• Federica (6/5): Potenzialmente buono ma assolutamente non corrispondente a quanto si paga - Posizione Pulizia scarsa. Acqua calda inesistente. Televisore vecchio piccolo per gli spazi della camera e con antennina esterna che non permetteva di vedere i canali. Wi-Fi scarso che spesso si scollegava. Colazione minimal.

• Katharine (10/5): We’ll be back again - Beautiful and spacious, exactly like the photos. The host was amazing, very thorough and knowledgeable. We were able to leave our bags while we went to lake Garda and before our return to the airport which was handy too. Nothing it was great

• Sabine (9/5): sehr schöner Aufenthalt, trotz allem zu 100% zu empfehlen - Diaz18 liegt in einem alten Gebäude mit Atrium. Diaz18 war einst eine Goldschmiede. Dies ist noch am großen Standtresor (Kleiderschrank) des Fensterläden aus Stahl sowie dem Doppelbart Zimmerschlüssel zu erkennen. Raffaele (Inhaber) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück steht in der anliegenden Gelateria Vittoria zur Verfügung. Klein, Typisch italienisch aber sehr schön. Auch hier das Personal und Inhaber sehr freundlich. Und das Eis ein Gedicht. Die sechs Betten bestehen aus einem Doppelbett und zwei Schlafsofas. Diese sind nach Meinung der Benutzer sehr unbequem. Die Bilder können hier einen irreführenden Eindruck erwecken. Man geht durch das eine Schlafzimmer um in den großen Wohn/Schlafbereich zu gelangen. Als Parkplatz steht nur die Parkgarage über der Etsch zur Verfügung (ca. 5. Minuten zu Fuß). Aber ab ca. 9:00 bis ca. 15:00 ist hier kaum ein Parkplatz zu bekommen.

• Shiho (8/5): - The host was very kind. Even though I used the key incorrectly and broke it, they quickly fixed it. I really appreciate their help. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. There is a shop below so you can hear a lot of noise in the bedroom. It was quiet late at night so I was able to sleep soundly.

• Boglarka Julia (10/5): Fantastic stay in an excellent location - The accommodation is spotless clean with brand new furnishings. Very Spacious room with sofa, desk and plenty of lighting. On arrival the owner greeted us with complimentary wine and snacks. The room also has a coffee machine and a kettle to make hot water for tea or other drinks. The rate is reasonable and I would say is very cheap for the location and for the quality of stay you get. The rate also includes an amazing breakfast just opposite the accommodation. Special mention to the owner Raffaello: he is kind, professional and informative. You can tell he is very passionate about his work. Thank you for an amazing stay we will be returning :) ! Everything was perfect

• Ricardo (10/5): - O senhor Raffaele foi super prestável e simpático. Explicou-nos como funciona tudo no apartamento e deixou-nos à vontade para esclarecer qualquer dúvida que nos surgisse. O pequeno almoço é num café do outro lado da rua, com bom acesso. As comodidades estavam muito bem limpas e a sua localização era excelente, mesmo à entrada da cidade antiga.

• Camila (10/5): - Everything was perfect, the owners were really nice and helpful and they explained to us were to park the car at a parking nearby and they also explained to us what to see in the city. The room was spacious and clean, we had everything to prepare tea or coffee if we wanted. Breakfast was great, we had a voucher to the pasticceria across the street. We will definitely come back if we visit Verona again 😊

• Kristin (9/5): Location Location Location - Wow what a fantastic apartment in the perfect location. The apartment is huge! Everything was perfect, comfy bed, great shower, and a bottle of Prosecco. You can walk to all the attractions and there are many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Raffaelle was very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble.

Meravigliosa la struttura, fantastico Raffaele, gentilissimo come pochi, ci ha fatto sentire a casa immediatamente! Raramente ho trovato un host così gentile e premuroso!! Posizione top, in pieno centro! Mi spiace solo di aver trascorso solo una notte, ma ci tornerò senz’altro!! Niente!!

If you can't climb 1 level of staircase, you better look for another one. It is fine for us. The staff help us to carry the largest baggage.
