• Libby (9/5): Stunning hotel and a very peaceful stay! - Loved this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle of the main road that really felt so relaxing and peaceful for our time here. Pool was incredible and perfect for watching the sunset, and the bar/ restaurant had great food and drink at reasonable prices. Amazing staff. No air conditioning in the bathroom, just a window that couldn't be fully closed. Did let a few mosquitoes in due to not being able to seal this off, but just ended up keeping the bathroom door closed when we weren't in there.

Staff was helpful and kind and went out of the way to help our group. There are many massage spas outside the resort which make it convenient! Aircond was not so cold during the humid weather.

• Franziska (10/5): - Wir hatten ein wunderschönen Bungalow. Das ganze Personal (Phùng Duyen Ug) war ausgezeichnet und immer sehr hilfsbereit.
• Anais (8/5): Preis-Leistung gut, super Frühstück - Super gutes Frühstück, sehr schöne Poolanlage, traumhafte Naturanlage allgemein (viele Tiergeräusche, was toll ist uns es authentisch macht, ist nicht störend - manchmal Frösche und das Grillenzirpen), nette Rezeptionisten, gute Lage für in Nord und Süd, Restaurants und SPAs gleich in der Nähe (Mango SPA zu empfehlen). Fitness: Leider waren die Geräte dreckig, mit eingeklebten Schweissflecken und ich weiss nicht, wie das Velo bei der Handhalterung gereinigt werden kann, da Stoff). Zusätzlich gab es keine Schweisstücher und das Fitness hat keine Klimaanlage, da es sich draussen befindet. Leider roch es manchmal in der Luft nach verbranntem Abfall (leider verbrennt Vietnam den Müll draussen), Abfall/ Müll auf der ganzen Strasse hin zum Hotel (allgemeines Inselproblem).

• Isabelle NGUYEN (9/5): Très bel hôtel, bon séjour et personnel aimable - Tout le personnel est très aimable, les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. Le décor extérieur est magnifique et verdoyant. Les chambres sont très bien isolées et donc très calmes . Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est assez complet. Le trajet pour aller à la piscine et au petit déjeuner peut être fatiguant (marches à monter, petites pentes) mais vous pouvez demander au staff de vous y conduire en petite voiturette de golf. Il y a une boutique juste en face de l'hôtel où vous pouvez louer des scooters et laver votre linge pour pas cher Il faisait chaud dans la salle de bain. L'endroit pour prendre le petit déjeuner est proche de la piscine et ouvert, il n'y a donc pas de climatisation et il peut donc faire chaud en mangeant car les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas forcément. La rue pour accéder à l'hôtel est petite et étroite et pas forcément facile d'accès en scooter et même pour les taxis.

• Nilsete.O (9/5): Agréable séjour dans cet établissement au centre de Phu Quoc - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cet hotel situé à 10 min de a plage. L'hotel est au calme avec de la verdure ce qui est très agréable. Les chambres sont belles et propres, lit confortable, bonne salle de bain. La piscine est suffisamment grande. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié mais suffisant. L'hotel est bien situé dans Phu Quoc, à 20 min de l'aéroport et en plein centre-ville pour sortir le soir. Il y a parfois des insectes et petits lézards dans la chambre mais ça fait partie de l'expérience.

• Steve (6/5): Staff are wonderful but management needs to address lack of maintenance at the property and it’s too expensive compared - The staff were wonderful, so helpful and attentive. Tye location was quite good also. It needs some TLC. Tye fridge in the room was barely colder than room temperature, the aircon was also seriously lacking in cooling the room. The door shower wasn’t very clean or presentable and the shower head had cracks through it so the water went all over the place stuntman down onto you. No power outlet at the little office bench. The breakfast lacked traditional Vietnamese food.

• Danny (6/5): - 為了慶祝十週年，有協助我們佈置房間很窩心 1. 蚊蟲很多，打電話請櫃檯拿蚊香以及水給我們，櫃檯說等5分鐘，結果我們等了很久超過30分鐘才有保安送水給我們，但他敲門敲得超大力就像是要搶劫，然後很不屑的把水給我，後來我問他蚊香的部分，因為他沒給我們，他就隨便指了一下櫃檯轉頭就走了讓我覺得蠻傻眼的… 2. 隔天早上，我們事前也跟飯店房說我們因為要趕飛機，所以5:30需要出發，他們說可以提供餐盒讓我們外帶早餐，當天入住時也有在跟櫃檯提醒並且告知飲食習慣，結果到了5:30當天廚房並沒有做出早餐提供給我們，櫃檯請我們再等25分鐘，但我們因為要趕飛機也等不了，所以就先走了 （我們有釐清櫃檯的人都有將我們的需求轉述給廚房方，可是廚師並未落實處理，導致最後我們的早餐根本沒有吃到）

• patrick (8/5): Très joli hôtel aux allées fleuries mais déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité réduite. - La chambre était agréable, propre et spacieuse. Le petit-déjeuner était très correct ainsi que la piscine. Le cadre de l'hôtel est magnifique, très fleuri avec une petite cascade et une mare remplie de jolis poissons. Bien situé entre le nord et le sud de l'île. Il est à signaler que l'accès aux chambres et au restaurant est difficile car l'ensemble du parc de l'hôtel est très pentu.

