I had to get on road before it was opened. Smelly water in room. Used bottle water instead. Body wash container needed to be refilled. Little to pricey for me. Only in room for short stay. I'm Marriott Bonvoy member but could not find my member # in system during check in.

- Tara (10/5): The staff are excellent. Very friendly, efficient, kind, and always there when we needed them. Very nice hotel and staff - The property is very nice. Pool and nice patio. 24 hr gym. Rooms were very nice. Shower was wonderful Didn’t check microwave when cleaning room. There was somebody’s leftovers in there and a baby bottle under the couch bed. Other than that it was very clean.

In the morning the breakfast powdered scrambled eggs were unfortunately just that and had to pass on them after just one bite, luckily there were plenty of other options. - William (3/5): Frustrating - Location to West Monroe is great. The area is safe and right off the highway. Check in was at 3 and they didn’t have us a room until almost 6. Then we get in the room and the bathroom is nasty the toilet hasn’t been cleaned an had hairs all over it.

Breakfast was definitely low standard. The biscuits were dry, sausage was too hard to eat and orange juice tasted watery. Very disappointing.

There was no orange juice, only 2 of 3 cereal selections available, no plates (more were brought out as soon as this was mentioned), and no spoons. Another guest asked the breakfast worker about the missing spoons and he replied that they ran out of spoons on Thursday and he informed management. How hard is it to send someone to Walmart and get a couple of packs of plastic spoons? Absolutely unacceptable!

Was told I would have to want on my bank statement to find out. Manager would not talk to me and staff would not provide a printout if credit was given. The thermostat on the wall didn’t work.. but did on the AC unit, the telephone didn’t work and there was so much “clunking” from the floor above us.. had to move to another room in order to sleep.

Trash on the floors and entryway to hotel, lack of exhaust in bathroom which caused much humidity in the room. Excuse me for this but, the cheesy toilet was so shallow that my scrotum dipped into the water while seated. Thats a true statement, not trying to be rude or joking. Couldn’t believe it. The staff spent a fair amount of time just hanging out and talking. Not what I would expect from a Marriott property. This location needs new franchisees or management or both. I do realize that when bookings are high, nothing else seems to matter, but things change. Bookings are high in this area for now, but will people come back? They will if nothing else is available of course.

- Richard (10/5): Clean and Fresh - Nice, newer hotel. Comfortable, well designed and appointed room if a bit on the small side. Good location though somewhat off the beaten path. Once we got our location bearings though, getting around was quite easy. Everything was clean and fresh.
- AMANDA (4/5): - The toilet was stopped up. The water in the shower was light brown. Our room was stuffy. Would not stay here again.
- Pamela (4/5): - It was a sold out weekend and they were just unorganized. Rooms weren’t clean/ready by check-in time so we had to get ready in the lobby for an event we had to be at. We had to take our luggage back out to the car and try to check back in after the event at 10:30 at night. When we got back, they tried to put us in a more expensive room that we did not book originally. when we got to our room, the toilet didn’t work but they didn’t have any rooms to move us to so I ended up fixing the toilet myself. The staff wasn’t bad and I know they were overwhelmed due to them being completely booked and so many issues happening. They just were not prepared and it just made our trip a little more stressful.
- Orlando (4/5): Disappointing stay - Did not know that the water in the city came from a well and was brown. That's probably something to let guests know ahead of time instead of surprising them with a brochure once you question it at the hotel. Did not receive clean towels after placing towels outside and housekeeping picked up. After requesting towels from front desk because non were in my room anymore had to use blue pool towels because access to regular linens the front desk did not have.
- Yvonne (8/5): - It was easy access from the highway. We arrived late and called a couple of times to let them know we would be arriving late. It took almost 30 minutes to get us a room because she wasn’t sure what rooms were available. Other than that the stay was a good overnight stay.

- Deidre (10/5): - Perfect place to stop for the night and cut our roadtrip to Florida in half. It’s conveniently located by a handful of restaurants, clean and had a nice breakfast. We will definitely stay again next time we pass through!
- Kenya (8/5): - The hotel was very clean but the water had a light brownish color to it. I ran the water for a while and still had the color. We used bottle water. Sara the receptionist was EXCELLENT!! I noticed her when I was sitting in the dining area eating breakfast. She spoke to everyone that walked in/out the door. She walked around the dining area and spoke to everyone eating and asked if they needed anything and if everything was good. She has TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

- Davis (10/5): Amazing for families with young kids needing handicap accessible rooms! - Loved that the room and bathroom in the room were large and handicap accessible! The room was very clean, NO mold or bugs!! I feel that the price was fair for the quality of the room and customer service! Breakfast was also delicious and had a TON of options to choose from! Nothing bad, everything was great!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - very nice hotel, easy parking, clean grounds, guy at check-in very kind, lobby clean and welcoming. we ended up staying a second night thus had two different rooms. this hotel is obviously pretty new but each room had a few problems. we did let them know at each check out and do hope repairs were done. truly would be sad to see this nice hotel slip.
