• Gunita (10/5): Best hotel in Kavos - I loved the location of the property and the relaxing pool area. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were always welcoming. The owners, Pipina and her husband Nikos, were amazing—so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to be in a loud environment, as it’s a nice, quiet place to relax.

Прибирання погане, унітаз не працював, туалетний папір не дали коли закінчився, пакети в смітнику не давали був один на чотири дні, полотенце і постіль не міняли. Отелю треба міняти прибиральницю, вона викидає бутилки з другого поверху, коли прибирає.

Each morning we woke up to golden sunrises and delicious homemade breakfasts that felt crafted with love. Every detail, from the cozy rooms very clean and comfortable to the thoughtful touches from our hosts Debita and Niko made the experience unforgettable. • Oliver (10/5): Amazing hosts and hotel for stopping over before going off or Paxos! - The swimming pool was awesome, especially for young children with half of it being below 1 metre. The hosts were incredible and could not have been more helpful! The shower is only handheld so the children couldn't really do it on their own without spraying water everywhere. However, it was lovely and warm and really powerful so not an issue.

• Bahadir (1/5): An unprofessional, uncomfortable, and unhygienic stay that I would never repeat or recommend. - Absolutely nothing. There was not a single aspect of my stay that met even minimal expectations. From the facilities to the staff, everything was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Almost everything about this stay was unacceptable. The toilet had visible feces upon arrival, which is absolutely inexcusable. The soap holder was broken and unsanitary, and there was no soap provided at all. The air conditioning and television lacked remote controls, making them practically unusable. Wi-Fi disconnected every 10 minutes, and we had to go to the front desk just to get the password — which should have been provided in the room. When we checked in, the person responsible for cleaning began cleaning the room after we entered, which shows a total lack of preparedness and professionalism. Furthermore, none of the staff smiled or showed even basic hospitality. The overall atmosphere was cold and careless, leaving us feeling unwelcome from start to finish.

The family who run it were welcoming and friendly. Nice bar with seating area and the pool close by which was well maintained. I was on my own at the property and felt quite safe there, the beach is just a short walk from the hotel and there is a shop just 10mins away for your basics. I would highly recommend this place if your just looking for some relaxation it was quiet at the time I stayed which was good for me and I would stay here again Honestly there really isn’t anything I had a great time 😊😊

• Bob KB Park (8/5): Good for young people who want to comfortable beds. - Welcome from owner. Clean and big rooms and bed condition is good to sleep. There is air condition cooling down the room temperature.(However it should be cleaned to perform better.) Got the free coffee for me and my wife. (Probably I wrote that the room is noisy through booking.com messanger. My room number 4 was loud to sleep during the night. Due to the location of hotel was closed to load, I could hear the every car sould on the load. I am quite ok with this. But sensitive people like my wife was not pleasent. (We solved the issued by playing white noise and sleeping music by Youtube.) And Room No 4 was very hard to catch the internet. We had to stay closed to door or windows. (I amd quite sure other rooms are fine with internet. Room 4 was 1st floor corner from main building.)

Saabudes kohale, pidime juurde maksma “vooditasu” toa kohta, mida ma tegelikult broneerides kusagilt ei leidnud. Vannituba oli väga vana, ei olnud dušši kusagile riputada ega ka duššikardinat, kõik vannituba ujus kui pesemas käidi. Vannitoa trapp kuivas suhteliselt ja sellest tuli ebameeldiv lõhn. Bassein oli avatud 9.30-18.30, kui julgesid olla kauem, siis anti märku, et aeg lahkuda 🙁😀.
• DIMITRIOS (3/5): Απογοήτευση.Σε καμμία περίπτωση δεν ήταν αυτό που είδαμε στις φωτό των δωματίων όταν το κλείσαμε. - Αν εξαιρέσουμε οτι ήταν μία από τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες διαμονής μας σε κατάλυμα κατά τα άλλα οκ. Στο μπάνιο δεν είχε ούτε κουρτίνα η ντουζιέρα και το νερό πλημμύριζε τα πάντα εκεί μέσα.Ούτε να κρεμάσουμε τις πετσέτες δεν είχε.Παντού μούχλα και μια δυσάρεστη έντονη δυσοσμία που ακόμα και με κλειστή την πόρτα μύριζε το δωμάτιο.Το κουμπί στο καζανάκι άλλες φορές δούλευε και άλλες όχι.Το καλαθάκι για τα χαρτιά στο wc έπρεπε να το πιάσουμε και να το ανοίξουμε με το χέρι.Η μπαλκονόπορτα δεν έκλεινε γιατί ήταν χαλασμένη και έπρεπε το βράδυ να κοιμόμαστε με τα τζάμια ανοιχτά σε κοινή θέα στο ισόγειο.Ασφάλεια η κεντρική πόρτα δεν είχε από μέσα και βάζαμε το κλειδί στην πόρτα το βράδυ.Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα για σκίαση στο μπαλκόνι και δεν μπορούσαμε να κάτσουμε έξω παρά μόνο το βράδυ.Ούτε δύο μανταλάκια έξω στην απλώστρα για να στεγνώσουν τα μαγιώ.Και άλλα διάφορα...

