• Petra (8/5): - Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön. Sauna bis 23 Uhr geöffnet und haben wir bis kurz vor Schließung genützt mit schönem Außenterasse. Frühstück reichlich Auswahl und angenehmes Ambiente. Eingang war vom Parkplatz aus etwas schwer zu finden.

• Gabriele (8/5): Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war gut. - Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, sehr schön präsentiert. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Leider war das Zimmer zur Strassenseite als eher etwas laut. Der Eingang ist eher schlecht zu finden und wenn man müde ist wäre eine genauere Auszeichnung der Parkplätze wünschenswert.

• Markus (9/5): Wenn Sie in der Gegend sind, sollten sie hier absteigen ! - Leider war ich nur für eine Nacht dort, aber es hat alles gepasst. Das Zimmer war geräumig, hatte alles und habe auch sehr bequem und gut geschlafen. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, konnte meine Sachen auch über die eigentliche Abfahrtszeit hinaus dort stehen lassen und musste leider auch 2 mal an mein Gepäck, was immer mit lockerer Freundlichkeit quittiert wurde. Auch die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man wusste einfach bald, daß man ihnen nicht so schnell auf den Nerv gehen konnte..da ich aus Frankfurt Main bin, bin ich eher das Gegenteil gewöhnt, Augenrollen trotz Geduld und Höflichkeit, man kommt in ein Etablissement als Gast und endet als enttäuschender Dienstleister. Und der Kollege von der Nachtschicht war ein ausgezeichneter und freundlicher Gesprächsparter, aber lassen Sie ihn eine Weile in Ruhe, ich habe ihn erstmal genug gestresst !(Alles Gute Herr Kollege, hab die SKP, s+mündl. bestanden, zwar knapp und lausig aber auch bescheidene Siege sind Siege:D ) Alles in allem ein wunderbares und empfehlenswertes Hotel, ausgezeichnet geführt ! Die Preise für das Zimmer oder auch unten im Restaurant waren normal, nichts was irgendwie überteuert, so wie auch die Übernachtung nicht. Das einzige Manko für mich als Fußgänger war, daß es etwas abgelegen ist, aber ein Bus ist in der Nähe immerhin.

Und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. das Restaurant war am WE und am Feiertag nicht besetzt, wäre nicht so schlimm gewesen wenn es zu den Drinks Chips oder Nüsse gegeben hätte…… oder einen Automaten mit Snacks wäre auch eine Option

• Edmund (8/5): Grundsätzlich in Ordnung und sehr zu empfehlen. - Frühstück war sehr gut wenn etwas da war. Ca 20 min vor Ende der Frühstückszeit waren viele leere Teller. Bei Nachfrage wurde freundlich nachgeliefert, aber erst nach Nachfrage. Wärme, Zimmer konnte nicht geheizt werden, und 17 Grad sind Anfang April doch frisch.
• Charlett (7/5): Not for people who like it a bit more on the warm side. - Good price. The room temperature on arrival was only 16°C and never rose above 18.6°C, which was uncomfortable. After complaining, we were moved to a room on the same floor with the same problem, and eventually into the main building where the temperature was 21°C. At departure, we were asked to pay for parking again, even though we had already paid. I was told I needed to provide the receipt, which I could no longer find—after having checked the bedroom dustbins I insisted on the receptionist to contact the gentleman who took our payment. As we were heading to the car to go through our luggage to try and find the slip she came running after us to inform us that she had confirmed with her colleague that we had already paid. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable, leading to a restless night’s sleep. Overall, while the second room was acceptable, the experience was affected by the initial room conditions, uncomfortable bed, and checkout confusion. Fine for a one-night business stay, but not for longer.

• Alexander (3/5): Wir kommen sicher Nicht wieder! - Zimmer waren in Ordnung, aber Service war sehr enttäuschend. Beim Checkin haben wir die Abrechnung unserer 4 Zimmer auf eine Rechnung und 1 Kreditkarte vereinbart, dennoch wurde von unterschiedlichen Kreditkarten entgegen den Abrechnungen abgebucht. Es wurde auch Beeträge abgebucht die so nicht auf den Abrechnungen waren. Lange Koversation mit der Hotelleitung und am Ende wurde dennoch zuviel abgerechnet (ua. Badeschuhe wurden 2 mal berechnet, obwohl wir nur 1 Paar hatte - in den meisten 4-Sterne-Hotels sind diese frei). Beim Frühstück waren Rühreier und Eier kalt. Zimmer wurden nicht ordentlich gesaugt. Abends an der bar wollten wir etwas trinken, uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass gleich jemand kommt. Nach 25 Minuten sind wir dann gegangen.

• Udo (7/5): Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, neues Haus, sauber - Neu, sauber, Preis/Leistung gut, Parken 6,50, kleines Gym und Sauna, noch Luft nach oben mit nur wenigen Maßnahmen Frühstück relativ umfangreich, aber mäßige Qualität, Zimmer hatte 16,5 Grad bei Ankunft, hat zwei Stunden gedauert, es auf 20 Grad zu bekommen, Personal sehr gestresst und nicht besonders freundlich und machte einen unerfahrenen Eindruck

• Jan (8/5): - Het hotel is goed gelegen als je in Villingen moet zijn. Het is een modern hotel, wat fraai is ingericht (zowel kamers als centrale ruimten). Parkeren is niet prettig: kleine vakken, onduidelijke en tegenstrijdige betalingsrichtlijnen, als je pech hebt relatief ver weg. Op de dagen dat wij er waren kon niet gedineerd worden, andere dagen wel. Ontbijt is goed. Personeel is hulpvaardig.
