Just minutes from the exceptional Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, a short stroll along the Tevere to Castel Sant Angelo & the Vatican. It’s also a quiet location, which allows you to sleep well and relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was lovely and ample & is served in a frescoed dining room with a lovely street-front balcony. The beds are very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help! We truly enjoyed our stay… Grazie to Gabriele & his lovely assistant, who were both so gracious.

• Marlies (9/5): - Die Lage war 1A, 2min Gehzeit zum Piazza Navona, Bushaltestelle (mit Richtungen zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten) direkt vor der Haustür. Personal sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Zimmerausstattung ausreichend (bequeme Betten!) & alles vorhanden was man braucht. Frühstück jeden Tag pünktlich, immer mit Auswahl an süßem, Eiern, Wurst & Käse. Kaffeemaschine rund um die Uhr benutzbar, außerdem Croissants für eine frühe Abreise (6 uhr morgens) bereit gestellt, super nett! Zimmer waren bereits um 9 uhr morgens beziehbar. Beschreibung zum Eingang auch gut, haben gleich alles gefunden. Man konnte dem Eigentümer jederzeit auf Booking schreiben, hat immer schnell geantwortet und hätte uns auch überall zum Reservieren angerufen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach schon in die Jahre gekommen, damit muss man rechnen. zB Teppichboden im Badezimmer, teilw. Motten im Bad, Wasserdruck und Temperaturregelung in der Dusche.

El desayuno un poco flojo ya que no había platos calientes, tal como bacon, salchichas, huevos revueltos, etc.... Por lo demás todo correcto. El desayuno muy justo.

Bina çok eski olduğu için sabah kahvaltı hazırlığında ses odanızdan duyuluyor,mutfak ortada ve açık olduğu için akşamları oturup içki içen misafirler oluyor.Temizlik yapan bir hanımefendi kahvaltıda çocuk beğenmediği şeyi çöpe attık diye gelip kendi dilinde söylenip gitti.Kahavltısında her gün aynı şeyler var, kahvaltı almak isteyenlerin bilgisine…Haşlanmış yumurta,iki çeşit salam tek çeşit peynir ,kruvasan,meyve erken giderseniz muz bulabilirsiniz o kadar…

Менеджер Габриеле очень нам помог в трудной ситуации, поддержал, пошел навстречу, все организовал прекрасно. Мы ему очень благодарны! Во-вторых, расположение шикарное! В самом центре. Можно пешком дойти до всех достопримечательностей. И находится отель в очень красивом здании. Номер просторный. Удобная кровать. Очень чисто. Душ и все остальное в ванной работали хорошо. Ничего не протекало, не было никаких запахов. Полотенца будто новые, чистые, не серые, пушистые. Окно нашего номера выходило на улицу. В номере был большой красивый старинный шкаф. Завтраки вполне сытные: яйца, нарезка, круассаны, фрукты, тортики, йогурты, чай-кофе-соки, хлопья-молоко и т.д. Кофе вкусный :). В комнате для завтрака был большой балкон, летом можно есть на нем. -

• Andrea (8/5): close proximity to vatican - Our goal for this trip was the visit the vatican city so proximity was essential. Affreschi su Roma was about a 15 minute walk away from the Vatican which was exceptional for us. The staff was friendly and available 24/7 although we didn’t have many requests. There were nearby restaurants and local attraction spots were within very close proximity without even knowing so this was a perk. Breakfast was provided every morning from 8-10am with fresh bread from a local bakery. The bed and pillows were fairly uncomfortable but that was minute compared to all other amenities the hotel provided. Keep in mind breakfast is composed of bread and coffee and no protein.

Es una casa con techos muy altos y decoración propia de las casas señoriales antiguas. Además, desde el comedor se tiene acceso al balcón principal del edificio. Me gustó mucho que existiera la opción de hacerse un café o un té a cualquier hora del día en el comedor. Sugiero que podría haber un baño en las zonas comunes para usar, por ejemplo, cuando ya se ha hecho el check-out y no se tiene acceso a la habitación.

