- Koray (10/5): Könnte besser werden - Die Wartung der Klimaanlage wurde nicht ordnunggemäß durchgeführt daher kam ein muffiges geruch. Die Zimmer sind den Jahren entsprechend wurden in den letzten Jahren keine renovierungen druchgeführt. Für eine Nacht zu übernachtung aber ausreichend.

- ERDAL (8/5): Vasat bir konaklamaydı - Vasat bir otel. Personel kötüydü. 3 ve 4 kişi konaklayacağımız belli iken odalarda 2 adet yüz ve 2 adet banyo havlusu ve bir adet şampuan-sabun seti vardı. Görevlilerden istediğimizde hemen temin edemediler. Bir süre beklemek ve iki kere aramak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı da vasat idi. Temizlik fena değildi. Yılın en sıcak günüydü. Klimalar ve soğutmaları iyi olan tek şeydi. Yine de günübirlik konaklamalar için idare eder. Bu yüzden otel gurbetçi kaynıyordu.

Kat koridor ları yemek kokuyor du Sordum personel yemeği pişiyor onun kokusu dur diye cevap aldım

- Fadil (4/5): RAMADA Grubunun zayıf bir haklası - Otel şehir dışında resmen, yakınında hiç bir şey yok. Alternatif olmaması sebebi ile ne koparırsak kardır mantığı ile resepsiyonda satılan tüm Bira çeşitlerinden, 33 cc lik veya 50 cc lik farketmezsizin 200 TL talep edildi. 4 oda aldık, ilk gün zahmet vermemek adına temizlik talep etmedik, ertesi gün en azından çöplerin alınması için 1 oda hariç temizlik yapılasını istedik yapılmadı. Odaya girdiğimizde mini bar ın fişi takılı değildi, otel genel anlamda ıssız bir ambiansa sahip. sigara içilebilen oda almamıza rağmen küllük yoktu. Otelde havuz, sauna vb. hiç bir hizmet yoktu. Ön büro peroneli sabırlı ve kooperatiftiler. Klimalar açık ancak belli aralıklarla kapanıyor. Tekrar açmayı gerektiriyordu. Sıcağı açıp uyursanız kapanıyor ve gece üşüyerek uyanmanıza sebep oluyor. Konaklayan 4 oda da otelcilik sektörü yöneticileri idi, bu sebeple empati ile beklenti sergiledik, ancak RAMADA Grubunun standartlarına uyduğunu düşünmediğim bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Edirneye geldiğimde bir daha asla tercik etmeyeceğimi belirtmek isterim.

- ISMAIL UNAL (6/5): İsmini haketmiyor - Ramada ve Wyndham isimlerinin çağrıştırdığı kriterlerden çok uzak bir otel. Çalışanlar iyi niyetli ve yardımsever ancak yetersiz kalıyorlar. Kahvaltı (otelde verilen tek yemek hizmeti) çok yetersiz ve standartların altında kalitede. Tesis bakımsız ve özellikle banyolar çok köhnemiş. Asansörün çıktığı yol, sanki hiç inşaat temizliği yapılmamış gibi.

- Paul (8/5): Potentiall a good hotel - Potentially a good hotel but seemed short staffed. Bedroom wasn’t very clean with a disgusting filthy bathroom mug and a torn sheet. A general clean up is needed. Reception staff (male) was friendly and helpful, the female was rather grumpy. I suspect that they were covering for other staff and were stressed I.e. cleaning staff?? Positives were a. Wry comfortable bed in an attractive room that just needs some love and attention from management

So we went there slept and left. I do not recommend it. I selected thinking Ramada should be good but as experienced Ramada can be very bad quality. The bathroom was full of black mold and dirt.

The disgusting sewage smell coming from the hotel as soon as a you walk in or the rude staff member who greeted us or the dirty bathroom. Definitely won’t be staying here again.
- David (8/5): Cheap and cheerful - The main point is that we got a very comfortable night's sleep at a good price. The hotel doesn't look great - it is in need of some facelift and refresh. But all the important things are there and my family and I enjoyed a large room with good AC, bathroom and very comfy beds.

Das Bad ist die reinste Katastrophe - das Wasser läuft aus der Dusche ins Zimmer! Obwohl Parkplatz inclusive wurde abkassiert! Gibt definitiv professionellere Hotels in der Umgebung.

