- Sally (7/5): - Location is amazing 😄 close to shops and river While I can overlook aspects of the hotel appearing a little tired or rundown, the quality of the master bed and pillows was unfortunately very poor and significantly impacted comfort and sleep quality during the stay. For me, a comfortable bed is one of the most important parts of any hotel experience, and this is an area that would greatly benefit from improvement.

- Kate (6/5): It was fine - Location great, great pool and perfect if wanting to have a large group staying in the same complex. Well priced and handy having a cafe on site and a supermarket next door. The bedrooms and bed is tiny. Not a queen or a double - not sure what it was but both of us had our feet hanging well over the end of the bed, towels were paper thin and the kitchen really didnt have everything it needed to even try to cook. There were water extractor machines in the hallways (some kind of flooding issue from another apartment) for the whole 5 nights we were there (in the way, unsightly and only functioning for 2 out of the 5 days but were never removed), gym equipment was broken and someone always parked in our carpark even though we paid for it. I asked for a refund but never received a response. Not enough seats for the 4 people that the apartment is supposed to accommodate (a 2 seater couch and 1 x armchair, only 3 dining seats). The furniture is stained and needs a big clean. We faced other apartments and had no privacy in the bedroom so had to have the blinds down constantly (no privacy screens or blinds) making it dark. Staff did their best but there were so many issues that I don't think they could keep up.

- Udo (8/5): - It’s a flat that’s naturally used by different people. As a result, the kitchen units show signs of wear and tear and aren’t brand new anymore. It didn’t bother us. Unfortunately, there’s a large stain on the sofa, and that really ought to be removed. What’s the point of a shower door if it stops halfway, for no apparent reason, and doesn’t close properly? The toilet roll holder should also have been fixed in a different place. Where it is now, it’s completely impractical.

- Naomi (7/5): Nice modern facilities. Close to town - I liked the facilities and the proximity to shops and public transport. The bed was u comfortable, it needs replacing, it was not supportive and we constantly rolled into the middle of the bed. There was also an unusual smell ? From the drains?
- Craig (8/5): Good but could be better - Location is great with access to shops, transport and closely to the city Bedroom sizes are small for 4 people to share. Potentially two king single beds would be better if available. It would be good to have 2 room keys rather than the 1 (as you need key access to use pool, gym and back entrance doors)

There was hair ties in the shower, gum wrappers by the bed and someone’s missing lip balm under the bed. Staff didn’t help us with the wifi and told us to go to reception when in the description for the apartment, they said not to contact reception.

- Vanessa (9/5): - It was an easy process from end to end. Clear instructions for check in and check out. Tasha's staff called me advising of delays to check in (totally outside of their control) and even then, it was only a 20-minute delay. We were more than happy to have a coffee in the cafe downstairs. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The entire complex was great with an outdoor pool, a gym and of course, the cafe. Having the park across the road was great for a walk in the sunshine between engagements. Oh, and let's not forget the shopping strip with local and artisan wares and a Woolies too. I won't hesitate in staying again the next time I am in Adelaide.
- tam (5/5): We have been coming to Tasha's for the Adelaide Easter Tournament since 2025 and like its location. - The location is good with proximity to cafes, woolworths as well as great amenties ie pool and gym. We were transferred from our previously booked room to another which faced Woolworth's and the Watson's back of house. This new unit provided had the poor fortune of having very nosiy, early morning delivery and waste trucks. The unit also faced the afternoon sun with only sheer blinds for the living room, which made it quite hot. The air conditioning struggled to cope and the promise for a fan to be delivered to the unit was not kept for the duration of our stay (3N/4D stay)

After booking through Booking.com, I had to provide more information, upload documents to a property portal and provide a security deposit. I felt this was too much compared to most of the other locations. Also, I had to drive to a different location to collect the keys.

- Hannah (5/5): Good location, modern building, but we probably won't stay here again with kids. - We liked the modern building and how close it was to coffee shops and other food options. During business hours, staff was very helpful and we were able to easily organise an additional key card. We didn't like that there was no mention of The Watson on the advertisement and likewise, no mention of Tasha's apartments on Warwick anywhere on The Watson, so there was some confusion that it was the same building. We also didn't like the blinds in the room - the gap between the edge of the blind and the window frame was far too wide and didn't block out any light at night. Less than ideal when you're trying to get kids to go to sleep and it's still basically daylight in the bedroom. The blinds in the common area was also seemingly transparent when it was dark outside and we had the lights on, so privacy was an issue. After hours, the emergency phone number provided was only answered once out of the two times we had to call it during our stay. Not a dealbreaker, but the microwave in the bathroom when there was plenty of kitchen bench space and an available power point was a weird choice.

They are many insect in the room and the bad sheet got blood stain on them, the carpet was dirty. The shower screen was broken and never replace. I wonder if the bed sheet been replace at all.

