Horst (8/5): einmalig - Die Ruhe, mitten im "Nirgendwo" und ein Golfplatz wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Man fühlt sich nie unter Druck, fast als wäre man alleine auf dem Platz das Spa, bzw die Therapeuten. Waren zu jung und hatten wenig Erfahrung. Da ist das Preis /Leistungsverhältniss zu schlecht!!

Мы не играем в гольф и просто приехали наслаждаться видами. Не сомневайтесь, это место стоит того, чтобы ради него изменить свой маршрут, особенно, если вы раньше не были на гольф полях среди гор. Спасибо!
Chen (10/5): - מלון מדהים, שירות מאנשי הצוות ואוו, הגענו בשיא העונה אך המלון היה ריק, קיבלנו את המחירים הטובים ביותר. המלון כולו עמד לרשותינו. סעדנו ארוחת ערב במלון והיה מושלם. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מדהימה גם כן, הנוף והבריכה הכי ואוו שראינו אי פעם בתאילנד, כמו גלויה, מבחינתנו זה היה שיא הטיול שלנו (60 יום בתאילנד). הארכנו שהות וכל כך היינו שמחים לחזור שוב..מומלץ בחום.

Nir (9/5): Beautiful tranquil stay in a magical valley - Amazing scenery, well designed hotel. If you want a different stay, away from the bustle of the beach - this is the place! There aren't many activities other than golf, but you can take lessons!
Jean Christophe (9/5): - un très beau paysage sculpté par le terrain de golf,une très belle piscine, et une petite salle de sport,un lit très confortable et une très bonne douche.Le restaurant sert une cuisine correcte, et manger devant ce beau panorama, c'est très reposant. Vous pouvez prendre des cours de golf. Le prix promotionnel est très sympa, certainement pour remplir un peu plus l'hôtel. L'hôtel est isolé, donc calme. Pour se sentir moins perdu, on peut louer une moto à 15 minutes de la en taxi (250baths de l'hôtel ) et explorer la campagne avoisinante, peu touristique encore. L'expresso est pas terrible et il n'y a que des grandes tasses (c'est un détail, et sur la route principale, à 5 minutes, il y a un très bon cafe)

Marc (5/5): Goldener Käfig für Golfer oder max 2Tage am Pool - Top Aussicht auf den Golf Platz. Jacuzzi war im Zimmer inbegriffen Schöner Pool auch für Familien Wirklich sehr schönes Hotel, aber NUR für Golfer Morgenbuffet ist top. Teilweise unfreundliches Personal (Restaurant) oder freundlich aber inkompetent (HotelRezeption) Im Restaurant wurde uns regelmässig zu viel berechnet. War nicht viel aber es war eine konstante. Sogar beim Checkout… Haben immer bar bezahlt, deshalb war das ärgerlich. Taxi hat bereits gewartet, das wissen sie ja… Nur für Golfer. Sonst muss man teures Taxi nehmen. Restaurant am Abend war katastrophe (Service/Essen/Abrechnung) man kann es aber nicht vermeiden (Keine Alternativen!) Ggf. Kreditkarte kontrollieren!

Jacqueline (9/5): Prachtig, rustig, luxe, wel afgelegen. - Wat een prachtige plek. Het is een golfresort maar daarvoor kwamen we niet. Heel mooi complex, prachtig landgoed met waterval en groot meer waarop je ook kunt waterfietsen. Wij hadden een van de bungalowtjes. Deze liggen wat apart van het hoteldeel maar je wordt gebracht met een van de vele golfkarretjes. Er is een prima zwembad met prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving. En sportfaciliteiten. Ook zijn er welness faciliteiten en die zijn zeker een aanrader. Wat erg tegenviel was het restaurant. Weinig keuze en het restaurant zelf was ook niet erg sfeervol. Ook het ontbijt (buiten het seizoen) was karig. Als je geen eigen vervoer hebt is dit niet een heel geschikte locatie want er is niets in de buurt. Wij kwamen hier terecht op doorreis naar Khao Sok. En bleven een extra nacht vanwege de mooie omgeving. Wij waren er net voor de kerst en de prijs was daardoor erg laag.

There is nothing around so it’s a place to stay inside and enjoy the peace and beauty . We also took golf lessons, very nice and affordable, thank you. It’s not comfortable that waiters in the restaurant can’t speak English, it’s hard to explain them something or ask even with translator. Also the skills of the masseurs in SPA needs to be improved, many in our group were not satisfied with the massage (I had massage with spa manager, she did it perfectly, I was lucky.).

Сначала забронировали домик. Но он далеко от ресторана. На месте поменяли на номер в главном корпусе с выходом к бассейну за небольшую доплату. Очень рекомендую это место!

Godwin (9/5): A wonderful golf resort! - Our room, spacious and contemporary, with a view on the lake was superb. The staff were friendly. It's truly a paradise for golf lovers. At breakfast, most items, which were supposed to be kept warm by flame wax, were cold because no one was replacing the wax. It happened each morning during our stay.