• James (9/5): - The staff couldn't be more helpful, kind and attentive. The resort is beautifully maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, great size and space. Some of the exterior balconies are run down but it's totally minor. Food in the hotel high quality and well priced. Loved it.

• Dmitri (9/5): Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Hotel - Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in Grünen und nach 5 Minuten Fußmarsch ist die zentrale Straße mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreicht. Nichts, alles gut.
• Katrin (8/5): Tolles Resort mit Pool in der Nähe zum Zentrum - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Resort bietet mit seinem schönen Pool eine tolle Möglichkeit sich auch ohne Strand abzukühlen. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und hat alles geboten, was wir brauchten. Insbesondere der Koch am Omelette-Stand war super freundlich. Auch so war das Personal wirklich top & hilfsbereit. Nach einem Faux-Pas mit dem angemieteten Roller, war ihnen unser Wohlergehen wichtiger als die Schadensabwicklung. Hier nochmal vielen herzlichen Dank an Phung & Minh! Das Hotelzimmer war groß und der Ausblick auf den Garten sehr schön. Von & zu unserem Zimmer konnten wir immer gefahren werden ohne Wartezeit. Insgesamt sind dort alle sehr herzlich & freundlich. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut: nur 5 min. die Straße bergab sind unzählige Food-Spots & Cafes! Die Grillen sind immens laut - leider so laut, dass wir teilweise nicht richtig durchschlafen konnten. Vielleicht kann man da zukünftig die Fenster & Türen besser isolieren. Leider gab es auch keinen Smart-TV, sondern nur einen „normalen“ Fernseher. Sonst hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.
• verkot (10/5): Ultimate value - Located in the central part of the island, travelling to popular spots is very easy. The beach is very close. Also, there are plenty of restaurants nearby including Indian. The landscaping makes the view from the room beautiful. Nothing!

• Kim (10/5): Alles in einem war das ein sehr gelungener Urlaub mit einem Mix aus Entspannung und Action! Die negativen Dinge sind ehe - Wunderschöne Anlage, sehr naturbelassen und sauber! Die Lage ist top, nicht mitten in der Stadt, sodass man noch entspannen konnte, aber fußläufig zum Strand oder zur Hauptstraße. Da es ist in der Mitte von Phu Quoc ist, hat man auch relativ kürzere Fahrwege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Flughafen sind es auch nur so 20min Fahrr. Ansonsten ist die Nutzung von Grab sehr empfehlenswert. Der Infinitypool ist sehr schön und man hat einen schönen Ausblick. Wir hatten das Deluxe Bungalow mit Gartenblick, sehr idyllisch, Dusche draußen ist auch schön. Zimmerservice top und immer sauber gehalten die Zimmer. Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder! Da es so naturbelassen ist, sind leider die Insekten zeitweise sehr sehr laut, das zirpen kann schon mal den Schlaf stören. Zudem gut aufpassen, auch immer alle Türen zu schließen, da sonst Eidechsen oder andere Tiere sich den Weg ins Zimmer beschaffen können. Frühstück ist zwar ausreichend, könnte aber mehr sein und die Liegen am Pool könnten mehr sein, aber dafür ist denke die Räumlichkeit drum herum nicht ausreichend. Außerdem sollte der Safe evtl mal ausgetauscht werden, damit hatte man doch so seine Schwierigkeiten.

• C. (9/5): - Wonderful stay at Lahana. Staff was great, and food was amazing. I would highly recommend going for a Vietnamese massage at the resort's spa. It is a walk to the beach, but we knew this of course when booking already. Also, the gym is not that well equipped + situated in an open space with a fan. Having air conditioning here would've been more comfortable.

The pool was beautiful, the environment was very relaxing, and the staff were always smiling and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I especially want to thank Duyen, who gave me a lot of help during the whole process. I truly appreciate it and highly recommend Lahana Resort. I would definitely love to come back again next time.

The gardens are divine and the restaurant has great food and overlooks the infinity swimming pool.
