• Stéphane (8/5): - Agréable et confortable dans l'ensemble. Un accueil un peu plus impliqué et informatif serait souhaitable. Il manque un petit couteau de cuisine et un porte-serviette dans la salle de bain.
• James (7/5): Enjoyed the location and staff. Unfortunately the noise from upstairs spoilt it slightly and the mattress was very hard - Location was great. Right outside the metro stop and supermarket around the corner. The kitchen was well stocked with plates glasses and cutlery. The staff were very friendly and helpful and met us at the property even though it was almost midnight when we arrived. Noise from the flat above felt especially excessive at night. The drains in the bathroom were smelly to the point where we had to keep the door shut at all times. There was some damp on the wall in the small bedroom. The mattress was very hard and not enough pillows

• Laura (8/5): Punts de millora - Disposar de dos banys independents i rentadora-assecadora, a més d'una àmplia terrassa. El tracte de les persones de Liiiving ha estat meravellós i poder rebre canvi de llençols i tovalloles juntament amb els recanvis de sabó, gel, crema, etc. Punts a millorar: L'apartament necessita una neteja profunda, sobretot als banys on s'acumula més el moho de la condensació. Per la seva orientació, no reb mai llum del sol directa i té humitat. Cada vegada que entràvem feia molta olor a humitat, el dormitori gran tenia impregnada l'olor d'humitat al capçal del llit i provinent del guardarrobes incorporat al mateix. Caldria posar protectors als coixins de llit i considerar que la finestra del dormitori que actua com a punt de llum, fos una finestra practicable i es pogués obrir per a ventilar mínimament. S'han de netejar de pols els extractors del bany i del dormitori.

• Shan (7/5): Good location for short stays - Location was good, apartment with good facilities and organized. Ground floor needs be accessed via first floor, difficult with bags. Baths are old, uncomfortable with no holders with a stench in the wash rooms that doesnt seem to go away.

• Shona (9/5): Superb - Flat is spacious and clean, the garden was lovely. Flickering lights in hallway and the location next to subway is good but there is not much in the general area.
• Katia (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very spacious with 2 large rooms separated with large salon in between and a very nice garden . Easy to commute , 2 metro stations from the city main touristic area . getting the keys was a bit complex - No Free Parking around ( but u can find a paid parking close to the place)
• Bruce (8/5): Fantastic Location; great facility; management company is top notch - Location is great; peaceful part of town with bus stop directly in front of apt and subway across the street in the park There is no storage/cabinets in the larger bedroom; being there for a week and living out of the suitcase is not optimum.

• Dennis (4/5): could have been brilliant but garden living it definitely was not . - Towels bedding and shower excellent. property really close to metro station . Spacious with two bathrooms . Washing and drying facilities good. No hamper provided as in photo . Dining table well warn. Garden table and chairs all broken and unusable. Garden unkempt no cushions for sun loungers or chairs , no canopy for shade , contrary to its selling point of “garden living “. .as in photos . Air conditioning not controllable, despite asking for help with it. Insufficient cutlery, one bathroom floor dirty. Television mounted poorly as were the sockets below..
• Sonia (9/5): A lovely, comfortable and well located apartment. We would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay in Porto. - The apartment was spacious (it was a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment but seemed larger), comfortable and clean and had a small back yard which was lovely to sit in on the warm days. The location was excellent with easy access to buses and the metro (and taxis if needed), and was close to supermarkets and cafes. It was also an easy walk into the centre of the city. There was nothing we did not like about the property. However, a note to the management team: we were frustrated that dishwashing tablets and additional toilet paper were only provided on day 4 of our 6 day stay. We would have preferred adequate supplies of both at the beginning of our stay.
• Steven (8/5): Nice property in good location but poor internet - Good location, neat property and very nice staff. internet was not very good so anyone needing internet for work will be disappointed. A few maintenance issues some of which the staff quickly resolved, but not having a microwave was a problem.
• Morgan (8/5): Charming stay in spacious flat in Porto - The host met us at the flat and was extremely welcoming. Our flight to Porto was delayed, but I kept in constant communication with the host letting them know our flight # and our approximate time of arrival. Host was at the front door once we arrived. The place is very spacious with a wonderful living area, equipped kitchen, and dining space. Towels were provided and facilities were clean. The building itself is quite charming as well. The only thing I didn't like was the second bathroom (in the room with 2 twin beds) had a significant gap in the shower divider meaning a lot of water sprayed outside of the shower, so the bathroom was wet/damp throughout the entire stay. It was okay if you directed the shower head towards the wall, but we didn't know that until after the first shower got the floor all wet. The WiFi also didn't work at first, but the host fixed it for us promptly. However, it was still quite slow to load.

• Abigail (10/5): Beautiful stay in a beautiful city. Can’t wait to return! - It was a beautiful flat with very spacious rooms. Although it was quite a walk from the centre of Porto (30 mins), it was in a lovely local area in the north of the city. We enjoyed eating out near the apartment in local restaurants which were extremely well priced and then hopping on the metro (outside the flat) into the main centre. Couldn’t fault the apartment or the area it was in, just gorgeous. There were a quite a few small black flies in the property upon arrival, potentially from the drains. Would be good to check this before guests arrive.
