• Martine (9/5): Perfecte locatie en accommodatie - Het openen van de deur via een app. De locatie is perfect, dichtbij 2 metrostations en bij alle bezienswaardigheden. En een superheld koffietentje met ontbijt om de hoek.

The location is excellent too - an easy walking distance to Victoria station and to the river, yet in a very quiet street. Everything was great except for the matresses. I realize this is a matter of personal preference, but they were a bit too soft for my taste.

• Fiona (10/5): Loved this place! Was exactly what we wanted/needed for our stay. - Loved the cosy London flat vibe. Centrally located to Victoria station, 10 mins walk. Quiet area to stay and easy to navigate from. Local shops less than a minute walk, particularly Tescos (supermarket) and off licences (mini convenient stores). Central heating was fabulous and the facilities were clean. Ground level fly easy to access with luggage. Couldn’t turn off the sensor light closest to the bathroom and it kept going on and off throughout the night - we just had to keep the door closed. Was great to be able to see when walking around the flat during the evening though
• Alexandra (7/5): Great location, walking distance from Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Battersea Power Station - The location is great and there is sufficient space for 4 people. The second bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed which was not very comfortable. If a property is advertised with 2 bedrooms they should be equipped with proper beds. One of the bedroom doors didn’t have a handle and could not be closed. That’s something that should be fixed before new guests arrive. All radiators were on full heat when we arrived. And not all of them we were able to turn down. In general it might be a good idea to leave some more ‘instructions’ for guests on how things work in the apartment.

• Celia (10/5): Apartamento maravilloso - El alojamiento superó con creces mis expectativas. El apartamento está en una zona top, cercana al metro y en una calle tranquila. Al encontrarse en la planta baja era un punto a favor para familias con carritos/bebés o incluso equipaje. Está totalmente equipada, cocina con todo lo que necesitas, salón con mesa comedor, habitaciones con almacenaje suficiente para una estancia incluso larga, baño, y lavadora y secadora a disposición de los huéspedes. Sin duda, repetiré en mi proxima estancia a Londres. Gracias William por tu amabilidad y disposición. Considero que no hay aspectos negativos que destacar

Comfortable flat, Communication with William was excellent, prompt and helpful Just a note that the key app to gain access was a bit problematic when you're travelling on an eSIM and it hasn't hooked up? Once you're in you have an actual key which is helpful. Wasn't able to use one of the bedrooms as there was an issue but William did offer me a refund based on that and he worked with booking.com to have the money put back on my card and I thank him for that He was good to work with

Dichtbij metrostation Victoria en Pimlico. Fijn kleinschalig appartement met prima keuken, woonkamer en badkamer. Slaapkamers goed van grootte en fijne bedden. Accommodatie was netjes maar schoonmaak kan echt beter. Bedlinnen was niet schoon. Badkamer ook niet brandschoon.

The location felt safe and i liked having grocery shops a few minutes walk away. The flat itself is clean and comfortable and the shower is fantastic. nothing and we have stayed in quite a few Airbnb's.
• Anne (5/5): Good flat, only real negative of very noisy neighbours is unfortunately not a problem solved easily. - Small but very pleasant flat in a good position, very close to supermarket and easy walking distance to tube. Kitchen tiny but very well equipped. Good shower, washing machine and clothes dryer. The noise till late into the night from the people living above the main bedroom was really bad - not partying but just dragging furniture, dropping things and heavy footsteps on hard floors. Owner/manager could only suggest knocking on door upstairs to ask tenants to quieten but we tried several times and the neighbours wouldn't answer their door (probably tired of the complaints). Owner/manager confirmed they were long term tenants so unless you are profoundly deaf or only staying a night or two you will not get a good sleep with current tenants upstairs. We were there 13 nights and for most of them were woken very late at night or very early in the morning by noise upstairs. Bed and sofabed were Ok but not very comfortable and bed-linen quite thin.

There’s so much in easy walking distance from Battersea Power Station to Kings Road, and an excellent cafe at the bottom of the road. William was very helpful and responsive as host. Great stay, would definitely return. We had issues with the internet throughout our stay. William did his best to resolve, but frustrating all the same.

Check in as well as stay remained seamless with all round support by William. • Lindsey (9/5): Excellent family friendly stay close to two Underground stops - This property is a wonderful place to stay as a family in London. We stayed for four nights and the communication with William and Laura prior to arrival, as arriving and throughout the stay was amazing. It was great to have two separate bedrooms and a living area for the family to unwind after a long journey or day exploring. Best part…a wonderful cafe and Italian deli around the corner, plus Tesco Express for essentials. The washer and dryer took a bit to understand (more user issues than property).

• Melody (4/5): Disappointed stay for a family of 4+1 - Centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood. There are supermarkets within walking distance and eateries as well. The place can fit a family of 4-5 with sufficient beds. Unfortunately there were more negatives than positives. Firstly, the check-in process was bad as they requested for our photos and ID in order to provide us with the digital key card to enter. I sent them over 2 weeks before my arrival, and I did not hear from them at all. I followed up again before my arrival date and sadly, no reply again. When I arrived on Christmas Eve, our family was left stranded outside the apartment. Thankfully their hotline was working and a staff helped us get in after about 15 mins of trying. They provided a physical key inside the apartment for us to use, and only gave us access to the digital key one day later (which again, was late). Once inside the apartment, it was not cleaned properly. The dishwasher still had dishes in it, the pillows and bedsheets had stains, the toilet has mould, and the cabinets in the rooms had trash in it (eg. Sanitary pad covers). The heater was not functioning (in winter). There were no dishwashing sponges to clean any dishes, although they did provide the dishwashing liquid. There were no dishwasher soap cubes for us to use the dishwasher with, either. The bed was not comfortable and was sinking to a side, but that's expected for sofa beds, so do keep that in mind for larger groups. Overall I wouldn't stay here again due to the lack of responsiveness via email, booking.com, and no proactiveness from the staff, as well as the poor cleanliness of the place.

• Rosabel (7/5): Terrific location, very convenient! - The location is perfect, away from the noise of Central London, but still very convenient and accessible. The MRT is very close by and there's a Tesco down the street. Great for a restful night after a day of touring. The place is quite small and the bathroom is very small. Clean enough but the bathroom could use a general cleaning or new grout. The place is obviously owned by a tall person as I'm 5 feet and couldn't see the bottom of the bedroom mirror; I could barely reach the coat hooks! But none if this is as important as the terrific location and accessibility. Also, this is a quiet area so most of the restaurants nearby close quite early, by 6pm.

It overall exceeded our expectations. The shower and bath floor tile were clean but addressing the aging grout and calcification would be an improvement.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - We visited in April during an early heatwave (25 degrees) and all had a great sleep in the peaceful residential street. The property is clean and bright with brand new kitchen and bathroom. It was ideal for us (a couple with a teenager). Our daughter particularly appreciated the free Wifi and we liked being able to get up before her and enjoy a few Nespresso coffees before she was awake. (There is an almost hidden sliding door for screening off the kitchen). The curtains in one bedroom were quite thin so if you are woken by early sunrise, you may want to take an eye mask; the other rooms had decent blackout blinds. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus and instructions provided. Loved the motion-sensor, low-level hall lighting for nipping to loo without switching on all the lights! Shopped at mini Tesco on Lupus street for basics. Ate wonderful breakfast twice at Cambridge Street Kitchen, 5 mins walk away.
