• Verified traveler (8/5): - Standard hotel away from the city centre, the area surrounding is a little bit quiet so keep this in mind if booking. Room was clean and had a small sized kitchen, only downside there was no air condition and the rooms got extremely hot during the day. Breakfast was average with not many choices and the laundry machines did not work when attempted.
• Cleverson (10/5): Conforto e comodidade. - É um apart hotel ou seja é um flat com cozinha americana, cama e banheiro. Tem tudo para vc ficar como se fosse em uma casa. Tem alguns detalhes como todo lugar, como por exemplo o chuveiro que oscila a temperatura. Um ponto chato é a limpeza que é feita a cada 7 dias! Sim, tive que usar as mesmas toalhas por uma semana. Tem lavanderia com máquina e secadora. A Wi-Fi é muito boa. Não tem ar condicionado só calefação, então se vc for no verão talvez passe calor, tem uma janela no quarto mas a rua tem barulho. Fui na primavera e dormi com a janela meia aberta. Faltou o ar condicionado para ser nota 10.

• Verified traveler (8/5): un bon séjour mais peu mieux faire - Dans l'ensemble un agréable séjour. l'accueil est vraiment top. le seul point négatif pour ma part c'est le tarif que je trouve un peu élevé en plus la chambre ne dispose pas de la clim. étant dans la période de canicule c'était un four la chambre. j'ai vraiment pas réussi à dormir malgré le petit ventilateur mis à disposition. Donc je dirais à léquipe de faire un effort sur le tarif pour s'aligner sur le quartier et trouver une solution pour la clim car c'est pas possible. j'ai mesuré 43 degrés durant mon séjour. Je salue comme même l'accueil client sur les deux femmes à l'accueil : celle du mon arrivée et celle de mon départ (qui à bien voulu récupérer le badge à la voiture)

We spent sad time.....not happy at all
• Facundo Manuel (10/5): Recomendable sin dudas - Nosotros fuimos dos, mi hija y yo. El lugar es muy bueno. Aunque está ubicado lejos del centro, es recómodo. El Tranvía esta a 50 metros y de ahi luego podes conectar con el metro. Ambos funcionan hasta las 1 AM asi que pudimos disfrutar de noche París y volver tranquilos al hotal. Al lado hay un supermercado baratisimo. El Estudio es supercómodo, muy limpio. Nos tocó el 8 Piso con una ventana con vista panorámica. Lo recomiendo. La calefacción funcionó a la perfección. Si vuelvo Paris ya sé adonde alojarme. Por el precio y el servicio los recomiendo sin dudas.

• Warren (10/5): - We found the accomodation to be very clean and comfortable. The location was very close to public transportation such as the Metro so it was very easy to get around. The reception staff was very helpful and courteous. The kitchenette was well equipped and although we didn't do much eating in the room other than fruit, cheese and bread we could have prepared more substantial meals if needed. We took advantage of the laundry facility in the building and had clean clothes to bring home. The area the facility is located in doesn't have a great choice of restaurants or cafes but we took that into account and would usually stop somewhere on the way back to eat or drink.

Ingen aircon og en del larm fra gaden (men sådan er det hvis man vil bo tæt på public transport) Morgenmaden ikke fantastisk men ok. Tæt på god offentlig p-hus til fornuftig pris.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Wir konnten unser Gepäck am Anreisetag schon vor dem Eincheckzeitpunkt abgeben. Da wir schon um 8:00 Uhr in Paris gelandet waren. War kein Problem. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und liebenswürdig. Das einzige ist, das man sich dran gewöhnen muss, das nur 1x wö die Zimmer gesäubert werden.Gerade für Müllentsorgung und Wechsel der Handtücher wird es schwierig. Auf Anfrage bekamen wir aber frische Handtücher ins Zimmer gelegt.

Les équipements du studio sont parfaits , et l'isolation phonique devrait être un exemple pour beaucoup de résidences et hôtels . C'est une résidence que je conseillerai à mes connaissances , et j'y reviendrai à coup sûr . Encore merci au personnel .

• Kyriakos (10/5): Very Good - Very nice apartment hotel with a litle citchen and sink! Super clean room. The only disadvantage that was mentioned in the description is tha the room is not made up and towel are not changed during your stay. A litle far away from the center but it is worth it.

I have a delay to my flight and came late to hotel but it was so easy to check in through emergency line and get my room key by machine . Its location is great near to metro station which can easily access to whole paris by changing lines if you understand the map correctly. I would love to stay there next time if i plan to come to paris again
• Denise (8/5): Hotel for long-term students, very nice staff - I booked this stay last minute and did not do my research ahead of time. The place is more for long term students not for someone looking for a charming, chic Paris experience. The neighborhood is unique from the rest of Paris-- authentic, a bit scruffy and working class. Did i feel safe as a single woman? Yes. The hotel staff is kind and tries hard. The place is clean but not fancy or for that matter, attractive. Think dormitory, a nice one. Because i thought it was a hotel, I expected daily service (towels, clean room, a bar of soap) and did not get this. So you will have to purchase your own soap, TP, etc. There are kitchens in each room which came in handy. The metro is close but this location is a bit out of the way, compared with city center. Would I personally stay here again? Probably not, due to lack of restaurants and cafes and a bit unattractive. However my room was upgraded and I have fond memories.

• Malka (10/5): Great bargain! - The building is lovely and safe. The room was large for Paris and had a working kitchen! As a woman traveling solo I felt completely safe and the neighborhood is residential and convenient. The staff was hugely helpful. Everybody spoke excellent English and were patient and kind. My room was immaculate; the sheets and towels were fresh and clean. Highly recommend!
