Ajwad (8/5): So Calm and nice. I Like the Place. There is no Noises. - There are two rooms, Salon and Bedroom with double bed. + Kitchenet and Bathroom. No Shampoo, you should bring with you. The Bed squeaks when you want to move on it and change your position in sleeping.

But the flat needs a lot - I stayed at this hotel recently and found the location to be excellent—central and convenient for everything I needed. One major plus was the private car parking at the back, which made things a lot easier. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. However, the flat itself was in need of a lot of maintenance. From worn-out fixtures to general upkeep issues, it definitely detracted from the overall experience. It’s a shame because with a bit of renovation, this place could be truly great. Overall, I’d recommend it for the location and the staff, but I hope the management addresses the maintenance issues soon.

They sent us a driver to pick us up from the airport without charge and also took us back. Perfect location walking distance from downtown Aley. Highly recommend. The hospitality and service. They will do everything possible to make you happy.

We dont recommend at all appartment was very dirty, bed sheets smelly and sticky, very poor hygiene for the toilets, flies and moskitoes slammed against the wall and still there. We arrived around midnight, we hated the first room they gave us. The man gave us a free upgrade but it was simailar in cleanliness and maintenance