- Can (2/5): - Wyndham markasına güvenip yaptığım rezervasyon ile hayatımın en berbat gecelerinden birini yaşadım. Edirne’de o gün fırtına çıkmış ve otelin duvarı (evet duvarı) aşağıya uçmuş. Aşağıda iki yabancı plaka aracı ezerek perte çıkarmış. Sabah 4.00 civarı biz yine de kıyıdan kıyıdan otele girdik

- Recep (6/5): TEKRAR TERCİH ETMEYECEĞİM BİR OTEL OPSİYONU. - Binanın oda temizliği normal olmakla birlikte, otel odalarının bulunduğu kata çıktığınızda adeta bir kaba inşaat şantiyesi atmosferinde, yanlış kata mı geldim algısı veriyor. Binanın cam cephelerinin kirli ve tozlu olması bu hissi daha da pekiştiriyor (check-out yaparken binanın dış çephesinde inşaat/tadilat calışmaları yapıldığını gördüm). Fiyata açık büfe kahvaltı dahildi idi ancak, yemek salonuna geçtiğimde, ikram edilen ürünlerin sunumu ve temizlik algısı kahvaltı yapmaktan vazgeçirdi beni (diğer müşterilerin kahvaltı yaptığını görmekle birlikte, çok sayıda misafirin çay kahve fincanlarının temizliğinden memnun kalmadığını, daha temizi için baktıklarını gördüm. Odada mutad uygulama çerçevesinde su ısıtıcı ile birlikte çay/neskafe gördüm ancak minibardaki cam şişedeki su dışında normal küçük su göremedim. Resepsiyonda minibardaki herşeyin ilave ücrete tabi olduğunu belirttiği için sözkonusu suyu su ısıtıcısında kullanmakta tereddüt ettim. Kişisel olarak bugüne kadar memnun kalmadığım ilk "Wyndham" oteli. Edirne'ye tekrar yolum düştüğünde başka bir oteli tercih ederim diye düşünüyorum.

- tarik (2/5): Paranıza Yazık, sakın gitmeyin ! - Benim ve ailem için ayrılan odada başka bir aile kalıyordu , bana verilen anahtar kart ile odaya girmeye çalıştığımda bi başkası odayı içeriden açtı. Şok olduk ! Özür dileyip resepsiyona geri döndük ! Resepsiyonda, Bi yanlışlık olduğunu söyleyip başka oda verdiler. Odadaki komidinlerin arkası, kenar ve köşeler pisti. Camlar açılmadığında odayı havalandırmanız mümkün değil, Banyo genel olarak iyi temizlenmemiş, duvarlar ve fayanslarda su ve kireç lekeleri vardı, banyo zeminindeki fayans dolgular sarı ve yeşil renkte küflüydü ! Kahvaltıda çay yoktu, kahve yoktu , beyaz peynir yoktu. Margarin ve tereyağı yoktu, su ve meyve suları sıcaktı ! Personel ile sorunları konuştuğumuzda laubali lakayit ve umursamaz bir tavır sergilediler ! kahvaltı saat 7 başlıyor, fakat personel 8 de gelmiş, Aldığımız cevap buydu ! Tam bir fiyasko !

- Hakan (2/5): !!! - Odalar büyük ve temiz,ilk gece yan odadaki 00.00 dan sonra başlayan müzik ve konuşma sesinden rahatsız olduk yardımcı oldular oda değiştirdik,odalarda diğer odayla bağlantı İçin kapı var ve her konuşma en ufak ses direk kaldığınız odanın içerisinde.Ayrıca sigara içilmeyen odada kaldık fakat yan odada içilen sigaranın kokusu direk odamızdaydı.Oda değiştirdiğimiz gece uyuyabildik 12den sonra ama ertesi gece de yan odamıza 02.00 da konaklamak İçin gelenlerin son ses müzik konuşma sesleri rahatsız etti resepsiyonu aradım ama etkili olmadı sabah 6 ya kadar uyuyamadık bir daha bedava olsa kalmayız.Yan oda 2,3 kere bizim kapıyı açmaya çalıştı odalar arası bağlantı olduğu İçin.O kadar otelde kaldım yurt içi ve dışı böyle sıkıntı yaşamadım.

Buna acilen çözüm getirmelisiniz!

Kahvaltı zayıf. Daha iyi olabilir. Edirne de iş amaçlı yada kısa aile seyahatlerinde rahatça tercih edilebilir. Geceleme fiyatı, tesis kalitesine göre oldukça uygun.

Oda servisinden istediğimiz hamburgerin içine hamburger köftesi yerine bir adet normal küçücük köfte koymaları ve oda servisi için siparişimizin parasını odaya yemek getiren kişinin peşin istemesi negatif puanlardı.

- Andrea (6/5): Disappointing - Stopped here for a one night stay travelling back through Turkey from Europe. The hotel is modern and clean and the room and facilities were good. The restaurant is appalling, very limited choice of foods with no imagination, but even worse the food offered was poor quality and very poorly presented. Some of the staff are not customer friendly at all. If you are staying here just to sleep, excellent choice but don’t go there expecting to eat well
- James (10/5): Outstanding Hotel and Service - Very beautiful hotel that was clean and the staff exceeded out expectations on all levels. We had spend the day and night at the university hospital as our Mom had to have emergency surgery, so we didn't have a chance to eat, so when I checked in I asked the young man at the front desk if it was possible to get some thing to eat. He rose to the occasion and went to the kitchen and the chef was still there and they prepared to amazing cheeseburgers and fries that they packaged up as I had to return to the hospital. I was so blown away by this act of kindness and only wish I had taken down their names so I can write the General Manager to express my gratitude. Well done gentlemen keep up the great work!!
