Die Schikarten konnte ich an der Rezeption gleich bekommen. Nachdem wir nicht genau wussten, wo der Snowboardkurs unserer Tochter stattfindet, hat uns der Chef mit seinem Bus gleich dorthin gefahren. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Gondelstation ist vor der Haustür und am Abend die Ski vorm Hotel abschnallen. Das Hotel würde ich gleich wieder buchen :-) alles perfekt

The breakfast was great, very clean, the staff very friendly & it's at a great location with just a short walk to the town centre and located next to the city express ski lift. I can't think of any negatives. If I come back to Zell am see, I'll probably stay here again.

The owners and their staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with setting up reservations. The sauna was a welcome treat after a day of skiing.

The owners Elizabeth and Stefan were so so friendly and hands on. They went out of their way to make a difference and enhance our trip. Lilly and Agnes from the restaurant and bar were also fantastic. It was spotlessly clean. Poor and Sauna were awesome. Ski in and location right on slopes by the ski lift is so convenient. I would not stay anywhere else but here . No negatives

I’ve never experienced hotel pride and customer service to this level. Elizabeth and Stephan go above and beyond in their attention to customer service and satisfaction. This husband and wife team, supported by a great staff, made a short 3 day ski holiday the best it could be. They were so helpful regarding ski suggestions and hikes for my non-skiing friend. The SPA was great too, nothing like a nice hot sauna after a day skiing in the freezing cold. Everything was perfect. Exceeded expectations.

• Gernot (9/5): Ein rundum tolles Erlebnis, das mich bei meinem ersten Triathlon gut unterstützt hat! - Snacks (Äpfel, Müsliriegel) und Kaffeemaschine jederzeit zugänglich. Die Eigentümer sind einfach unglaublich. Hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, und sehr unterhaltsam. Obwohl direkt neben der Seilbahn, hat man diese so gut wie nicht gehört. Dafür war man in 2 Minuten dort und konnte auf die Alm fahren (Kostenlos dank Summercard). Sehr supportive für die bei ihnen untergebrachten Athleten beim 70.3, inkl. Anfeuern, wirklich mega! Der Parkplatz konnte einfach nicht mit den Anforderungen mitwachsen, aber das Hotel konnte alles managen, Hut ab!

• Donat (10/5): Letnie atrakcje regionu Zell Am See z Sommerkarte - Pokój dość duży ,z balkonem , czysty, codziennie sprzątany, z pięknym widokiem na góry , miasto , jezioro i na kolejkę gondolową , w pokoju brak ekspresu do kawy , ale za to stale dostępny ekspres przy restauracji z bardzo dobrą kawą i ciastkami . Hotel trochę poza centrum , ale to był wielki plus, nie było słychać gwaru z ulicy . Przy recepcji możliwość poczęstowania się owocami i batonikami . W cenie pobytu Sommerkarte, oferująca liczne atrakcje w okolicy. Blisko gondola oraz dworzec autobusowy ,skąd wyruszają autobusy do oferowanych atrakcji . Personel bardzo miły . Woda w basenie ciepła ,można zregenerować się . Śniadania przyzwoite, ale w ciągu naszego 7 dniowego pobytu niczym nie zaskoczyły .. nie było takiej rzeczy/no może brakowało jacuzzi

• Emiliya (10/5): Recharging, cosy, efficient, the best choice for our family! - Fantastic views, location, atmosphere, service and staff!! We had a room with a view to the lake and it was amazing to wake up and see it every morning or relax on the terrace at the end of the day. The location is top - 7 min from the center and the lake promenade, so a pleasure to walk out for dinner but tucked away from the town noise. The lift and bus stop are also a minute away. The summer card is a big plus. The rooms are cosy, clean, every detail is well thought of and comfortable. The breakfast is lovely, nutritious and delicious! The chef remembered our choice and made sure we got the kind of omelette we liked. Elena came to welcome us in our own language the first day and was kind company every morning. Lilly was gentle and delicate and quietly made sure to remember our coffee choices and made sure we didn’t have to ask. By the fifth day we noticed the lively and homey atmosphere spread even between the guests. In the evening the pool was wonderful for me and the sauna really hot, I appreciated it after a long day on the mountains. And finally, our hosts Elisabeth and Stefan - so welcoming, efficient and kind!! My communication with Elisabeth was like I was connected to the lamp gene from the Aladdin fairy tale! The moment I touched the chat screen with a question or a request Elisabeth would magically appear like a gene and sort it for me! I don’t think i have seen anyone so easygoing, open and hardworking at the same time! I can imagine why many of their staff had been with them for 15+ years and why guests love them. So many things made us feel warm and relaxed, at home! Thank you! The light attracts some big bugs on the terrace at night but this is just natural not the property’s choice. May be some spray would make them avoid the terraces. Everything else was excellent in the hotel for us.
• Ulrike (10/5): Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort für Sportler - Ich wüsste gar nicht wo anfangen! Geschlafen wie im Schlaraffenland! Eine Extra-Vurst zum Frühstück, da ich mich vegan ernähre. Frühstück nach 11 Uhr, weil ich später als geplant vom Grossglockner 🚲 runter kam. Nach Check out durfte ich den Spa-Bereich zum Duschen nutzen! Viel gelacht, herzlich empfangen und sehr wertvolle Tipps rund um meinen Sport. So viel Liebe! Danke dafür! Es gibt nichts!

