What they should have said is it was completely under construction, and we were being shoehorned into the single floor of the entire hotel that wasn’t. They should have closed this hotel/ or given rooms at 50% off as literally the room itself was the only thing you weren’t having to step around pallets/crates or piles of old furniture for.

The bed was very comfortable, and the overall experience reflected a high standard of quality and attention to detail. I would confidently recommend staying here in Eugene—parking was easy, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Nothing! It was wonderful, I'll be back!

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels with our dog and she does not bark. We got back after having to leave the show early and she was indeed not barking. The front desk said they didn’t even verify she had been barking before calling and ruining our trip.

On the last night I could hear the occupants above me and to the side who were having, what sounded like a party, until the wee hours of the morning. I also wouldn't recommend a room near the elevator. You’ll be able to hear the bell throughout the night. On the positive, the staff is very nice. I love the yoga equipment in the room. And love the location.

No one wants powdered creamer with watered down kuerig cups in the morning or to run down a long hallway in sleepwear to get water ( none on the room) from a temperamental water machine to make a cup of watered down flavorless coffee. All this money on exercise gear in each room but neglecting the basics.

• John (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay in a hotel that shares our fitness goals. - Really liked this hotels focus on active lifestyles. Had we not had to leave early the next day I would have taken advantage of the gym. Small complaint, the air-conditioning in our room cycled on off constantly all night. It was never in either mode for more than a couple of minutes.

• Verified traveler (6/5): It was okay - could be a little more professional - We got into town a little earlier than expected. I called and asked if we could check in early. (Check in is at 3pm, I called at 12:30pm) I was told they had been busy, but they could check us in at 2pm - totally understandable. We got to the hotel at 2pm and was then told that early check in was only reserved for their club members, which I could sign up for, free, by just providing my email address. This was never discussed when I called. I declined - I don’t need more marketing emails - and then we waited by the restaurant for the appropriate check in time. From there, we got to listen to an interview being conducted. Weird that it wasn’t in an office, but okay. They then were able to get us in a room by 2:40pm, which was a nice surprise. Overall, not a bad stay. But it still felt a little unprofessional and disjointed.
• Lisa (5/5): Fine - We loved the ping pong table! SO much fun! I still can’t believe that we had to pay for breakfast, including coffee and tea. These are small amenities that make people happy and could easily be offered for free without much cost at all. Breakfast was basic, at best, and cost an arm and a leg if you didn’t pay for it as part of the room package.

I chose this hotel because it had a high rating and was in a great location for what we had to do the next day. We were extremely happy with the comfort of the room, including a really nice bed and bedding, really comfortable pillows. That’s what impressed me most, but the overall ambiance of the hotel was very positive.

We were there helping family with things and would return to the hotel late at night (11 pm ish) and parking was unavailable one night so we had to park on the street. Luckily, we didn’t get a parking ticket. Everything else was fine.

• vince (8/5): Decent stay - Checkin was a little confusing as the 'front desk' is on the second floor - I was tired and didn't see the signs indicating this. Room was pretty small, the pictures made it look bigger than it was, this wasn't really an issue as I didn't do much but sleep in the room anyway. Overall the property is in good shape, there was plenty of parking and the location is pretty convenient for access to Eugene.

A couple ladies trying to get ready for a concert and there’s no lighting to do makeup not even the bathroom. The workout gear is strange too. I think having a gym on site is more appropriate since workout gear just clutters the room.

• Debra (10/5): - A wonderful place to stay for an unexpected flight delay. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating and helped us find a reliable ride to the airport at 3:30am. Everyone I met there was so friendly! Also a beautiful comfortable room!
• jennifercQ397IE (10/5): Home away from home due to friendliness in the bar - I was there for a week for a buisness trip. Amenities were nice. Rooms were clean bed was comfy. Morgan in the bar was amazing. She remembered what I liked and was always making great conversation with. E and the other guest. Even got us all talking. Made it seem like a home away from home. My company will definitely be back!! Thank you!

And the fellow guests were so friendly. I loved the gym equipment in the room, the hotel amenities, and the location. Will definitely be coming back.

And tye bar menu was delicious. We’d recommend a stay! Our rooms were clean and ready when promised. We would recommend a stay here for sure.