Julien (10/5): Would be so happy to stay here again! - Breakfast was delicious and the Thai iced tea on demand at breakfast had me drooling! The staff were super helpful and accommodating. I had messed up the booking date but they were able to sort it out for us. Taking out the paddle boat into the lake was great. Both pools were amazing and great options for small children. Loved it all! Would definitely come back! Also it was super quiet and peaceful. Liked it all! The hotel should consider making a small mini golf course. There seems to be lots of land and accessible water for mini golf course features. It would be amazing for children and adults could use it to work on their short game.

Tessa (9/5): Luxury in the hills of Phang Nga - Unreal views, large luxurious rooms, loved the jacuzzi on the balcony! Staff are young & polite but very little english with most, takes a bit to get information. A more detailed map for guests would also be very helpful because the resort is massive! Overall an amazing place though

They charge extra for nothing, everything else was perfect. They dont offer bike rental so if u dont have ur own transportation.. its away from everything

Alex (9/5): Superb - It was a beautiful resort with an amazing view , we loved the pool and the fitness area , It was about a 50 minute drive from the Khao Lak area , It had a nice restaurant on the resort too , we didn't have any issues at all during our stay definitely recommend this place.
Peter (10/5): A great place to visit ! - Most of the staff were very young with limited English. They were though all very nice and tried their upmost. Room was good in fact for the price better than expected. Breakfast was plentiful and good variety Golf course condition could be a bit better but the layout , caddys and general experience superb . We really enjoyed our stay here will definitely return and some minor attention to detail this place would be fantastic

Karl (6/5): Avoid. - Setup. The restaurant staff is poorly trained and managed. It took about 10 minutes until we got the menus but then nobody showed up to take the orders. We tried to get the attention of the staff but they did their best not to see us. After 20 minutes I went to see the head waiter and requested service. He called some of the chatting waiters which were standing at the bar area and asked them to help us out. Not surprisingly my Cesar Salad had a very strange salad sauce, the cocktail was forgotten and the main dish came after my friends finished their dinner. My request to talk to the manager was successfully ignored. Total failure of management in respect of training and control. Very disappointing.

Penphan (10/5): Exceptional stay with outstanding spa service - The hotel exceeded my expectations! I stayed for just one night because I had personal errands nearby, and it seemed like the best option in the area. From the security guard to the reception staff, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I booked a pool-view room, so in the morning, I could step straight from my balcony into the pool. The water was the perfect temperature, and the view was beautiful. I have to give special credit to the staff and service at Tourmaline Spa, the hotel’s in-house spa. I’ve been to a lot of spas, but this was easily one of the best. Ms. Nok, who took care of me, has training in Thai traditional medicine and clearly knows her stuff. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and therapeutic care—I felt like this is what Thai massage is truly meant to be. My spouse and I loved it so much we ended up going back for a second visit! I’ll definitely stay longer next time.

Brenda (10/5): Sit back relax and enjoy - If you are wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the beach this is the place to be. The resort is located in a quiet serene area. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool which was wonderful to walk out from our room to the pool and for a swim. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with lots of choices and the dinner were delicious. We took advantage of the activities such as the hand massage and cooking class went for a tour of the golf course and the resort area. We also used the drive service to go into the town to the caves. The gym is also well equipped Pool towels run out, more chairs around the pool Bikes need replacing or maintenance

Andrei (9/5): Nice getaway place! - Breakfast was nice even they didn't offer any pastry and only 2 types of fruits. The hotel looked nice, rooms were tidy, common pool was clean and beautiful in the day and in the evening time. Choice of bikes was fine enough for adults. The bathtub with air bubbles and lights on a balcony was a perfect gift after each active day we had, thanks! The hotel had a promo leaflets with boat ducks mentioned, but they told personally that they do not have any. Good we have found one old pedal boat by ourselves and used it to travel around the main lake. Bicycles provided were not in good condition: at 6AM I checked mountainbikes they have available - only 2 of them were near the lobby (few citybikes were there but the location has hills so citybikes were not the best choice. - one of MTBs had back wheel stuck (no spinning at all) - 2nd had none of speedswitches working (speed was stuck on 1-8) and only one brake working. It was ok, but after first hill climb chain started slipping and I had to switch speed manually to 2-7, after that it worked perfectly for me. Sad they didn't have any kid bikes at all so I had to ride alone, when my kid had to stay at the hotel, please add few kid bikes along with adult bikes and this could make your hotel more family friendly!
Michael (8/5): - Schönes Ressort mit wunderbaren Zimmern und ordentlicher, traumhafter Anlage. Toller Blick auf den Golfplatz, den man leider nur als Golfer betreten kann. Die Wege sind als Spaziergänger nicht nutzbar. Jedoch gibt es vor dem Hotel gute Spaziermöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück und das Essen sind sehr gut und preislich für ein solches Hotel angemessen.
