When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.
Any rates which include breakfast will consist of continental breakfast.
Parking is charged at £13.75 per vehicle, per night - otherwise 3 hours free parking.

- Louis (3/5): - Absolutely not acceptable for a 5-star hotel at this price point. The 4th floor was unbearably loud until 2am because of the bar upstairs blasting music, followed by staff dragging chairs and tables around late into the night. We were also randomly woken up by a fire alarm that stopped shortly after. If you expect sleep, quietness or basic restfulness, avoid the 4th floor entirely. This felt more like sleeping above a nightclub than staying in a luxury hotel.

Bathroom could benefit from 'grab' rail for shower in bath.

- Richard (8/5): Beautiful location, spa was a bit disappointing. - Location was beautiful and staff very pleasant Spa very small and air con wasn’t working correctly, but staff did give us a fan when we raised our concern. Also on the first night we had excessive loud music played until 11.30pm due to a disco. I don’t mind people having fun and enjoying themselves, but I paid £460 for a relaxing weekend and the first nights sleep was very disappointing.

- Lynn (8/5): Pleasant weekend break - Lovely hotel, the staff are all amazing, an absolute credit to Harbour Hotels. We used both restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was excellent. Spa was nice but quite small. Great bar on the 6th with DJ and great cocktails and a nice terrace with fab views. Large, comfy room for a standard room. Room was a bit too cold despite thermostat being on high temperature. Bed was a bit lumpy (I think the mattress protector needs sorting) but still comfy! DJ was a bit too loud on Saturday night in the adjacent bar whilst trying to have a conversation at dinner in the 6th floor restaurant and freezing cold air con in the restaurant. Drinks fairly expensive. Bathroom in our room had a bad smell on 2nd night but hotel did sort it and made a partial refund and apologised. Spa is quite small for the amount of guests. A bit isolated if you don't have a car. Breakfast is slightly chaotic despite the wonderful staff doing their best and there aren't any lactose free milks, yoghurts, spreads etc which should be standard in a 5 star hotel. I would say it's 4 star rather than 5 star.

We were upgraded due to it being our anniversary and the Suite room was beautiful. It was clean and the beds and bedding were the comfiest that I've ever experienced! The restaurant food and staff were amazing with beautiful evening views across the harbour with a surprise anniversary pudding delivered to our table. We spent the morning on the sun loungers in the outside area of the spa overlooking the harbour. We didn't want to leave! Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! We loved everything about this hotel!!

- Sindile (1/5): - Beautiful view and beautiful room On 04/04/26 When we arrived at the hotel, the parking barrier was up, however we parked outside the parking area, and thought to ask first. There were boards around, informing about paying online, however we did not know whether this applied to hotel parking or not. We went to the reception to check in and enquire about how we pay for parking. The gentleman who checked us in, informed us that the parking would automatically be consolidated at the end of our stay on check out. Thus, we thought, just like other hotels we have stayed in, we would be automatically charged at the end of of our stay on checking out. He advised us to move our car from outside to inside the parking area, and we did so. In the morning we drove out and came back at around 5pm and we were puzzled as to how we would pay as the barrier was still up and we did not see the camera by the barrier, so we decided to ask at the reception again, how the whole process works. We were met by a lady named Jamelee? Or Jamlyn? Not sure of the spelling. She was abrupt with us. We explained what the gentleman had said the previous night, however she argued that her staff would never say that. We challenged her that, as she was not there, she cannot vouch for what her staff informed us. She was adamant that her staff would never tell us such information. She added that the parking area is private and has nothing to do with the hotel. We informed her that this had not been made clear to us, the guy stated that it would be automatically consolidated at the end of our stay. We asked about the staff that were working the previous night, as the guy who checked us in was of Asian descent, she appeared confused, saying that there were only two Asian guys who work there. She informed us that she would find out what happened last night, however we informed her that nothing of significance had happened, all we need was to clarify what the guy had said to us.

Reception staff are very friendly and warm, cooked breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, rooms never let us down. Some of the staff in the restaurant came across very rude at times. For a 5 star hotel shouldn’t be met with that sort of reception. Everything we said felt like we were getting snappy answers back. Didn’t give us the experience we were hoping for.

