- Serdiç (6/5): Ruhsuz ve renksiz bir otel. - Konumu iyi Şehir girişinde önünde otoparkı var. Temiz. Triple oda rezervasyon yapmamıza rahmen üçüncü yatak bir kanepeydi ve aşırı rahatsız. Odamızda geniş idi ama Banyolar eski standart ve demode. Odada bir küçük pencere vardı ve bir kapı vardı. Oda karanlıktı ve o kapıda soğuk geliyordu. Odanın içini sigara kokuyordu. Kalorifer yoktu ısınma klima ile yapılıyor. Ama klima çok sesli ve uyutmuyordu. Ama otelin en büyük eksiği personeli. Görevlerini yapıyorlar ama bir güleryüz yok. Zaten 4 gece sonra başka otele geçtik aynı şehirde. Kahvaltı standart.

- Richard (8/5): Very comfortable. - It’s very clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Not enough outlets in the room. It’s too far from the city center. There isn’t even a cafe or market nearby.
- Cem (10/5): If you are visiting Duzce, THIS is where you must stay. - The same week, we stayed in 5 other hotels in 5 other cities before we visited this one. I still can't believe that this hotel was overwhelmingly better than every single one of those other five. Large clean room with proper sound isolation. Properly working A/C and heater, spacious and modern bathroom. Respectful and friendly staff. If they told me this was a five star hotel, I wouldn't question their statement. For such an exceptional hotel, room service food quality could have been better.

- Kristina (7/5): Minus the situation where they charged us for an omelette during breakfast, it was a lovely stay. - The hotel room was clean. Pillows are too big/ high for our family preference so we didn’t enjoy sleeping on thick pillows. The hotel is walking distance to the central market and the view from the roof top was pretty. Language barrier: The staff speaks little English which was hard to communicate; we managed with hand gestures and google translate. Restaurant: we stayed for 3 nights including breakfast and on 2nd day the restaurant didn’t have omelette (only boiled eggs) which is fine so we ordered 2 portions of omelette. To our surprise we were charged for these two omelette which we felt was not nice gesture and very unprofessional from the restaurant team to charge for something that should be there in the first place. We paid €10 (9.68 precisely). It’s not about the money but about the principle and how your treat your guests. A small unpleasant situation like this will be the only thing that I remember about your hotel.

- Andrea (9/5): Very comfortable and welcoming little hotel at the gates of Duzce. - Everything was clean, comfortable and brand new, both in our room and in the common areas. Room was huge, bathroom very spacious and enjoyable. We had an abundant and delicious breakfast. All staff was pretty welcoming and helpful. we really appreciated their approach. Wi-fi connection was perfect. All in all, our stay at the Gosterisli was just perfect. Congratulations! Everything was just fine the way it is.

There is not enough light in the hotel, probably for energy saving reasons, also the breakfast is very poor probably for saving reasons, and there is also no air conditioning in the hotel except in the rooms. Apparently the owners do it for savings reasons.

Resepsiondan itibaren güler yüzlü karşılama ve tertemiz odaları, ikramları ve özellikle kahvaltısı tek kelimeyle harikaydı.İçinde bulunduğumuz pandemi sürecinde her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar planlanmış ve mükemmel bir şekilde sunulmuştu.Her şey için gönülden teşekkür ediyoruz.
