- Batanova (8/5): Хороший отель на несколько ночей прибывания в Вероне. - Отличное расположение отеля, до центра города пешком минут 7-10, до ж/д вокзала близко. Большой чистый номер. Хозяин встретил, рассказал, где находятся основные достопримечательности, посоветовал ресторанчики. Завтрак через дорогу в кафе: сок, кофе, сэндвич и бриошь. Всё свежее и вкусное. Отсутствует вайфай. Т.е. номинально он присутствует, пароль от него выдали, но сайты не открываются. Если требуется отправка файлов или что-то нужно посмотреть на сайтах, забудьте об этом на время прибывания в этом отеле.

- Annabel (9/5): Great Location! Spacious room! Walkable to all tourist attractions. - Very close to the city, 5 mins walk and the main train station and bus station just nearby the hotel. Walkable to all tourist attractions. Plenty of good restaurants, fastfood chains and shops. Safe and clean area. Good base to go out for a day trips like Lake Garda and experience the Gardaland so close to Verona. Hotel is clean and big spacious for family of 4. The only thing i did not like is the pillows is so flat and thin. The breakfast is across the Pepita Lodge where you will be given a card to show to the Cafe restaurant for your free breakfast, just a plain croissant and tiny sandwich and coffee only. No hot foods. Unless if you buy other preferences. But still I highly recommended the place. The pillows so flat and thin.

Co do apartamentu też nie mam uwag ale nie spędzałam tam dużo czasu. Było czysto :) śniadania są podawane w kawiarnii zlokalizowanej 2 min od obiektu. Do wyboru kawa,herbata,sok,woda,kanapka i rogalik. Jestem zadowolona z wyboru !

- Mary_ina (5/5): Buona posizione ma la stanza scelta non è stata il massimo - La posizione di Pepita lodge è molto Centrale. Grazie a questo alloggio siamo riusciti a raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni di Verona. il signore che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato fin da subito le info utili. Ho soggiornato al pepita lodge dal 24 al 26 dicembre con mia figlia e mio marito. La stanza era tipo seminterrato, almeno credo, visto che dalla finestra la visuale era sotto il livello della strada. Spaziosa si, ma nonostante il riscaldamento acceso l'abbiamo trovata fredda e umida. Neanche la colazione è stata il massimo. Io faccio colazione salata, ma il bar convenzionato aveva solo dei piccoli panini cotto e formaggio. Sicuramente ci saranno stanze con posizioni migliori e con balcone. Diciamo che per il rapporto qualità/prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio. La mia recensione possa essere una critica per migliorare.
- Sveva (5/5): - Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione Abbiamo avuto un problema con il phon della camera e anche con l’acqua della doccia che non andava ho dovuto finire di sciacquarmi i capelli nel lavandino altrimenti sarei rimasta con il sapone in testa e poi dopo essermi fatta la doccia sono andata per asciugarmi i capelli , ma il phon ha durato 2 min a funzionare e poi si è spento e non andava più. Ho chiamato il proprietario (capisco l’orario perché era mezzanotte e mezza) gli ho spiegato il problema e mi ha risposto che non era un problema suo, che per arrivare gli ci volevano 30 min e a quell’ora non poteva fare niente. Mi poteva rispondere in un’altro modo, ma rispondermi che il problema non era il suo non lo accetto !!! Perché ho pagato la camera, compreso del servizio del phon e della doccia e se c’è un problema si deve risolvere!!!!

Először is nem volt fel tüntetve,hogy a reggeli nem azon a helyen van ahol a szállás,hanem 200 métere egy koszos kocsmába! A reggeli ről nem is beszélek.! Akkora volt a szendvics mit egy mandarin,nem tulzuk! Aztán jött az este! Mi fent hagytuk a fűtést ,hogy egész napi -2fokos idő be,0 séta után jó lessz majd a melegben fürdeni! Az nem sikerült mert a szállás adó lekapcsolta a fűtést,így 17-fok lett! Szégyellje magát! Nekem is van egy három csillagos apartman házam de ha ilyen kosz lenne eltörném a kezem! Ha valakit érdekel küldök képet!