- John (7/5): A reasonably nice apartment, but cleaning could have been better! - good quiet location with supermarket directly in front of apartments. Nice bike path/walkways alongside the river. great cafe 3mins walk. The swimming pool was very nice after a busy day exploring the city. Having to drive to a different location for collection of keys to apartment. I had not received message on phone indicating this would happen during weekend arrival. Message only received when I turned on data at apartment. Also not aware that the apartment was not associated with the company running the complex. After collecting our keys and returning to apartment building. I had to phone Tashas' Apartments for our reserved parking area. I had to then call again as someone else had parked in our spot. After 15mins I rang again to find that Tashas had not been able to phone my number, for some reason. They had not been able to contact the owners of the car and provided another carpark finally. Thankfully, in the meantime, my wife and son had been able to access the apartment to unload our luggage, etc. Not impressed with this sort of problem after a long drive and arriving at about 7pm. All this was compounded by someone setting off the fire alarm in the building at 4am on sunday morning due to cooking food and falling asleep. This had happened a few nights previously according to the security people.

- Louise (7/5): Comfortable, convenient but by no means flash - Excellent location for our visit to WOMADelaide. Good public transport links to city, convenient to local woolies and cafes. Comfortable beds. Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. The apartment looked a bit sad and although clean enough it could benefit from a deep clean and general freshen up. No batteries in TV remotes, cables hanging everywhere, broken clothes rack and grubby lounges, carpets and windows. Also if you need a dark room to sleep this is not the place to stay. Blinds are not effective to block out outside light. We did have a great stay once we put aside the initial disappointment.

Apartment had all facilities needed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a great big shower. Lounge was comfortable. Key collection is difficult made even more difficult by staff not following their own instructions yet expecting us to follow it when it's impossible to follow. Finally met someone at the apartment after wasting time at a local motel as instructed only to be told to go to apartments again different instructions! Met lady at apartment who acted like I should have known she was waiting for me when that was not the instructions they gave me! Then she abandoned us in the undercover car park. The car park has no signs to indicate where to enter the building!!! I tried every door in the carpark only to come upon the right door and find it locked ( or so I thought) banging on the door i was yelled at which I could not hear thru the closed doors. Eventually someone approached after my banging got louder to tell me the door wasn't locked!!! It sure felt locked from my side but regardless I was let in but felt chastised by the experience. Terrible customer service. We were once again abandoned to the lifts to find our own way. Finally found our room the furtherest from the lift. Next time I'll stay at the Watson hotel and book thru them directly. I told the male hotel receptionist that Tasha's does their hotel a miss service by making them look bad. Incompetent staff with no idea what constitutes good customer service. Lucky the Watson's hotel staff are lovely.

- Grace (5/5): Avoid unless you enjoy sleeping in light filled rooms and you’re happy to clean it up when you arrive. - Close to Woolies and a cafe, you’ll need coffee as you’ll be up early with the lack of blinds to block out sun and streetlights overnight! The two bedroom apartments also have a dishwasher, washing machine and decent sized fridge which is handy. The lack of blinds to block sunlight in the morning and street light at nights is ridiculous. Thankfully Woolies turn their big sign off at night but something needs to be done about the lack of coverage, also for privacy. The apartments don’t feel very clean, lots of stains on the furniture, rubbish under beds and marks on the coffee/dining tables, broken blinds and many scuffs on the walls. Checking in is a nightmare as no one is on-site but you must gain access through another accommodation provider to even collect your keys. The phone number remains unanswered, if took 3 calls each time to get an answer. You’ll receive many emails trying to upsell your stay, even getting you to pay for parking which is a rip off. We paid for late checkout in advance but were all keen to leave and go somewhere nicer earlier than planned. There’s also just one split system in the two bedroom apartment in the main area, so it’s fairly stuffy between the sunlight streaming in heating up the space and the poor aircon trying to cool it down. The shelf in the shower is hanging by a thread and the shower head needs to be held up to get a decent angle.

Crusty dead dragonfly and blow fly on arrival, walls sound paper thin. Rooms get super hot with doors closed. Washing machine made our clothes smell. Definitely needs block out blinds in living area

- Vaughan Patullock (8/5): An enjoyable stay for the cricket test - We thought the apartment was very well equipped. We enjoyed the location as it was near a supermarket and restaurants and we thought it contained everything we needed for our stay. The very thin blinds let in too much light in the very early morning. Consequently you tend to wake up way too early. They really need some darker Blockout blinds installed.

Unable to cast or it was possible I couldn't figure it out. No amenities - soap, shampoo, laundry detergent available. had to call the emegency number and wait a hour for some to be delivered. Which it was, but that's not good enough for $440 a day.

- Brad (8/5): - Location was amazing. Ample room for a couple to stay for a week even two. Kitchen was a good size everything you need. The bed is a low quality bed and I always have a back issues from it. If the bed was better or had a mattress topper that would be great. Also no extra pillows or a blanket. Having this would make it a lot easier and better.
