily I had cash and the owner accepted it. The location is very sketchy. I was very scared to leave my car there. I do not recommend this place and I am very surprised that booking.com lists this property. It teaches me to read people's comments beforehand.
• Sönke (1/5): Bad - Beware of scammers, lets you check in, only to then mention that he doesn't have room for the first night and he will put you in a different Hotel. However, you should change again the next day or pay more. I also had to pay again for the new hotel. When I complain about booking.com they claim that I stayed there, which is definitely not true. Booking.com doesn't help either, although I had to book another hotel.. I did not get my Money back.

I guess some people get into business but they never learn social skills, so this is the result. A little reading on hospitality would go a long way.

I wanted to pay with multiple payments and he got upset and stated he was loosing money and refused to let me stay there and threatened to call the Police if I did not leave his property in which I ordered another LYFT and left. He was trying to take me and my girlfriend to another location down the street not as advertised, so I think he is a scam and needs to be investigated.

It was like staying in a non-special VRBO or like a friend's guest room, except I didn't see any people. Bathroom down the hall at that door. Space heater here you can plug in if you get cold. Room not centrally heated apparently but not too cold. Bathroom was cold at night, so I went over there an hour before I showered and plugged the space heater in. Figured if someone was in the other room they'd appreciate that. With no sink/mirror in the room itself, I was down the hall again to put on my makeup. Furnishings all clean & new, nothing special. Gave me a code to the outside door. I rolled the gate closed behind my car. Arrival was complex: Parked, lady said that's her spot, reparked. Then guy came out & said to go to other house 2 blocks away, guy there would tell me where to park, waited in front of other house, after a while guy directed me to park around back, showed me room. No credit card reader, so gave me QR code to web site to enter my payment info myself. Somehow I liked the relative informality. I felt comfortable with the people and the place.

We were charged for the evening even though he refused to take the $100 deposit in cash, so my girlfriend gave him her card, he refused it as well. He said he would hold the room to until 7, so we went and purchased a prepaid card. Called him on the way back so we wouldn't have to sit in our Tesla parked out front where people were selling drugs off of the curb in front of the property; he told us he already rented it to someone else. The trip to gas station and back took 16 min. Which made the time 5:36 pm . Nowhere near 7pm THE MISREPRESENTATION OF THE ENTIRE LISTING, PROPERTY, AND OWNER/PROPERTY MANAGER/SCAM ARTIST THAT HAS THE AUDACITY TO RENT THROUGH BOOKING. COM.... THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE IS ENOUGH TO MAKE ME UNINSTALL THIS APP

• Mahmoud (6/5): Fair stay if you think only about price and location - The house is close to the center, direct bus from the Fremont. The hosts waited us there at night for check-in, were very friendly, very flexible with the method of payment for the deposit which they returned us back at 6 am in the morning when we were checking out. The good review is only considering the price of the room, nothing more. Fair if someone looks only to come, sleep, and leave for a low budget. Some cockroaches in the room. There is no door for the bathroom and toilet which is inconvenient if you travel with someone. Better to have only shared toilet out of the room.

I told him that was what I was trying to do and was accused of being rude and called a cheap brat that he didnt need to help.I hung up on him and he called me back to continue to insult me.