- Matthew Noah (4/5): Not worth the price 3* - The bed was very comfortable The kitchen I paid for in the hotel room did not having working access, I asked the staff 3 times twice in the day then the next morning for 2 bowls & spoons for the rooms which did not arrive! Then when I left I ordered no room service yet they tried to give me an £80 bill which I contested.. For the price it really isn’t worth it the Harbour 6 restaurant was nice until the local man dem turned up in the lounge area sure there was a DJ but it became real Chavey quick! For the price I would not stay again
- melanie (10/5): - Room was absolutely beautiful with views over the marina. There weren't enough sun beds in the pool area as one family claimed all 8, there was no where we could lie down. You cannot use the oven or hob in the studio so don't plan on cooking in which is something we did consider doing beforehand.

- Lesley (10/5): Good preparation for cruise. - We were able to get into our room slightly earlier and get ready for the cruise from Ocean port the next morning. Your staff were so good and arranged a free hospitality transfer to cruise ship. It was a seamless transfer and we had a great start to our holiday. You were able to arrange lunch and dinner with yourselves the night before. Thanks to stefan, Jake and Darren for sorting all our logistics and offering info about cruises as well has telling us about hotel facilities and spa. Thanks! Everything was good.
- Lesley (10/5): Staff went out of their way to look after us. We had a pleasurable stay. - We were on a cruise and chose Harbour as it was near the port. The staff were able to arrange a transfer to the port and on our return the staff were able to arrange an early check in so we were able to unwind at leisure after the cruise. Fabulous. Everything was good.

- manlika (5/5): Extremely expensive for no sleep - Nice position great pool Alarm went off at 1130 pm woke us up and explanation pillows very bad making it a terrible night sleep no extra in room.

- Frances (8/5): We had a lovely time. The room was great and the dinner in the jetty restaurant was amazing - I went for my birthday and they made a great deal of effort. Had chocs in the room and a selection of little desserts after our meal. Once again we couldnt use our card key to get in once so had to go back down to reception for them to fix it. Also we couldnt get the TV to connect to the internet.

- Terri (7/5): Luxurious hotel, let down only by breakfast - Poor breakfast offering from the cold selection. No dairy free options for yoghurt, no oat milk products, poor selection of fresh fruit, no kiwi, no chia seeds only in dairy yoghurt pots. Limited selection of breads / pastries. I've visited several tines before and the breakfast offering has always previously been 5 star, not this time. Hot breakfast prepared excellent. As above

- Darren (8/5): A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Very friendly staff. I would not hesitate to come back. - The room was wonderful and the bed was huge and comfortable. The views over the harbour were fantastic. The facilities were all great too and it had a lovely, big nice clean bathroom. When we got to our room, there was a machine left on the desk that stated "Do not leave in occupied areas" and the carpet was damp. We were too tired to raise it at the time but raised it when checking out, and they said they would investigate.

- Rachel (8/5): Good stay would stay again. - Found the hotel.beautiful. Very clean Love the fact your by the water. Room was far to warm for us. Didnt sleep well from it being so warm , tried turning heatibg down or air con on but wouldnt work. Also partner was gluten free , i found not alot of gluten free options avaliable on the menu , we ended up eating out as they offered him more.

- Dave (6/5): - Air con wasn’t good enough room was too hot to fight the sun coming into the room even with the curtains closed
- Sharon (9/5): - The small double room we had with a balcony was just right for a 2 night stay The floor gets very wet while your having a shower , the shower screen is not long enough which is not ideal having to dry the floor each time. Hooks on the bathroom door would be a good idea as there is no where to hang anything & the towels were hard & rough to touch
- Michelle (9/5): it was relaxing it reduced both mine and my hunsband stress levels,good food in both restaurants - the room was lovely lots of room the room was very clean,the bed was comforted and in the bathroom room the shower was nice and hot set at the right temperature. The breakfast was great for my hunsband I would have like different fruits at breakfast .
