• Luis (10/5): - El lugar donde esta hubicado es un valle pequeño pero muy bien, se siente mucha tranquilidad y a unos 8 kilómetros está el santuario los petroicos con unas pinturas rupestres de hace 8.000 años. Nada todo perfecto.

Very accommodating staff who were all friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and provide whatever is needed. The mattress was way too firm for me so I had an uncomfortable sleep but my husband was happy.

• Denison Enrique (4/5): Alojamiento en potencia muy agradable y de calidad ensombrecido por un fallo técnico mal gestionado por la responsable d - El desayuno, el cual fue muy completo, variado y de gran cantidad. La habitación la cual fue bastante amplia, camas cuidadas, con ropa de cama adecuada para la temporada de invierno. Las vistas desde la habitación están muy bien también. Calefacción correcta. Tiene televisor Desafortunadamente al ducharnos nos percatamos de que no había agua caliente; al hacer check in nos indicaron que cualquier inconveniente llamáramos al número de teléfono que nos dieron, sin embargo ante el inconveniente no nos atendieron las numerosas llamadas que realizamos desde dos teléfonos diferentes. Tuvimos que bajar hasta la recepción e Ingresar a una fiesta privada para poder ubicar a la responsable del hotel. Una vez que nos atiende nos indica que por una fallo técnico y humano se había bajado los plomos del calentador principal y que debíamos esperar 30 min para tener el agua caliente y proceder a ducharnos. Desafortunadamente tampoco fue así y Tuvimos que bajar nuevamente para solicitar una solución más rápida. Solamente nos indicaron que debíamos esperar más tiempo sin que la responsable del lugar nos ofreciera algún otro tipo de alternativa como cambio de habitación o devolución proporcional del dinero (simplemente nos dijo que debíamos esperar) lo cual nos acarreó el no asistir a otros compromisos que teníamos planificados ya que la espera para el uso de la ducha con agua caliente se prolongó hasta dos horas después de notificada la persona
• JOSEFA (10/5): - Hotel muy acogedor, la habitación correspondía totalmente con la foto y lo que esperaba, muy limpia, y una gozada la chimenea. El personal muy amable y atento. La comida y desayuno bueno. Por poner un pero, el sofá no era muy cómodo para estar sentado en frente de la chimenea.

• María Isabel (9/5): Todo estupendo! - Todo estuvo muy bien!. La chica que nos atendió, muy amable y simpática. La habitación y las instalaciones muy limpias. La comida muy buena. La ubicación está bien tanto para aparcar cerca como para tener buenas vistas de la zona. No es que no nos gustará, porque la bañera estaba bien y el baño muy limpio, pero quizás un plato de ducha lo vería más cómodo. La televisión del apartamento estaba en la zona del salón y desde la cama no se podía ver. Son sugerencias personales simplemente.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Idyllic location - All the staff were friendly. The restaurant food excellent. Location good for a short stroll into the village. Great place if you enjoy hiking and cycling. The restaurant facilities were closed Wednesday and Thursday which wasn't made known at the time of booking. Luckily we were visiting over the weekend so was not a problem to us. If we had been unlucky to visit Wed or Thursday one of our party is infirm and as such would have had no means to get food locally due to the location of the nearest establishment that offered a food service. Would advise hotel to notify guests on booking of amenities open.

• Richard (9/5): Superb - Excellent location for attending the Rally La Nucia. Lovely room with a great view. Very good evening meal and breakfast. Staff were friendly and efficient. Bedroom was cold and the aircon heater was slow to warm up. Personally I would have preferred a duvet to the blanket and bedspread.
• Jackie (6/5): Excellent food - Dinner was excellent and bed was very comfortable. We did not receive the warm welcome others experienced. We arrived at 4 30 to a closed sign and locked gate.. We used the intercom a was greeted by a not particularly friendly lady who checked us in. The room was clean but tired and in need of updating. We were at the front of the building and the noise from the olive oil processing factory was very loud in the morning. Apparently you need to phone them and ask for a room at the back with mountain views. We did ask to move but was told the hotel was full which it didn't appear to be..
• Tian (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is excellent, even before we checked in. Correspondence was prompt. We checked in during the late afternoon, hungry, while the restaurant has not open for dinner. The host was so kind to make us the best ham/cheese toast! She also recommended us places to go, with clear instructions. Turn out to be one of the best we went to! Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Love the home made marmalade! Carpark is just outside the hotel, 1min walk away. Everything is perfect. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely return if we travel that area again! Thank u!! Love it all!
