- Jarmal (10/5): My stay was good enjoyed the service from the staff when needed things. They were attentive. - I like the area the hotel is located. I didn’t care for the bathroom sink had very low water pressure. It took awhile for the water from the sink to go down. Than the shower head appears not to be adjustable it was like more water coming out and spitting more like towards the floor than inside the shower. Also I honestly saw a huge bug crawling in my room up above my door. I encourage to keep the hotel be Pest control more frequently than once a month maybe 1st of the month and the middle or end of each month.

- Sheri (3/5): Bad. - Roach on the floor, mold on the shower, microwave didn’t work, no trash bags n trash can, no covers in room for pullout bed and when the lady brought some to the room she said there were no pillows available for it. The list is longer but those are worth typing. I’ve been a customer for years and chose this place because I appreciate the brand, but this was a disappointment to say the least.

- corwynf (6/5): Average Hotel Stay - The hotel is dated and needs remodeling and updating the furniture and appliances. The carpet is badly stained and worn/torn in areas.

- Tena (8/5): Sept 2925 2 day stay - The pool was closed by health department for high chlorine level days ago and the grills outside were either not working or is bad shape weeks ago too. The carpet was very worn in our room. But good side was excellent breakfast buffet and furnishings were good

- Taylor (10/5): Exceptional - I had the pleasure of staying at the Towneplace Suites by Marriot in Albany ga for 6 days from the day I checked in until my check everyone was friendly spoke and smiled which you don't find very often I want to personally thank Ms. Tamika the housekeeper their she went above her job duty and ensure my stay was pleasant my boyfriend birthday was June 16th and I wanted to ensure his day was special Ms. Tamika stepped in and made it happen words can't describe how thankful I am for her and the stuff I was at the site this back in February and Immediately notice the difference with the atmosphere great turn around Marriott
- Henry (2/5): - Upon arrival, we were shown two rooms, and in both rooms, the sofa sleeper mattresses were disgustingly nasty and heavily soiled. Additionally, one of the rooms had extremely filthy sheets, which made me physically ill to my stomach. The condition of these rooms was beyond unsanitary; they were unsafe. Due to these conditions, my family and I were unable to stay at the hotel and had no other choice but to leave and secure alternative accommodation at the last minute, which created a significant hardship due the financial and time constraints we were under.

- Raushandah (6/5): - I didn’t have the best experience this time around at town place suites for one my television did not work in the bedroom and they could not fix it that night and had to send someone the next day after I had to remind them to come fix it. the shower had mold on the ceiling and parts of the ceiling was peeling alongside the wall in the bathroom as well. we found someone else’s bag in our room, which means that they probably didn’t clean it too well and we took it downstairs to the front desk because it was left prior to us coming in the room overall would I stay here again probably not.

- Joanna (4/5): Hotel Stay - Wednesday check in and out Sunday, 1st night, fire panel box causing alarms to sound off. No lights in certain part of room esp bathroom. Called for help. Some came the next morning, flipped the switch, returned from my outing and off again. Called for help, was told electrician was coming which never showed. Showered in dark, slipped and fell due to not seeing water on the floor. Asked to move to another room none available and still no electrician. I was moved on my last night. Very frustrating. Dog poop on elevator and hallway stayed there until Sunday. I request to speak to management since this is a safety concern, no call. Poor management.

Special shout out to Maureen Ellis of the house cleaning crew for helping out and going above and beyond helping the customers. The front is great don't hesitate to ask for anything they will get it done.
- Explorer3613 (6/5): Frequent Stays - I stay at this property often because I have family that lives in Albany. The front desk staff is typically very friendly and hospitable. The property is conveniently located to restaurants and stores, etc. which is nice. Regarding the rooms, the beds are mostly comfortable, and the rooms are clean. I like the convenience of having a kitchenette, wine glasses, etc. However, there are some improvements that could be made. Several times the tv remote hasn't worked, which was annoying. I'm sure the batteries need replacing. The shower heads are absolutely horrible and need to be replaced. The showers in each room aren't the same; some of them have half of a glass shower door and the water sprays out all over the floor. The sink fixtures are often loose and wobbly. The most recent stay, I noticed that they no longer offer Netflix which is a problem because I don't really watch regular tv.

