Pasamos una semana genial 😊 El alojamiento estaba muy bien decorado, con todo el menaje necesario y los baños en perfecto estado. La ubicación es ideal, perfecta para recorrer la ciudad caminando sin necesidad de transporte. En general, todo genial. ¡Lo recomiendo! Nada
• Erika Aquino (5/5): - Good location. Nicely designed apartment, comfortable beds. One of the en suite bathrooms had a serious mould problem. The ceiling in the shower was very badly covered in mould. We complained to the management but they never replied and didn't seem to care that it was a health hazard. The smell of mould was horrendous and pervaded the flat. Lack of practical accessories - no hooks or hangers to hang towels to dry.
• Paurav (7/5): Very nice place but too many gaps. We didn't get good sleep. Also you feel like you renting vs hotel - Location was great. Everything looked new and was one of the best places we have stayed at. But there were gaps. We were there in spring and found out AC was not running. They can only run in AC mode or heat mode and hotel was still running heat mode. So we were really hot and couldn't sleep. One of the bedrooms has a window above the bed that is not covered and glass is translucent but expect light all night. One of our bathrooms had bad sewer smell coming from it. There is a restaurant right underneath. No soap holders, no place to put your brush or anything. Some basic things that you would expect. Service felt very robotic. I felt like I was renting an appartment vs hospitality business. Not happy with the service.

• avril (4/5): - The location was great however one bathroom sink did not empty properly then we had no hot water to shower etc, the hot water got rectified but not the sink and then water poured through the ceiling in the rear bedroom late at night soaking our bags I sent photos to the owner and asked for a bit of compensation, they said they were sorting it but a month later nothing!! I can not recommend this apartment as issues go unresolved, very poor customer service Customer service, no hot water and water leaking through the ceiling

Camas cómodas. Buen sistema de climatización. Zero espacio de soporte en el baño, tuvimos que entrar sillas para poder dejar los anseres de higiene. Muy poco equipamiento de cocina. Olor del baño. Calles ruidosas.
• Erik (10/5): AAA+++ place to stay - exactly as described. Very comfortable and awesome location - plenty of room to spread out and the upstairs patio was a bonus - great views. There were plenty of restaurants close by and we were able to get a taxi out front for 10euros to the entrance of Alhambra- well worth it versus the long walk. nothing- we had a small issue with getting the heat adjusted, but they were very responsive

• Rodrigo (5/5): Estancia Agridulce - Ubicacion El departamento era muy guapo según las fotos. No va el AC, por que esta configurado en horario de invierno(Entendible). Sin embargo al apagar la calefacción, un calefactor esta roto y esto hace que se quede encendido y haga un calor inaguantable. Estábamos a 27 grados y en la calle hacia 14 grados. Ibamos 4 adultos y dos niños y tuvimos que abrir todas las ventanas para evitar estar en un sauna. Hacia bastante ruido normal por que al estar en pleno centro, no se podía dormir hasta las 02.00 h, es decir pésima estancia. El alojamiento muy bonito pero no esta en condiciones al 100%. Lo único rescatable es que la chica de recepción nos intento ayudar sin embargo no se soluciono el tema (por ello pongo un 5). Si sabéis que no va bien ese calefactor y el piso al ser un duplex se pone a 27 grados en ciertas horas del día intentar no dar este apartamento hasta que se solucione.

• Thomas (7/5): Komfortable Stadtwohnung - Sehr geräumige Wohnung. Hell und sauber. Gehobene Ausstattung. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Mitten in der Altstadt. Die perfekte Wohnung beginnt in die Jahre zu kommen. Dinge werden nicht repariert. Fehlende Dinge nicht ersetzt. Leider können wir alle vorhergehenden Kommentare zu Mängeln bestätigen. Es ist nichts davon beseitigt worden. Was gar nicht geht, sind die stinkenden Abflüsse in den Badezimmern. Der Geruch breitet sich in der ganzen Wohnung aus. Wenn man sie betritt, riecht es nach einer schlecht gelüfteteten Toilette. Wenn man nachts wach wird, hat man den fauligen, modrigen Geruch in der Nase.

Al mig de centre de Granada, ubicació inmillorable tenen un problema d'olor de clavegueram als banys i hi ha bastant de soroll per la nit pels bars dels voltants

El apartamento parecía una sauna y tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas, muy incómodo al ir con peques. Y al estar en todo el centro, mucho ruido de la gente de la calle.

• Marina (7/5): Muy centrico - La ubicación super céntrica, el piso super amplio. Muy calentito a la llegada y en toda la estancia. Cuenta con dos baños completos, uno en cada habitación y un aseo fuera. Tenía cafetera Nespresso de filtro e italiana. Muy completo. Las camas super cómodas. Si abrías las ventanas al estar tan céntrico se escuchaba mucho la calle pero con las ventanas cerradas no se escucha nada. Estábamos en la 3 planta Teníamos pedido la plaza de parking y contaba con ella. Pero por fallos en el ascensor no pudimos hacer uso de esta, y no se nos comunico hasta casi estar ya allí y por preguntarlo en realidad. Y durante toda la estancia no pudimos hacer uso del ascensor y subir todo hasta la tercera planta fue agotador.

• Salma (9/5): Perfect location for a quick visit - Great location for a few days in Granada. Very clean and very well heated for January. There was a strong sewage smell coming from one of the bathrooms, and one of the sinks was clogged. If it wasn't for that, we would have given this accommodation a 10! The flat is located on a busy street with bars, so there is noise especially on weekends (which is normal is a location like that).