• Steen (8/5): A very nice place to the price and family driven. - This hotel is driven by Niko and Debbie and their family. We stayed for 5 days, they were very helpful in any ways. This is not high end, but have a charm that we appreciated. Everything is clean and nice. If you need a scooter or car go to Extreme 850m walk.
• Viktorija (8/5): Wonderful hosts - The hosts are wonderful - very friendly and caring. Really nice outdoor pool suitable both for children and grown-ups. Lots of comfortable sunbeds with sunshades. You can order food and drinks at their snack bar just next to the pool, which is really cool. The room was very clean. The nearest beach is just a 5 min walk from the property. This location is most suitable when you have a car or any other vehicle. Otherwise you have to take a taxi to get to Kavos in order to access bars, restaurants and grocery stores. The taxi will cost 10 eur one way

Nėra dušo laikiklio todėl nepatogu maudytis, nėra dušo užuolaidos ir po kiekvieno nusimaudimo pilna vonia vandens ant grindų, nuvalyti nėra su kuo. :( Lovos čiužinys kietas ir nepatogus, pagalvė nudevėta ir maža. Kaina neatitinka kokybės. Nerekomenduoju.

• Oana-Bianca (10/5): Per total, un sejur frumos la o locație frumoasă și cu oameni gospodari! - Micul dejun a fost variat, bun, iar locația a fost frumoasă. Piscină excelentă! Piscina a fost superbă, însă din păcate accesul era doar până la ora 18.30. Cred ca am fi petrecut mai mult timp la piscină seara, dacă o lăsau mai mult timp deschisă.

• Vassili (6/5): - Сам номер был неплох. Апартаменты прямо возле дороги, шумно возле бассейна. Ванная комната полностью не соответствует фотографиям. Причём снимали 2 номера. Очень расстроились. Обязательно нужен ремонт. Бассейн закрывается в 18.30, рано. Персонал был немного нервный. Чайник сломанный. Сковородка ужасная.

• Anniej31 (8/5): Heerlijk uitgerust op vakantie - De familie wie het runt zijn echt hele vriendelijke mensen. Ze hebben een bar die geopend is van smorgens vroeg tot savonds laat. Je kan er snacks en ontbijt bestellen. De eitjes met bacon waren heerlijk Op de aankomst dag konden we meteen de kamer in. De kamer is redelijk ruim met goede grote bedden. De slaapbank lag voor de kleine kinderen prima, maakte wel een klein beetje geluid. De kamers zagen er prima uit. Nette opgemaakte bedden. De kamer is schoon. Ook werd er elke dag gevraagd of er schoongemaakt moest worden en we nog wat nodig hadden. Het zwembad is geweldig met genoeg ligstoelen en parasols erbij zodat je in de zon of schaduw kan liggen. De temperatuur van het zwembad is top. Absoluut niet koud. Wanneer je aan de bar dingen besteld, krijg je het snel. Wij wilde al snel onze dagen hier verlengen en dat was geen probleem. Dit was snel en netjes geregeld, we kregen de volgende dag meteen alles schoon op de kamer. Het is hier rustig. je zit hier op 5 minuten afstand van het centrum met de auto. Lopend is dit zeker 30 minuten met de kinderen. De taxi is € 10. Het strand is ook iets verder lopen. Als stel prima te doen maar met kinderen wat lastig. De badkamer is wat verouderd maar alles deed het naar behoren.

La connexion internet est mauvaise. Le balcon est en plein soleil toute la journée sans parasol. La vaisselle n’était pas très propre, nous avons tout relavé avant de l’utiliser.

Great to have a fully equipped kitchenette to prepare your own breakfast or simple dinner if you wish to. Nice balcony with pool view. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful owners as well as other staff (Eva, the manager). Cozy pool area with a pleasant pool too. It is located between Lefkimmi and Kavos which makes it a more quiet location (which we liked!) perfect to explore the area. The mattress of the additional sofa bed was poor. Ok for a young kid but not for a teenager or adult
• Del Zotti (10/5): Per fortuna abbiamo scelto Nikos Villas - Poco distante dal centro di Kavos , ma quanto basta per trascorrere una settimana nella quiete, struttura immersa nel verde , dotata di tutti i confort ,estremamente pulito sia l’appartamento (ogni mattina c’è la signora delle pulizie che passa per pulire e cambiare la biancheria ) che la piscina , proprietari disponibili molto gentili e accoglienti . Si mangia anche molto bene . C’è anche il parcheggio interno .

