• H ML (9/5): - Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon direkt mit Blick auf den Manavgat. Trotz der ruhigen Lage liegt das Hotel sehr zentral zur Stadt. Man kann direkt über die gelbe Brücke rechts schnell zu Fuß Geschäfte und Restaurants erreichen. Taxistand direkt um die Ecke. Ich konnte jeden Morgen gleich mit einem schönen Spaziergang an der Flußpromenade beginnen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Personal überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein wunderschöner Stadturlaub im Dezember. Das Hotel besitzt keinen Aufzug. Für mich aber kein Problem.
• De Neef (5/5): Matige locatie - Prima locatie, redelijk ontbijt dichtbij in een ander hotel Kreeg geen rekening, terwijl beloofd was dat deze naar mijn app gestuurd zou worden. Ik heb deze nodig om te declareren.

• Elaine (8/5): One night's stay - Excellent position, plenty of places to eat and drink close by. Bus to Airport just on the corner. Nice walk along the river. Staff very pleasant & helpful even though they didn't speak English used phone to translate. No lift. Not a problem for us but three floors to walk up.

• Jakob (8/5): Lovely stopover en route from Antalya to Ankara - Great location in centre with balcony overlooking the river and next to great restaurant and wedding venue. No lift to get luggage to 2nd floor room. Unclear where to park.

• Nasim (9/5): Fine in the end but were not in the property we booked. - great location. beautifully decorated. The river hotel was actually not open and we were taken across the road to a sister hotel. We then did not have a view of the river even though the alternative hotel was lovely.

• Alicia (6/5): - The location is lovely, and why I chose the hotel, quiet and overlooking the river. Staff welcome and friendliness was not present. Room nice and overlooking river, but only a light cotton bedspread and no sheet, no spare blanket in the closet. When I checked out I had to remind them that I needed to pay, he gave me a conversion of the Euro cost and I paid by card. I was then told that breakfast was at the hotel across the street, so never got to use the nice room by the river. Very mediocre Turkish breakfast. When I came out the reception guy was waiting to say he had given me the wrong conversion and I owed them 44tl more. I paid, but was left with a disappointed feeling. I live in Turkey and have not experienced such a lack of hospitality and warmth before.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Sakin bir tesis fakat eski ve kısıtlı konfor... - Misafirperverlik açısında sorun yok fakat sokağın karşısında bulunan Sansa Hotel, eğer ırmak manzarası sizin için önemli değilse (ki odam caddeye bakıyordu), aynı paraya sunulan imkanlar ve konfor açısından çok daha iyi bir tercih olacaktır.
