- Ceirion (9/5): - I think the price was a bit expensive for a hotel in Llandudno. My original booking got cancelled and I had to re-book at a higher price
- Lorna (10/5): Can't wait to return.! - Everything! Room size and facilities, great bar area, lovely dining room. We were on bed and breakfast and enjoyed a great morning meal. Very clean and tidy, friendly staff. We like the area, as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the sea front and has great free parking. Nothing!

- Cheryl (10/5): Fab hotel to stay in. - Food is always amazing, staff are always friendly and welcoming. We are regulars and use this hotel everytime wouldn't use anywhere else. Parking is good, accommodate my brother in law and family at mealtimes too. Nothing
- Gill (5/5): I would have felt it was okay if it hadn't cost as much as it did. - Staff were friendly and helpful.
The bedroom was small but clean and tidy.
Breakfast was very nice on all three mornings.
We ate evening meal at the hotel twice and enjoyed both times. The toilet was running constantly. The bathroom had a tiny sink, which was hard to use. The hot water was only luke warm in the sink. The shower was discoloured around the edges, but the shower worked well and was hot.
Bedroom was hot and stuffy. The bed was too hard for us.
It was expensive for what we had.
- Louise (7/5): -
- Jones (8/5): - Good location, reasonable price. Windows are not easy to open in rooms.
- Julie (9/5): -
- Mark (8/5): - The room was a good size, well equipped and very comfortable.
The food in the bar was very good and reasonably priced.
There was a good selection of beers etc.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were travelling with mtn bikes and they sorted us some secure storage. After the evening meal being so good, the cooked breakfast the next morning was a little disappointing.
- Amanda (10/5): -
- Janet (10/5): As a returning customer, quality of service as expected - Fabulous location , easy access to town, no worrying about parking
- Trudy (9/5): Good overnight stay - Good location with a large car park.
Staff helpful and friendly. Good choice of drinks and menu. I would stay again As this is a pub with rooms there is no lift. This wasn’t a problem for us but not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues
- Beverly (10/5): One night group stay - Lovely location, lovely food lovely staff.
Gaz and Rachel made the holiday so much better nothing was any trouble.
Evening meal was lovely and so cheap

- Gerd (7/5): bin zufrieden - leckeres Frühstück, Parkplatz für die Kräder, sehr ruhig, trotz der Straße in der Nähe
- Arwel (8/5): Overall very good. Would consider staying again. - The staff were very good, friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent for going to Venue Cymru - an easy 5/10 minute walk The pillows were very soft and too squishy
- Paul (7/5): -
- Winstanley (9/5): - The stay was great for us and the kids. Staff were great. Breakfast was good and nothing to much trouble. The room was great the best we have stayed in in Llandudno and we've been alot over the past 5 years. It's close to the centre and close to all the amenities if you need anything. We would definitely go back. Nothing really
Everything was great 👍🏻.

- Jayasri (9/5): - Location was excellent, not far from beach, very near to the shops, easy to find. Comfortable beds, clean and cozy. Friendly staff and hearty Bfast. Good value for money. Four of us stayed, mugs, glasses and tea, coffee makings were only prepared for three.
Shower drains little slow, when it is turned on fully, could have flooded the shower room and the rest, lucky we managed not to.
- Jo (8/5): Will definitely be our go to hotel for Llandudno! - Room was lovely and big and huge bathroom which we loved.
Evening food was very good and drinks reasonable priced.
Location as brilliant as a short walk tot eh town and beach etc but really nice to be able to just leave the car and explore on foot. Cooked breakfast was ok, but they serve those very herby sausages which I am not keen on, I prefer a plain old pork sausage without all that stuff in and bacon was undercooked ...but I like mine well done!
Sash window rattled in the bedroom in the high wind we got during the bight, but that could be fixed i think with some paper or card.
- Dermot (10/5): Room with a view - Warm and welcoming with good sized room. Despite a storm outside it was quiet inside. Staff were friendly. A lot of stairs ..
- Alan (8/5): -

- Elen (10/5): -
- Jonathon (7/5): - Great location
Free parking
Nice staff
Nice pub and pub noise was non existent in the rooms
Clean
Great breakfast (bar vegan sausage) Shower tray grouting very mouldy indeed
Windows only opened very slightly so could be an issue in summer
Oak furniture getting a bit tired and could do with replacing handles properly rather than using cable ties
Vegan sausage was awful
- Mark (6/5): Generally good but - Breakfast was great location was good and the food in the restraunt was great. Pillows in bedrooms to soft even when i asked for more matress on bed nedded replacing as the one half lent to the left wene you was in thd bed. There is no member of
Staff at the property during the night so on arrival you will need to familarise yourself with releve fire regulations which is not really acceptable.
- Hannah (10/5): -

- Cara (10/5): - The room was spacious and the bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was really big with a walk in shower and a bath.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
We also ate at The Links in the evening and the food was really good.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Only suggestion would be some decent decaffeinated coffee, not just instant. Even if its just a cafetiere of good quality decaf, that would be great 👌
- Martin (10/5): - Good location, friendly staff nice room.
- paul (9/5): -
- Mike (10/5): - Beautiful building lovely room. Fantastic staff lovely bar area. Good parking. Food to live for. Great beer. Excellent hosts. Fantastic location. Would I stay here again yes yes I will.

- Jessica (8/5): -
- Rachel (10/5): -
- Sean (9/5): - Great to have a restaurant on premises
- Susan (9/5): -
- Smith (9/5): Very pleased in general with the hotel. - Breakfast was first class. Plenty of Car parking spaces.Staff very friendly. Room we stopped in , very steep steps down to the bathroom. Don't if it would be viable to a lift installed in the hotel.
- Megan (10/5): Beautiful spot and a home away from home. Would stay again without a doubt. - The location was perfect with a quick walk into llandudno and a good spot to drive into nearby towns such as conwy. The hotel atmosphere was lovely, with friendly staff and cozy vibes. The cooked breakfast was a pleasant surprise as we thought it only included continental, and the breakfast was gorgeous with high quality ingredients and a personal touch from the staff. The room was really lovely with good facilities, tea coffee and biscuits. We would definitely stay again. Everything was perfect. Room could possibly have done with a touch up (I.e. repainting some spots and the leak patch on ceiling). Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever and even the touch up is a minor issue, room still beautiful.
- Bethan (10/5): Will continue to rebook x love it there - My parents enjoyed their stay and ideally location for venue cymru .
Fish and chips is a winner x
