• Janitzi (10/5): Muy amables , nos dieron la habitación antes , nos orientaron y el desayuno por 10 euros está a delicioso !! - Hotel amplio y cómodo , con estacionamiento. Realmente me gustó todo. Pero por decir algo podría anotar que Para irse caminando al centro está lejos . Sin embargo, esta a una cuadra del metro .

• lutfi (9/5): Great stay for a night with excellent, helpful staff - Great breakfast for 10 euro. Great receptionist who went out of her way to help us with an insurance problem. She made our stay that much more worthwhile
• jose (8/5): Sirve de paso - Muy limpia y cómoda la habitación Teníamos que salir para el aeropuerto a las tres de mañana, la noche anterior pedimos en recepción un taxi. Nunca llegó tuvimos que pedir un uber y el personal de turno no se hizo responsable de la situación

• Maurizio Olimpio (8/5): - Hotel tutto ok, se si arriva da stazione ferroviaria all'uscita dalla stazione girare a sinistra. Ci sono degli scalini ed un tunnel che conduce al retro della stazione. Da lì sono 500 metri, è un po' nascosto. Per andare in centro facendo tragitto inverso quando si è davanti alla stazione procedere sempre diritto lungo il parco e si arriva alla cattedrale ed al centro. Purtroppo sia la cattedrale che il monumento a Ban Josip Jelacic sono in ristrutturazione.

• Giulia (9/5): Great hotel for short stay in Zagreb. - Great location, helpful staff, clean & comfortable room and lovely comfortable bedding. Just the shower in bathroom was not great. It was a little loose and not practical while having a shower as it did not stay in the one spot. Forgot to mention this to staff. Everything else was great.

• Carlos (1/5): Evitar a toda costa - Nada Pagué una noche extra en efectivo que luego no pude usar por una emergencia de salud familiar y no me devolvieron ni un céntimo
• Cuc (9/5): - Very clean, helpful and welcomed staffs - Nearby the tram that easy to reach out to the center, visit the attractions with 15’- the bus station in 15’ walk (FLIX BUS) - the train station also nearby - staffs are so welcoming, i arrived with early flight and i left my luggage there and started to discover the city. They also have the private parking with a lot of spaces - the room is clean, the bed is comfortable enough as a single bed (i have 2 single beds in my room 🤫) - they have the restaurant for breakfast

• Leonardo (6/5): Ok para uma passagem rápida - A acomodação é boa para uma rápida passagem, com boa localização na cidade - mas um pouco distante do centro A acomodação é bem antiga e a entrada fica em uma rua um pouco esquisita. Mas ocorreu tudo bem.

• Iayavarman (2/5): Non é un albergo - E' facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto; ha un parcheggio ( a pagamento a 10 euro/giorno) davanti all'ingresso. Non è centrale ( circa 2km dal centro), ma il tram che porta in centro passa con buona frequenza sul viale adiacente con fermata a meno di 100 m. La colazione era a pagamento a 10 euro servita nel ristorante esterno prospiciente il parcheggio con cibo di qualità molto mediocre. Io e mia moglie occupavamo 2 stanze singole identiche. Dimensioni delle stanze piuttosto ridotte anche se accettabili con un armadio, uno scrittoio, una sedia, un letto singolo e comodino. Purtroppo il pavimento era moquette che in alcuni punti presentava degli avvallamenti. Probabilmente la moquette delle stanze era stata sostituita da poco, anche se di qualità scadente. Al contrario la moquette del corridoio si presentava vetusta e in più punti assai degradata. Il bagno delle camere ( privo di bidet come nella maggior parte degli alberghi in Croazia) era invece di dimensioni davvero insufficienti (2m x 1,2); per giunta la doccia, chiusa su tre lati, aveva il davanti coperto da cristallo solo per metà, mentre l'anello di appoggio per il telefono era mancante o rotto per cui lavarsi era davvero un'impresa. A questo si aggiunge che essendo usciti dall'albergo alle 9 del mattino, rientrando alle 16 nè le camere erano state pulite, nè gli asciugamani erano stati cambiati. Dopo proteste cui non è stata data nessuna spiegazione dopo mezz'ora un addetto ci ha fornito degli asciugamani puliti!

The reception was very kind and polite, and highly educated for high performance in hospitality sector. They professionally informed me about all details in advance, and even gave me an upgrade of room facilities, which I highly appriciated as I travelled from another city to Zagreb. The hotel Orient Zagreb has highly functional layout, and great room amenities

• Petya (10/5): - Стаята и банята бяха достатъчно големи и чисти. Леглото е удобно, възглавницата не съвсем. Персоналът е много мил, учтив и усмихнат. Хотелът е на около 15мин. пеша от центъра и на толкова от автогарата. Липсва шумоизолация на стаите и съответно се чува всяко отключване и отваряне/ затваряне на съседните врати, също така се чуват и разговорите в коридора.

• Roman (7/5): - Very good location, room was very clean. Some of the bathroom features were broken. The room is not quiet, I could hear the guests from the next room talking and everything that was going on in the corridor

As a solo traveler, I was originally concerned the accommodation would be too big or too small, but it was actually the perfect size! The location was great too! It was only a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to tram stops. The staff was also super nice! I accidentally forgot to check out when it was time to, so a staff member knocked at the door. I sincerely apologized for overstaying by an hour or two, and the person was very understanding. Would stay here again!!
