Gianni (1/5): La pire expérience depuis que je réserve sur booking. - Franchement, rien, c'était trop dègoûtant. C'était sale, toilettes et douches insalubres et dangereuses, prises électriques cassées. Sols dégueulasses, lits cassé et inconfortable, sales. J'ai été mordu par des punaises de lit. J'ai fait part de tout ceci a la réception a mon 2eme jour, au 1er personne n'y était. On m'a proposé le remboursement de trois jours contre la promesse de ne pas publier de photos et de commentaires négatifs. J'ai refusé car je pense qu'il faut que de futurs clients puissent voir ce qui les attends. Je vais aussi prendre la peine d'écrire à l'Office de tourisme et à la municipalité de Riga. Il est totalement ontollérable qu'en 2026 en plein centre d'une capitale d'un pays de l'UE de tels établissements puissent exister. Je ne peux malheureusement poster que 4 photos ici, mais je tiens à disposition de booking d'autres photos.

Viktoria (7/5): Good value for money if you don't plan to spend too much time in the room - Location is superb. The room and bathroom was spacious. The bathroom smelled mouldy, and when I opened the window, it non-stop smelled like McDonalds. Also, I know they can't change this but the room faced the internal courtyard so I wasn't comfortable opening the blinds so there was no natural light. The bed was quite loud and uncomfortable.

C'est une prison pas une auberge - Rien à part l'emplacement et le prix l'auberge pue, tout l'immeuble pue sachant que j'ai le nez bouché j'imagine meme pas ceux qui ont un odorat sensible. A fuir sauf si votre seul goal c'est le prix. J'ai jamais vu un auberge comme ça on dirait on est en prison à fresnes. La plupart dans la chambre sont des travailleurs sans papiers, pas de sécurité pour les affaires, pas de looker, tu pars tu sais pas si tu retrouveras tes affaires. les lits puent certains ont des traces de pisse, les lits superposés sont instable, s'il y a personne de +80 kilos c sur ca casse. Bref si vous venez prenez une autre auberge si c'est la hess sinon un bon hôtel pour 2j Max !! Il y a rien à faire à Riga toute de facon.

Emma (6/5): Över förväntan - Bra läge centralt, simpla men ändå fräscha rum, luktade inte konstigt på rummen. Rummen var väldigt stora vilket var ett plus. Toaletterna skulle jag säga var fräscha fast det luktade konstigt i de allmänna utrymmena. Luktade konstigt i allmänna utrymmen, korridorer, toalett, receptionen osv. Inga gardiner eller persienner på rummen vilket gjorde det väldigt ljust. Ibland svårt att ta sig in då man behövde ringa receptionen varje gång.

Edwin (1/5): I was disapppointed with my stay - It’s near to the city centre. The receptionist was kind. Smelly corridor. Dirty room. Stained linen. With crib. No shampoo and soap. It said on your site free toiletries. I won’t rate that a 3 star hotel. I pressed intercom 2x noone answered me. I understood now why there were no reviews on your site. I paid for my stay, not free, as a guest, I earn money in hard ways, this was what I paid. The rooms are mix of hostel and hotel, I saw a common kitchen. I saw a strand of long hair. 1 small pillow, better in Tallinn 1 small pillow with throw pillow Aquamarine Hotel

Klára (5/5): - Ubytování se nechazí v dobré lokalitě, velmi blízko centra. Snídaně za danou cenu je dostačující. Nechali nás ubytovat o něco dříve. Pokoj nebyl pořádně uklizený, na zemi byla špína a na posteli byly cizí vlasy. V pokoji byla také zima. Na jedeněch sdílených záchodech nesvítilo světlo a na druhých zase chyběl toaletní papír.

Ieva Agija (3/5): Dissapointed, was okay for one night of sleeping, but purely to pass the night, staying in there was not enjoyable - The only good thing truly is thr location The room and hotel itself had a wierd smell, the room was alright, but poorly cleaned and maintained, the window was broken, outside of the window were pipes that caused the horrible smell and noise, also trouble with getting into the hotel, it’s advertised as a hotel but in real it’s dormitories

Iveta (6/5): Ir ok, vienas nakts pārnakšņošanai. - Ideāla atrašanās vieta, Vecrīga, Brīvības piemineklis un operas nams blakus, Dzelzceļa stacija un autoosta apm 10 min gājiena attālumā. 1.stāvā McDonalds. :) Slikta skaņas izolācija, dzirdams katrs solis aiz durvīm. Čīkst grīdas dēļi, arī gultas ļoti skaļi, pie katras vismazākās kustības.

