Frances (8/5): Lovey for two days - Location is close enough to the University but without the downtime mess. The hotel needs a little bit of sprucing up. Carpets are dated and no bar inside the inn.
JMP (8/5): We always enjoy staying at the Inn, this time it just wasn't at the level we had grown accustomed to - The staff is very nice and the room is comfortble Our bathroom shower had a lot of black mold, something that should be taken care of especially in such a high priced property. They should offer free coffee to their hotel guests, this has become a standard in hotels. I understand you have a coffee shop but you can still offer a free cup of basic coffee to hotel guests. Parking was extremely hard, there was a wedding at our hotel so there were no spots close by.
374tjj (2/5): Lost $ on Cancellation Policy - Have stayed here a couple of times. Nice place to stay for Clemson football games. However, the cancellation timeline is very restrictive (90 days). They say they will try to cover your losses by re-renting to interested parties in the event you cannot attend….so I called and said I was interested in renting and they said they had no availability…when indeed they did have my room that they said 4 weeks ago they would try to unload for me to save me $. When questioned, they claimed a lot of things and were clearly flustered. But dont trust them to help you get out the commitment you made (yes I agreed to the 90 day but a fam event came up that I couldnt move). Was hoping for some hospitality and cust service since Ive stayed there multiple times in the past.
onthegoCincinnati_OH (10/5): Beautiful Inn - The Inn at Patrick Square is beautiful. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was very quiet while we were there and we enjoyed several of the restaurants in the square which are just steps away. We look forward to returning on our next trip to the area. The value was great for the wonderful experience.

On this stay, I requested some drinking glasses and was informed you no longer provide them. Also, I needed another bar of soap for the shower. Lastly, the TV volume on my TV was at max and I still could not hear it well. Otherwise, everything was great.

Richard (8/5): Nice, but not the best value at the price point - This hotel is conveniently located close to Clemson. We were in the area for a family reunion. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was very clean and spacious with dual queen beds, a desk and love seat. The beds were firmer than I liked, but were neat and clean. A minimal breakfast (coffee, juice, muffins) was provided. We stayed multiple nights and had to check to see if linen service was provided because it had not occurred by mid-day. The front desk confirmed that they were short-staffed. While we enjoyed our stay, there are other hotels in the area that offer comparable comfort and a better breakfast selection at a lower price point.