La struttura in stile moderno e piacevole, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. La colazione all'italiana viene offerta in un bar a pochi metri dalla struttura. Il titolare della struttura, il sig. Roberto, è stato molto cortese e ci ha dato degli ottimi ottimi consigli per conoscere al meglio la città.

Un weekend veramente piacevole. L’accoglienza é stata ottima, ci è stato consegnato al check in un foglio con delle opzioni dove poter mangiare bene e pagare il giusto, (poco turistico) e in più ci ha spiegato con la cartina i posti da visitare e come. Veramente un buon servizio, super generoso! La colazione era ad un bar molto carino di fronte la struttura. L’unica pecca, a mio parere, un po di accortezza sulla pulizia della polvere in stanza. Il bagno era sanificato e anche il letto, tutto pulito e profumato, ma il termosifone era pieno di polvere all’interno, più che altro per una questione dí respirazione/acari ecc! Alla mia richiesta di risolvere, al mio rientro in struttura, riscontro le api ancora lì, il lavandino ancora ostruito, la camera pulita e due tessere in meno della colazione, visto che ero da solo e non in coppia (a questo punto non segnalavo nulla, ma costretto per timore per la mia allergia, e mi rimanevano due tessere in più per la colazione). Il gestore molto poco disponibile. Sono stato molto fortunato ad avere qualcuno in loco che mi facesse il check in, in quanto il mio volo per esigenze lavorative arrivava un’ora dopo il limite del check-in (la fine era per le 19, ed ero davanti alla struttura alle 20, quindi un pò di elasticità sarebbe stata gradita, visto che gli orari lo consentivano). Lo stesso proprietario si è sentito risentito poi quando alle 20.03 l’ho “disturbato”, chiamandolo, vista l’assenza di riscontro fisico per il check in, per chiedergli quale fosse l’appartamento. Esperienza pessima. P.s. il letto matrimoniale erano due letti singoli attaccati a diversa altezza. Il tutto ad aggiungere una notevole scomodità.
- Sal (1/5): Holiday spoiler. - Nothing there that I liked. It was terrible. Old building. Horrible rooms. Badly decorated. Beds too soft. WiFi very weak. Hot water took a long time to get. Staff were miserable and very unhelpful and unaccommodating. Refused to check in 15 minutes after 7pm! Do had to spend first night elsewhere. And refused to provide a measly extra pillow. Breakfast was at a nearby Caffe that only offers a 2 year old child size plain sandwich. It was a joke.

- Edith (3/5): - The place is close to the central station and to the main square. The reception is located in another building and you need to provide the exact time you are arriving otherwise you will need to wait one hour to check in according to the messages they send to you the day before your arrival. This creates a little stress especially if there are train delays. The rum is not comfortable, the bathroom is not good. The shower is unpleasant because the water pressure is very low. The breakfast is in another building in a coffee place and you only get 1 small glass of juice, one small glass cup of coffee, one small sandwich and one croissant. If you want a little more juice you need to pay for it.
- Dave (9/5): A very nice stay, conveniently located. - Great location for the city centre and train station. It was very quiet when we stayed so we had 2 noise free nights which is always welcome. The reception is separate from the accommodation, but only about two doors along the street. The room was ready when we arrived around 12:30 so we wasted no time in dropping off our bags and heading out for the day. I would recommend this hotel. Everything was ok for us, no issues at all.

- Marko (7/5): - Sijainti oli hyvä jos tulee vaikka junalla. Asemalta kävelee n. 15min. Kaupunkiin kävelee 10 min. Kiva ravintola ihan vieressä. Huoneessa hyvä wifi. Huoneesta ei ollut mitään näköalaa ulos. Huoneessa ei ollut kunnon juomalaseja, ne olisi kiva olla.
