• Yannick (10/5): - Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, den ich sofort um ein paar Wochen verlängert habe. Tolle Lage, nah am Strand, 7 eleven direkt nebenan und man kann einen Roller mieten. Mr. R ist zu dem ein toller Gastgeber, der sich stets um die Bedürfnisse seiner Gäste kümmert. Ich komme nächstes Jahr wieder:)

L'hôte est super gentils & arrangeant, il t a une dame qui tiens un pressing a 1min de marche & un 7eleven juste a coté de l'hebergement. ( visiter Koh Rok c'est incroyable, j'ai eu a l'excursion à une boutique à 50m avec location scooter pour 2000baht en tout)

• Grzegorz (9/5): - Największym atutem hotelu jest jego lokalizacja – bardzo blisko plaży, a tuż obok znajduje się 7-Eleven, co jest ogromnym ułatwieniem. Miejsce jest wygodne i praktyczne na codzienne potrzeby. Dodatkowo właściciel jest niezwykle pomocny, życzliwy i zawsze chętny do pomocy, co bardzo uprzyjemnia pobyt.

• ken (9/5): I liked the place - Large, comfortable room. Near good restaurants and a 711. The owner is very nice and helpful. The door to the room doesn’t close tightly so there’s a gap that allows mosquitoes to enter. There’s a cellular tower very close by.

• Charlotte (9/5): My best vacation - I loved my stay at Baan Sri Lanta. Very clean room, water and coffee every day. Loved my little terrasse/balkony. The host is the best, very friendly and helpful. I got a little sick and the Host helped in any way he could. A cat visited me every day, so cute and I had some company when I went outside smoking 🥰 The atmosphere was very nice, even though you could hear the traffic. So it was quiet but not isolated. I am coming back for sure. The only thing is that the showerhead had too much limescale. Maybe thats normal in Thailand.

There was nothing bad about this place but it was a high season choice. I prefer a place where I have a bigger patio and is nearer the beach. Where I had stayed on previous visits was sold out.

• Mark (10/5): Great place for your stay on koh lanta - The owner was great, so helpful & considerate. The beach isn't far from the accommodation, and he had motorbikes to hire. Lots of bars and restaurants close by.

Could rent a bike from the owner, nice and easy too. There’s a really sweet cat at this accommodation too. Could have done with a hairdryer.

Cleaning on request any time. Owner surprised me with a table and a pillow to my chair so I could work.He is so helpful with everything you can think of. Quiet, private and relaxing place. Scooter rental. Beds are comfortable. Recommended for both short and long stay.

• Felix (10/5): Fabulous - thanks for having us, we will be back! - Highly recommend staying here, the host is so friendly and helpful :-) We rented a bike off him for a very good price - which I would suggest doing, in order to explore the island. The room is spacious, comfortable, has everything you need in it and you are provided with water and coffee/sugar daily. Soft towels provided and there is a laundry service available. The location is great too, a 5 minute walk away from a beautiful beach and there’s plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Water pressure was a bit tempramental.

• Richard (9/5): It's a good hotel room - Good natural light, the room itself was very clean, big room, nice sofa, big solid comfortable bed and good view. A few places could have been cleaned better in the bathroom (long term grime, not daily dirt), and the shampoo dispenser was not filled up.

The manager was friendly and helpful, he kindly offered us a lift to drive us to our bus pick-up point. The towels didn't feel very clean. A small table for the balcony would have been appreciated.

It was quiet in the night.Mister Ae, who runs the property was very helpful and friendly. Actually, there is nothing to complain, but it would be nice to find a place to eat in walking distance that opens a bit earlier than 10 o'clock.