• Ingrid (10/5): Ein wunderbares komfortables Hotel, das man nur empfehlen kann - Das Zimmer war groß und schön, der Balkon besonders gemütlich. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt und doch im Grünen ist ideal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war excellent mit warmen, frisch zubereiteten Eiergerichten. Der Pool ist schön groß, allerdings für die jetzigen Temperaturen etwas zu warm. Das Personal war besonders nett und freundlich und die im Preis inkludierte Sommercard sehr hilfreich. Das Radio im Badezimmer, das sich mit dem Licht einschaltet, ist - besonders in der Nacht - nicht besonders angenehm.

Unforgettable was the time spent with Duško, the hotel maintenance worker, who has been working at the hotel for more than 30 years, as has his wife.
• Sandra (10/5): Geweldig verblijf met persoonlijke aandacht - Het hotel wordt gerund door een familie en dat merk je aan alles. De eigenaren doen hun uiterste best om hun gasten een fijne vakantie te bezorgen. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en er was altijd tijd voor een praatje. Het ontbijt is ook prima, de eiergerechten en koffie werden snel voor je klaargemaakt. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is al vanaf 7 uur, handig als je vroeg de bergen in wilt. Er stond bij de receptie altijd een mandje met appels en energierepen waar je van mocht nemen. Ook was er elke middag gratis koffie en iets kleins van gebak in de gezamenlijke ruimte. De kamer was fijn en voorzien van een ruim balkon met uitzicht op de bergen. Er is een zwembad, sauna en relaxruimte. Ik heb er gebruik van gemaakt na het wandelen, heerlijk! De locatie is op loopafstand van het station en naast het dalstation van de kabelbaan City Express. Ook het centrum, het busstation en de Spar supermarkt zijn 5 minuten lopen. Het laatste stukje naar het hotel gaat bergop, maar is prima te doen. Verder ontvang je een sommer card waarmee je gratis gebruik kunt maken van het openbaar vervoer en alle kabelbanen in de regio. • Anne (1/5): Sentiment permanent d’insécurité - Petit déjeuner et emplacement parfaits J’ai l’habitude de voyager à travers le monde et je n’ai jamais été confrontée à une telle situation. À Zell am See comme dans l’hôtel, de nombreuses personnes portaient le voile intégral (niqab) dans les espaces publics, alors qu’à ma connaissance, la loi autrichienne et européenne l’interdit. Ce qui pose problème, ce n’est pas la diversité de la clientèle mais l’absence d’équité : certains voyageurs semblent bénéficier d’une tolérance particulière, au détriment des autres, pour qui le respect de la loi est une évidence. Cela crée un malaise et un sentiment d’injustice pour de nombreux clients. Être un établissement international ne devrait pas conduire à ignorer la législation locale. Au contraire, l’application claire et égale des règles est indispensable pour garantir un séjour serein et respectueux pour tous. Lorsque j’ai exprimé mon étonnement et mon inquiétude, l’hôtel m’a répondu qu’il s’agissait d’une question de respect des différentes cultures. Or, respecter les cultures ne doit pas se faire au détriment du respect de la loi du pays. De ce fait, mes amis et moi avons décidé de ne pas revenir dans cet hôtel au mois d’août, puisqu’il semble que cette situation se reproduit régulièrement à cette période. Mais peut-être cette situation est elle une norme les autres mois de l’année aussi? Ou va-t-elle se généraliser aux autres mois progressivement ?

• Marie-France (9/5): Top hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. - Geweldig personeel. Klant is hier zeker koning. Vriendelijk en uitermate hulpvaardig. Hotel op toplocatie, lekker ontbijt en de summer card maakt het helemaal af Enige minpunt is dat de kamers geen airco hebben. Raam open in de nacht is geen optie vanwege muggen.