La climatisation ne peut pas s’ajuster (seulement on et off). La cuisine ne sert à rien car vous devez acheter le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Donc très déçue aussi. Parking petit et la musique du bar toute la journée jusqu’à 23h du soir.

Większość czasu mieliśmy cały obiekt tylko dla siebie, a byliśmy w środku sezonu (drugi tydzień lipca). Właściciele bardzo przyjemni. Jedzenie w barze w dobrej cenie, porcje solidne, smaczne i świeże. Pokoje czyste z klimatyzacją, regularnie sprzątane. Idealne miejsce dla osób takich, jak my, które cenią sobie spokój, nie lubią komercji i chcą spędzić przyjemnie czas.

• Regis (7/5): Cool - It's cheap compare to the accomadation in Kavos town. There is no deposit to pay and there is a nice pool! The studio is very clean when you arrive. The air conditioning is ok. Unfortunately in the studio there are not enough pans for cooking. No dishwashing liquid. If they fixe all the details in the future it could be perfect.

• Arran (10/5): Great place to stay ! - Very clean respectable family run hotel . Great rooms and pool everything you need. Close to all amenities and not too far from kavos but far enough for a peaceful holiday away from the nightlife .
• Bijan (10/5): - The staff are ammmazing. I have never experienced such supportive and thoughtful staff in any other place that I've been. No matter what you need, they will find a solution for you. The room was very clean and they have been cleaning it everyday which is very nice. The location is basically perfect; it's very close to Kavos (which is a very awesome place with lots of restaurants and bars and clubs etc.) and there are a lot of beaches within 5-10 minutes of driving. The pool has the perfect size (this could be a matter of taste) and the water was clean and not contaminated by too much chlorine or other chemicals.

• Nico (9/5): Bis auf einen Strand alles, was man braucht! - - großes Gelände mit einem eigenen Pool und einer sehr guten Zimmerausstattung. Auch die Hygienestandards werden eingehalten, im Gegensatz zu andren Unterkünften zu diesem Preis. - Der Kühlschrank öffnet sich nur zusammen mit dem danebengelegenen Schrank. - Die servierte Pizza ab 7,00€ ist lediglich eine billige Tiefkühlpizza. Daher ist die Snack-Bar leider nicht zu empfehlen

• Maksim (3/5): Aufenthalt in dieser Villa, um den Urlaub und die Erfahrung von Korfu zu verderben - nichts Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Es gab keinen Platz zum Verweilen. Es gab nur einen Stuhl und einen Tisch mit einem Spiegel. Außer auf dem Boden. Oder er musste die ganze Zeit im Bett verbringen. Der Tisch und die Stühle auf dem Balkon wurden nicht benutzt, denn sobald man die Tür zum Balkon öffnete, funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht mehr. Es war unmöglich, im Zimmer zu bleiben, weil es so heiß war. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut, man kann nicht schlafen. Man kann die Temperatur nicht einstellen. In der Küche kann man nicht kochen. Es gibt einfach keine Utensilien. Die Reinigung bestand nur darin, das Bett zu machen. Die Handtücher wurden nie gewechselt. Die Flaschen mit Shampoo und Duschgel waren am ersten Tag leer, niemand hat sie aufgefüllt. Es gibt keine Duschkabine. Das ganze Wasser spritzt in dem winzigen Duschraum herum. Ich kann diesen Ort für einen Urlaub nicht empfehlen.

• Rita (6/5): Die negativen Punkte sind nicht den Vermietern anzulasten, sie waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. - Der Pool und die Liegen dort waren toll und bequem. Wir hatten ihn meist für uns alleine. Bei später Ankunft konnten wir noch ein Essen bestellen. Parkplatz ist vorhanden Lage direkt an einer sehr lauten Straße, Betten waren sehr unbequem (harte Matratzen-Geschmacksache), keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit zum Essen für uns als Familie ohne Verzehr vor allem bei Regen, Ausstattung der Küchenzeile sehr spärlich-ist nicht zum Kochen gedacht. Kein Schrank. Wir mussten kurzfristig umbuchen, wären mit einer Ferienwohnung besser als mit den Studios gefahren, hatten zu wenig auf diese Punkte geachtet. Preise an der PoolBar für Redbull 4,50 €, Pizza preislich bei ca. 8,-€ sah und schmeckte aber wie TK-Pizza zusätzlich belegt. Fußläufig erreichbarer Strand ungeeignet zum Baden, man braucht ein Fahrzeug. In den letzten Tagen Geruch nach Kloake in der direkten Umgebung.
• esmeralda (8/5): - al check-in, l'host mi aveva evidenziato che non accettava animali, mentre nella prenotazione era una struttura che li accettava e senza costi aggiuntivi, quando l'ho fatto notare ha contattato il suo office e ha fatto togliere l'accettazione degli animali..., ma poi si è convinta che la mia gattina non avrebbe creato problemi e mi ha accettato....