- Jason (1/5): Staff sucks - I like the scenery of the location beautiful front and backyard space The cleaning staff is lazy and no one took accountability for the lack of responsibility for the employees I asked for my room to be service to come back after being out all day to a dirty room no.clean towels or rags couldn't take a hot shower because I had to go back out to get personal items in order to take a shower reported the issue to the front desk the shook it off as if it was a normal process I also reported the issue with the front desk supervisor who apology was just as dry as a desert I will never stay at this location again no matter how beautiful the scenery is
- Catina (5/5): Fair, but I doubt if I would stay there again. - The breakfast selection was fine as well as the location of the hotel. The room was not throughly clean it needed dusting and the bathroom toiletries were not replenished i.e. soap, body wash etc. The television in the bedroom didn’t work and the front desk didn’t know how to fix it. The lights in the room continued to go out requiring me to flip a switch in the breaker box. I was offered another room, but I declined. I didn’t feel like moving again after I had unpacked.

Can tell that owners don’t go out of their way to maintain the rooms to a high standard. Breakfast foods seem like about the cheapest money can buy. Still, staff are pretty friendly. It’s an OK place to stay. Kitchen is nice to have.
- Kaye (4/5): Disappointment after disappointment. - This was my second stay at this location. While eveything is minimal, I expected more. Firstly, I asked for my room to be cleaned. I returned at night to find an unclean room with no new towels.The shower was misty, leaving the bathroom wet. Additional, my shower was stacked with 2 shampoos and 1 hair conditioner, but NO shower gel! (Which I had also asked for. Breakfast was disappointing as well, they ran out of food two days, well before the cut off time.

I understand this is unfortunate but the staff decided to not even try to provide breakfast. No cereal, no bagels, absolutely nothing for breakfast. Also the bathroom air vent did not work. The shower had a design flaw that allowed water to splash on the ground and wall, the baseboard was rotten the wall was moldy and the ceiling was moldy

The toilet was broken the fridge was like warm the dresser draws was broken omg it was horrible I should be refunded my money back for this stay

I called the front office and they cleaned and replaced the sheets. It should've been clean before though. I cleaned the restroom with supplies I bought from Target. Breakfast was disgusting!!!
- John (4/5): Not worth the money. Tired and run down. - Location. Friendly staff Sink was broken-didn’t drain. Shower glass looked dirty. Toilet paper holder broken. Utensil drawer was dirty. Coffee maker was broken. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

- Brian (4/5): - Our room has had a lot of water damage. Plaster has been painted over, but it’s clearly peeling off. Light fixtures have rust all over them. The sprinkler head has rust all over it. The drywall ceiling in the bathroom is beginning to show signs of mold. The drywall in the bathroom is cracking.

To my surprise, when I went to check in, the front desk told me that the manager cancelled my reservation with booking.com due to water leakage in several units. I drove 5 hours and no one from booking.com nor the hotel reached out to me. I was left without a place to stay since the majority of the hotels were all sold out! I’ve messaged booking.com to reimburse me. When I made the reservation, it said it was non refundable. I had no problem but how is it my fault when the hotel canceled my reservation the day of arrival and never notified me!!!

- Keith (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at TownPlace Suites by Marriott was definitely a great experience. Staff was very friendly and professional, hotel was very clean. Love the set up of the room, bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Alexis prepared an almost home cooked breakfast that really hit the spot. Will definitely return and highly recommended. No complaints.

- Rozetha (3/5): Poor - Location Booking.com charged me and the hotel charged me twice with different prices after that. A total of $662 on a $201 stay. My money is being held for 5 days. I don’t understand why you are reserving rooms for them but when I arrive they charge my card again and again. Does not make sense. What’s the point of going through your company