Vladimir (5/5): - Location is perfect, between the center and the old town . The place is dirty, especially the restrooms. They don't clean them at all. No toilet paper, no hand soap. Blankets are too small. It's ok for 1 night, but I spent 3 and it was too much. Charging for towels is exceptionally rude. That didn't happen to me in probably like 15 years. Luckily I always have a small towel with me. Staff is kind but not there most of the time so if you have any questions or concerns there's no one to help you.
Mar (8/5): - El personal amable, buen número de duchar, camas cómodas y la ubicación excelente. Me ha faltado un poco más de limpieza sobre todo en los baños y en mi habitación las camas estaban en el suelo porque parecía que era una litera sin montar. Se escuchaba todos los ruidos de las habitaciones y montaron mucho escándalo, cuando fui a buscar al recepcionista no estaba y no me habría la puerta donde dormía. Sonó durante un rato la alarma de incendios sin motivo aparente y no podían apagarla. Las ventanas eran tragaluz y sin persianas ni cortinas, a las cinco de la mañana ya entraba muchísima luz

Marcin (1/5): Disaster - Nothing OMG. The worst experience with "hotels" in my life. How this can be called hotel without bathroom, toilet, tv or working heating???? On the top of that all night a group of teenagers was chatting on corridor by our doors. Disaster. On booking.com they advertise private bathroom. What a misleading information it is. Should be clearly stated that there is no private bathroom or toilet. Very very very disappointed.

Aspen (3/5): - Super bien ubicado Limpieza, colchón nalisimo, aseo sucio. No había papel higiénico en el baño, teníamos que tener el propio en cada dormitorio. Hacia frío, había 2 pequeños radiadores que no funcionaban.

Anjith (1/5): Unsafe to stay. People's are smoking and drinking inside and cant sleep at night. Dirty place - Location I dont suggest this Hostel it feel like Refugees center. Some people staying here for long time. Not cleaned and no Heating.Peoples are smoking and drinking imside hostel and making problem with others. Better dont use this Hostel.
Kristiina (5/5): - The main advantage of this hotel is its location, which was very convenient and made it easy to get around. My stay at this hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. The cleanliness standards were below expectations — the towels were dirty, and the shower was not properly cleaned, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. Additionally, the hotel was quite noisy, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The room temperature was also an issue, as it felt a bit too cold and not well regulated. One of the most unpleasant aspects was the smell in the corridor, which was really bad and made coming in and out of the room unpleasant. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards, but for the price we paid to stay in heart of Riga it was fine .

Olga (9/5): Simple but great value for money - The location is fantastic, and the whole place was great value for money. Simple but very reasonably priced. The manager was really helpful, allowed me to check in 1 hour before the official hours and even upgraded me to a better room! There was no cutlery in the kitchen 🤷‍♀️. And the fridge was not super clean.

Julia (1/5): PLUSKWY i brudne pokoje - Nic co było na plus szczerze mówiąc Byliśmy w pokoju który zarezerwowaliśmy W nocy wyszły pluskwy więc poszliśmy do recepcji poprosić o zmianę pokoju i poinformowaliśmy o zaistniałej sytuacji Dostaliśmy drugi pokój na innym piętrze który nie był posprzątany nawet po poprzednich gościach Pan przyniósł nam pościel bo poprosiłam chociaż o czystą Nie chciałyśmy już zmieniać noclegu bo było bardzo późno i byliśmy bardzo zmęczeni ale niestety okazało się że w kolejnym pokoju też są pluskwy Niestety czysto nie jest żaden z pokoi nawet nie był poodkurzany i wszędzie pluskwy przestrzegam przed tym noclegiem już lepiej dopłacić

Veronica (7/5): oк - I liked the location. The receptionist was polite and I want to give him a special mention. I did not like the shower tap and the sink tap. It is impossible to wash because the system keeps turning off and you always have to turn it back on. It is absolutely not comfortable. The bed squeaks like a musical violin. There is no bidet shower located near the toilet.The blinds were broken and the sun shone directly into my eyes in the morning.
