• Julie (5/5): Very expensive for a backpackers hostel for just a room with beds and ensuite. - Nice hot shower in the room. Comfortable beds and an air conditioner. We were in the back, which reduced pool noise. Staff were wonderful and the room was clean. Noisy backpackers in the hallway until around 11:00pm. Poor night's sleep due to noise. We didn't realise there was no lift – that was our mistake.

It’s a very low standard and not clean - The property is in a decent location The property has terrible wi-fi, and when I questioned the issue I was told to hotspot off my own phone. It claims to be a motel/hostel though it is only a hostel. Very poor car parking and should be $75 a night for a private room not $200 plus. There is no cooking facilities for the Motel section, not even a microwave. Not happy with this place

• Samantha (6/5): The only option in Mooloolaba :/ (just stay in Noosa haha) - The staff are lovely and there is a pool. This hostel is a bit odd as there are no social areas in the evening. At 10pm, everything is shut and quiet time is enforced which can be difficult when you're trying to meet other people. You also do not have access to a kitchen after 10pm which is hard if you're out all day and then your food is locked away inside. The beds are uncomfortable. If you get a top bunk, you are laying facing someone else, completely exposed with nothing separating you two so it is very awkward. And if the A/C is on, it will be blowing right on your head a metre away which is again uncomfortable and a few people complained they felt sick. The rooms are tiny and squeezy and can get pretty smelly and damp. There are not many showers or toilets considering the amount of people on each floor. The kitchen is tiny and it is a dance trying to cook in the evenings. Considering the price of the hostel, it felt a bit underwhelming. The beach front is also under construction so you have to walk up the coast to access the beachfront.

The door on the 3rd floor didnt work very well and in the pouring rain we got soaked going up the outside stairs as this wasnt under cover. The wifi isnt good and kept cutting out.

The bedrooms were a very good temperature. Would have enjoyed a curtain for the bed. The shower drained into a hole in the floor, and so the bathroom floor would generally get coated with water when showering. Wifi and signal is not good.

• Isabel (8/5): Nice hostel with a pool - Relaxed and friendly hostel with a nice pool and seating area. There was a communal kitchen and also each floor has a smaller kitchen with coffees and teas. The private room was nicely decorated and comfortable, with a hair dryer and towels. It was a quick walk into town/the wharf. For a hostel it was quiet at night! It's a hostel so on the more basic side but that's as expected. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

• Nicki (8/5): - This was reasonably priced, the pressure in the shower was fantastic, air conditioning very good, comfortable bed, key less entry to the room really good, staff very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable about good facilities in the area. The room wasn't very big, and in all honesty needed a good clean. The windows sill was filthy, the door stop attached to the wall was filthy and the air vent in the bathroom was covered in dirt and grime. No bin in the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom. The shower curtain was old and really needed a good wash and bleach.
• Nameika (8/5): Loved my time here! - Instantly a very welcoming reception. Saab is absolutely wonderful - a real life gem! Fresh towels whenever needed. Complimentary tea & coffee. Much appreciated air con. Clean pool was a bonus. Smaller kitchen and can be very packed at peak times but other than that, would recommend this hostel!! 🤩

• Morgan (10/5): So clean, staff were so friendly, would absolutely recommend. - The most beautiful place to stay! We had a private room which was worth every cent! Just one minor thing about other guests leaving their laundry in the machines, but nothing other than that.
