Room was spotlessly clean & spacious with great breakfast. Everyone working there friendly & helpful. Great location inside the fortress, short walk to waterfront, shops & restaurants. Easy parking in front of hotel. Balsamico Restaurant opposite fortress main gate, fantastic food. Highly recommend, would definitely return.

Katrin (10/5): Super Lage - Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist hervorragend. Die Gässchen sind etwas eng. Das sollte man, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, bedenken. Das Shopping- und das Ausgeh-Viertel sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie einige Sehenswürdigkeiten. Jede Menge gute Restaurants gibt es dort. Wir haben uns einfach ein paar Tipps beim Einchecken geben lassen. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und groß, das Bett und die Couch sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Foteini (10/5): - Διανυκτερεύσαμε για δύο βράδια με την οικογένεια μας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο και καθαρό. Μας άρεσε πολύ που βρισκόταν μέσα στο κάστρο, γιατί ήταν ήσυχα, γραφικά αλλά και εύκολα όλα προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Το πρωινό μας ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητικό με αρκετές χειροποίητες παρασκευές από το ξενοδοχείο, όπως γλυκά, πίτες και τοπικά εδέσματα. Πολύ φιλόξενο το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

CHRISTINA (9/5): Excellent boutique hotel - Very good location at the heart of the castle and close to the city centre and lake. Very nice and comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast featuring local fresh products. We will definitely choose it again when we visit Giannena in the future.

Georgios (9/5): Super Boutique-Hotel in Top-Lage und fantastischem Frühstück. - Super Lage. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, mit lokalen, handgemachten Produkten von hoher Qualität. Das Zimmer war groß, mit bequemen Betten. Die Mitarbeitende waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aus meiner Sicht eins der besten Boutique-Hotels in Ioannina. Das Internet über WLAN hatte eine schlechte Performance und viele Aussetzer. Wenn man darauf angewiesen ist, um zu arbeiten, dann ist es problematisch.

Madeleine (8/5): Very good quality, boutique hotel with excellent hospitaly - Lovely feel and decor, graphic , quaint and cozy. 2 x bottles of water in the room. Exceptionally laid out local produce buffet with ala-carte style eggs and yoghurt. Good quality amenities in the rooms and nicely laid out. Parking is a slight issue as sometimes you cannot park right outside, but the hotel has their own dedicated parking space only 5 mins ,where they give you special permit to use within the castle grounds . The staff is very professional and helpful. A little complicated with codes to get in the outer door and room door. A little stuffy in the room , too hot. Bath Towels on the small side, internationally more like hand towels. Tea options were not good, good quality tea would give it that boost

Michail (10/5): - Τοποθεσία απίστευτη και θέση Πάρκιγκ λίγο πιο κάτω από το κατάλυμα. Όπως επίσης και τα δωμάτια άριστα!! Δεν υπήρχε ασανσέρ και επειδή ήμασταν με παιδί ήταν λίγο δύσκολο το ανέβασμα όλων των πραγμάτων και του καροτσιού αλλά σε σχέση με όλα τα υπόλοιπα που ήταν τέλεια αυτό είναι το λιγότερο!

Konstantina (10/5): Πολύ όμορφα όλα! - Το κατάλυμα βρισκόταν μέσα στο κάστρο της πόλης και δίπλα ακριβώς στη λίμνη! Υπάρχει δυνατότητα για να κινηθείς σε μεγάλο μέρος της πόλης απλά με τα πόδια! Βρίσκεται λίγα μέτρα από τα καραβάκια που πάνε στο νησί που βρίσκεται το μουσείο Αλή Πασά. Είχε πολύ γευστικό πρωινό,το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε ευχαριστήσει! Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο,ζεστό,μοντέρνο,πεντακάθαρο και με όλες τις ανέσεις! Θα το επέλεγα ξανά σίγουρα! Πολύ όμορφη εμπειρία!!!