Кухня полностью соответствует описанию есть тостер, чайник кофеварка много сковородок отличные ножи есть все что нужно 👍 достаточно полотенец для душа все они в хорошем состоянии три санузла Мы были в субботу на воскресенье и было шумно потому что было много народу в ресторанах с воскресенья на понедельник было гораздо тише

• CRISTINA (9/5): Céntrico, nuevo y limpio - La ubicación, tan cerca de la catedral y del centro en general. El apartamento está increíble, nuevo y muy espacioso. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la temperatura del apartamento y enseguida nos lo resolvieron pues hay amplio horario de atención personal. Hay ascensor. Estuvimos en el primer piso y suben los olores y ruidos de los bares que hay debajo. Hay que tener esto en cuenta. Pero esto también es una ventaja pues tuvimos muy a mano sitios buenos para comer.

The apartment was spotless — exactly as shown in the pictures — with comfortable beds and spacious common areas. Highly recommended! If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs — the city center can get quite noisy at night with restaurants and bars staying open late.

• Salles (8/5): - L'appartement est très bien situé. Situé en plein centre de Grenade, tout est visitable à pied. Les lits sont confortables et l'appartement est très propre. Le service conciergerie n'est pas à la hauteur. Pour le parking, nous nous sommes garés à une place suite à l'indication de la dame de la conciergerie. Nous découvrons que ce n'est pas la bonne place et qu'il s'agit de la place d'un hôtel adjacent. Nous le découvrons car nous comprenons la discussion entre la dame et le voiturier de l'hôtel. La dame nous indique l'appartement et s'enfuit. C'est en discutant avec le voiturier de l'hôtel et grâce à une autre personne de la conciergerie que nous avons résolu le problème. Dans l'appartement également, nous signalons par message et à la conciergerie, qu'il manque la télécommande de la télévision. Aucune réaction de leur part, le problème n'a jamais été réglé sur la durée du séjour.

• Ivonne (10/5): Celebrating Granada - Gorgeous apartment with blackout shutters in the bedrooms,great shower, love the kitchen even though the electric stove was an issue ,elevator, air conditioning, sofa and TV. Extremely close to the sights,stores, restaurants..etc. Leaving and the temperamental stove,lol.

I would stay here again Although there are pots/pans to cook, there are no basic cooking supplies (oil, salt) so you have to buy those. The area is lively so keep that in mind if you are sensitive to noise.

• Adrian (9/5): Spacious luxury apartment by the Cathedral in central Granada - Excellent location near Cathedral with easy access. Spacious, luxurious and comfy - ideal for two couples. See the Alhambra from your bathroom!! The nearest car park (St Augustin) is €33 per day and a bit of a nightmare to find and use!

Great tapas just round the corner from the apartment, and the tour bus is 200 meters. Must be the best place to stay in Granada.

The loft had two bedrooms and three bathrooms, all which were very clean. Highly recommend! Wifi is quite slow. It would be nice if you added curtains to all bathrooms.

• Vasu (5/5): Passable - Great location. Spacious apartment and very clean 1. The house was very warm when we arrived - 27C, but the thermostat was locked to heat mode. We just could not cool the house down the whole night, the main radiator stayed on. No one answered my whatsapp texts until late and then it was too late. We left the windows open, but the bar below was way too noisy. The second night was a bit better, they finally showed up and shut the radiator, but still could not change the thermostat to cool mode 2. They had pots and pans, but no cooking basics like oil, salt, pepper for making breakfast. Also no coffee (they had the dolce machine, which is not common) 3. The emergency call button did not work (I tried because of the heat in the house).

• Maude (8/5): Very good - The apartment is spacious, luminous and very well equipped. We've stayed only 2 nights but it would have been great for a longer stay because of all the amenities. The location is perfect and very close to multiples restaurants and to the Alhambra. Make sure to plan your visit to the Alhambra as it is a must ! The wifi of the apartment wasn't working. They connected us on another network but it wasn't working in the 2 bedrooms. We didn't have hot water for 24hrs and had to ask a few times to get a status on the repair.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Apartment with Misleading Pictures - Great location. Lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There is a lot of road noise...that’s the price you pay for the great location. Very nicely renovated and modern. Apartment had a sewage smell at times. Not sure if the smell happened after flushing toilets or just in general. It was not constant, but it was often noticeable and foul. Also, the listing is misleading. The owner seems to have several apartments in the same building. The listing for each apartment has the exact same pictures. The unit that we rented had many pictures of balconies and a terrace. However, our unit did not actually have either. For example, if you are looking at a hotel, then the same hotel listing shows many room options and the facts about each room with pictures. Had this listing for this apartment included all of te apartments available in the same building, then it would have been easier to understand that the large group of pictures represented several apartments. However, we had no clue that there were several listings for similar apartments. If there is a listing for an apartment, then you should not include pictures of other apartments. I found it to be purposefully misleading.
• Sanaa (10/5): - Gloria was really good when I contacted her and she directly put me in contact with Rocio which was a delight to be in contact with, she was waiting for us for 2 hours, both were worried about us but still directing us until we got there, Rocio did not leave until we were very well taken care off, the apartment was big clean and in a very nice area, very accessible, loved it, loved the city, loved the experience, will definetly recommend the place.
