Free access to the bikes to cycle down the road to the local shops and Byron beach was great. Great coffee shop literally next door. Service was excellent. The lovely ladies at reception truly went above and beyond, helping me with my traditional bow tie before the wedding! When we return to Byron, we will definitely be staying here again. We booked this hotel partially for their spa facilities. Before the stay I received a message about their spa services. I asked to book a massage for my wife and then I got a message back saying they were fully booked. I appreciate it was probably an automated message but it should be disabled if there is no availability. Fortunately, there were plenty of other good options in Byron.

- Maddison (9/5): A lovely spot in Byron Bay - Loved our stay at The Bower. It was incredibly clean, the magnesium pool was excellent, the staff were friendly, the bed massive/comfy, and we found as two people who love to walk that it was in a nice location. The General Store next door has excellent food, and the township only a 15 minute walk away, while the beach might be more 20 minutes walk. Also great to have a parking spot available! As an FYI, this room is further away from road than the rooms with balconies, so traffic noise was less for us, than those at the front of the motel (and not an issue). Room was a bit on the smaller side, so quite cramped with my husband and I's bags, but the use of the downstairs facility for reading etc was a nice addition to escape if we didn't want to be in our room. It would be great to have access to this outside of the 9-5 hours.

Walls are thin, can hear the neighbouring room conversations and shower/taps, although closing the bathroom door reduces this. The noise from road traffic is constant due to proximity of the room to the road. It reduces in the evenings with lesser traffic.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated however was rather a small size, quite difficult with opening suitcases and  organising your stuff. The bathroom was slightly bigger however badly design as there is nowhere to put my stuff around so I had to keep everything in my bags and just take whatever I needed at the time. The beds were super comfortable so I definitely had a good sleep. The pool  is quite big with a very chilled vibe, super reelaxing. There is also a very nice coffee shop just outside the hotel which offers great breakfast/lunch soo it's very convenient. I will stay again :)

- Veronica (8/5): Overall comfortable stay, super friendly staff and great location - The staff were super friendly and personable. Also great to have a private car spot included. Pool was great way to end the day. Great location being just outside of the main st but still close enough to easily walk there. The bathroom was a little dated.

- Georgina (10/5): A tranquil, clean, beautifully designed hotel. Something for everyone to enjoy including free bikes! - The staff at The Bower are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The beds are exceptionally comfy and the outdoor pool is stunning. Would absolutely stay here again. I only noticed when I was leaving that there was a Spa on site. It might be good to have a Spa menu in the rooms - perhaps they did and I just missed it though :)

Reasonable location for getting into town or the beach and the grocery store. The bicycles were in need of replacement. A bit more storage area in the rooms would have been good. By the main road but not noisy at night.

- Melissa (10/5): Enjoyed it, great location and amenities - Modern, clean and great location. Loved the bike hire too! found the manager to be a little rude, she seemed like the doesn’t like her job and it’s a task when you ask her any questions. Found the other staff all to be lovely.

- Colm (8/5): A really nice chilled out boutique spot in Byron. - A really nice modern beach style aesthetic right in Byron. Just want you want for a weekend stay. Really friendly reception. Nice and clean rooms. The bed was excellent slept great. Only note really would be to have access to the common area later. Especially during Christmas period with the town closing early etc it would have been nice to be able to use this space in the evening to read, play games etc.

- Jade (9/5): - The magnesium pool, comfortable bed. The 1 bedroom studios are situated on the main road, I stayed in room 2 and heard cars on the main road all day/ night. This is the only thing that lets down this accommodation.

- Isabella (10/5): regardless of the alarm, 10/10 - loved everything! very grateful for the team that hosted us and made my mum's birthday special. the pool was wonderful. during the middle of the night while we were sleeping the fire alarm went off, took over 30 minutes for it to turn off. this was around 3 in the morning and the noise was so loud that neighbours woke up which wasn't ideal.

Es un pequeño hotel boutique con habitaciones super amplias, con camas super comodas, todo muy muy limpio, personal muy amable, muy bien ubicado, con aparcamiento incluido y muy cercano a los principales puntos de interés de Byron Bay. Ademas tuvieron un detalle muy bonito con nosotros por nuestra luna de miel. Todos fueron encantadores y nos aconsejaron de la mejor forma posible. Nos encantarÃa repetir mil veces mas en esta vida.