La camera avrebbe bisogno di un ritocco per quanto riguarda la carta da parati davvero molto rovinata, bagni odoravano di fogna probabilmente dovuto al fatto di essere in un palazzo storico. Colazione migliorabile, sarebbe preferibile trovare prodotti freschi/non confezionati.

A letteralmente 2 minuti a piedi c’è piazza navona, e le principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi( o con l’autobus che ferma sotto l’hotel), il Vaticano é a 10 minuti a piedi. Rapporto qualità pezzo visto la zona centrale é davvero ottimo. La zona è tranquilla piena di ristoranti e negozi ben fornita, inoltre c’è una fermata di taxi a 2 minuti dall’hotel comoda in caso di spostamento. Personale gentile Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al Check out Macchinetta del caffè e acqua sempre disponile in sala colazione Camera datata, ma si tratta di un palazzo storico quindi è comprensibile. La colazione è molto “semplice”, per gli amanti del salato non aspettatevi uova strapazzate e bacon ,ma comunque tutto è buono

• Sonia (7/5): Repetiría por la ubicación comodidad dentro de lo antiguo que es - La ubicación es increíble, a 5 minutos del panteón. Es cómodo y la cama es muy grande. Gabrielle es un encanto y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. Es muy antiguo y necesitaría una reforma. El agua caliente del baño tarda un poquito en salir, el ascensor es muy reducido y a nosotros nos costaba bastante meter y sacar el carrito del bebé. El desayuno un desastre, la bollería es industrial, el embutido de mala calidad y el café es de máquina.

And arranging ride to the airport. My family and I were highly disappointed with Affreschi Su Roma Luxury B&B. We rented the two-bedroom suite and had high hopes of experiencing true Italian hospitality and charm in what was described as an "Antique and Luxurious" place. The high price that we paid did not match the beautiful pictures posted on the website and Booking.com at all. Far beneath our expectations. Excellent staging of the place for the website! What was described as "Antique" and "Luxurious" really means "Old" and "Older". There is nothing luxurious about the place. We were there for 5 nights, and not once did I see the dining room look like the dining room in the pictures. There were never tablecloths, fruit bowls, or flowers. The breakfast spread is staged because in reality, there were just two large plates (not even trays) on the serving table, one with a few croissants and sugar donuts, and the other with a dry fruit tart. Everything else was in a small refrigerator on the table. This could be why the ham and salami tasted weird, and the cheese was not fresh. At least they had hard-boiled eggs. We only ate there twice, which defeated the purpose of booking a place that included breakfast. When it comes to the rooms, the wallpaper was peeling off in multiple places, and there were cracks around fixtures and walls. Moldy ceilings. The armoires were dusty and musty. The old plumbing smell was strong. Little worm-like creatures were crawling in the sink and bidet. The room service personnel seemed upset that we were not leaving the room early enough for her to service it. One day, she said that it was too late and could only give us clean towels. Ok by us. It was 11:00 am. No one told us that there was a time frame for the cleaning service. Overall, this place is very old and run-down. We felt catfished and would NOT recommend this place!

• Sinem (6/5): Great stay ruined by discriminatory and rude staff attitude at checkout. - The location We stayed here for 6 days and generally liked the hotel. However, our final impression was completely ruined by a member of the cleaning staff. After check-out, while waiting in the lobby with our luggage, we were aggressively scolded by her for having a cup of coffee. She told us we couldn't use the facilities with a very hostile attitude. What made this unacceptable was the clear double standard: we previously saw Italian guests doing the exact same thing (coffee after check-out), and she said nothing to them. She also walked away muttering in Italian. It felt discriminatory and very disrespectful. It is a shame that such rude behavior overshadowed a nice trip. Future guests should be aware.

Eén minpunt op kamer 204; de douche temperatuur is niet te regelen. Te heet of te koud. We hebben dit bij ons vertrek gesignaleerd. De eigenaar moet dit laten fiksen , want het is ronduit gevaarlijk.
