Chris (7/5): It was good stay, staff was friendly, room was clean and pool slide was fun. - The location was good, the kids had a blast in the pool, went down the slide already 50 times The bed was average at best and the furnace/ac had a terrible noise to it, sounded like a bag was stuck inside.
SSU YUAN (9/5): Great service and pool, but noisy dog and toilet issues - The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool and water slide were excellent—we really enjoyed them! However, there were a few issues. A dog in a nearby room kept barking from 8 AM to 9 AM, which was quite disturbing. Also, the toilet in our room didn't flush very well.

Jack (10/5): Great location, perfect for what we needed. - Convenient, Greta parking, easy reach of Cross Iron Mills, beds were comfortable and breakfast was really good! Staff were very polite in the morning. There wasn’t anyone monitoring the pool and a group of boisterous youngsters kept jumping in and out of the hot tub and running around. I appreciate children are children but they were dive bombing and my daughter didn’t want to stay as it was too chaotic and unsafe.

Gonzalo (2/5): Friendly staff was the only positive of our stay - Really friendly staff We stayed on the first floor, and unfortunately the sound insulation was poor. We could clearly hear plumbing noises from the second floor every time someone used the bathroom or shower, which made it difficult to rest at night. The breakfast was average, with limited selection, especially if you arrive after 8 a.m. The quality of the coffee was disappointing, and there was a noticeable lack of variety in products offered. Additionally, using margarine instead of butter was not ideal. Overall, while the stay was okay, the noise issues and breakfast quality affected the overall experience.

Some food avaiable to purchase in the hotel. I would suggest that people pick up a late dinner on the way there. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good for free. Breakfast eggs were still cold. I should have microwaved them. The pototoes were not good at all. Lots of other stuff was available to eat and good.

This is our go-to accomodation whenever we go to Calgary with family. They usually allow us for an early check-in whenever the rooms are available. We also love their breakfast buffet with lots of selection. The price is worth-it!

Michael (10/5): Great place to stay, restful sleep. - I appreciate the location being out of the city, quieter than being close to the hussle and bussle. I always book a king size bed and this time we we put in a room that had the adjoining doors, locked of course, but we were still able to hear our neighbors visiting quite a bit. I am sure it was just their last available, but I will.check next time to make sure our room has no adjoining rooms.

Pleasant staff, lots of room space and quiet. Pool and waterside. A breakfast that was sausage, egg, toast, yogurt and coffee.

Dara (8/5): - Very friendly staff and very clean. Extremely close to the Cross Iron Shopping Mall. Within walking distance, weather permitting. And a short drive onto the highway and into Calgary. The room we had was long and narrow. For five of us, it made it challenging to move around at times. And the breakfast selection was very limited in the hot options. My only suggestion would be to add cheese maybe, so one could try and create something.

Alicia (9/5): Highly recommend, and will be returning! - Fun pool, standard breakfast (still yummy though!), comfy bed! Not really a complaint, because I understand the circumstance, but the breakfast had undercooked hash browns, cold ham, eggs were good, but weird, rubbery almost. But it was also super busy during my stay, hockey teams & their families, so I can understand the undercooked food, and appreciate the staff for trying to refil the hot food as quickly as possible. My only real complaint, is there is only one elevator, I heard a few families complain about this, you spend a good amount of time waiting for it. (Aren’t we so hard done by)

There was feces and urine on bathroom wall by our toilet, shower walls aren't cleaned as dried soap spills present, greasy handprints on wall by bed, garbage from previous guest besides bed. Carpets throughout hotel are filthy with stains and dirt. Soap dispensers out of soap in pool bathroom for days, wall hand sanitizers all empty. The list was long but judging by reviews this is a issue that management isn't resolving.

However, room had a strange smell, beds are getting old. Room wasn't cleaned (unless you tell then you want it cleaned apparently). Breakfast isn't real food (I don't think) so don't base your breakfast plans on the "included" breakfast.

Brad (5/5): Adequate but would not return - The room was very nicely decorated and bright which I appreciated alot. The breakfast was fine but the pancake machine often needed servicing. The shower had hair in it, there was long black hair on the window, the fan was very loud, kids were screaming and running down the hallway well past 11pm, the room above us was stomping around alot, the pool was disgusting and poorly maintained. I liked the location but I would not return unfortunately.

rhondasH531YH (4/5): No sleep!!!!!! - If you are older without kids and are looking for a peaceful hotel this is not the place to stay. There were kids running the halls until 11:30pm at night. Doors slamming all hours of the night and then you finally get to sleep and it all starts again by 5:30am. We couldn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub because it was packed full of screaming children. The elevator was broken for 5 days which made the door slamming at the end of the hallways even worse.

Kimberly (6/5): - we stayd there for 5 days and the first day we ask for housekeeping but they forgot it we drive 6 hrs straight and we we got back to hotel it think the housekeeping forgot to do our room but they gave us 20% discount

Terry (10/5): Very good. - The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was great and the front desk staff were great! Both evening and morning were outstanding. Great location. Nothing to dislike.
